DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY – A COMPLETE DISASTER!
This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I paid a high amount of money for filthy, degrading, and unacceptable conditions. This place does not deserve even 1 star.

The hotel is old, neglected, and shockingly dirty. It looks like it hasn’t seen any investment or renovation since the day it opened. From the second day, the electricity was cut off while we were staying with three small children. The staff said they “could do nothing,” had no alternative rooms, and brought us Christmas string lights as a solution. Absolutely unbelievable.

On the third morning, we woke up to water flooding the living room of our apartment, with no explanation and no accountability.

The pillows smell of dust, the towels are ridiculously small, barely larger than hand towels, and overall hygiene is nonexistent.

Food is a joke. Extremely limited variety, only two main dishes, and absolutely nothing suitable for children. If you arrive slightly later for breakfast or dinner, there is nothing left to eat. The staff do not speak English at all, making communication impossible.

The bathroom has no hair dryer, no towel warmer, and the drainage is so bad that water stays on the floor until the next day.

This hotel is a waste of money, time, and nerves. We deeply regret choosing this place and strongly warn others to stay away.

Terrible food, no variety. If you arrive later for dinner or breakfast food is cold and lots of dishes have finished. Desserts were so cheap. The restaurant light above our table was constantly flickering. Room was dirty, walking around with socks made them grey and was uncomfortable due to crumbs. Dust everywhere. Staff was very unprofessional - no greeting, no explanation of where our rooms is when food is served in the restaurant or where the spa is.

Spacious rooms, ok food, really nice warm pool. Big plus - they accept dogs. Really close to couple of restaurants and village supermarket. Spent there week and could easily imagine coming back.

Terrible. Everything is old and dirty. No conditions for children. The kids playground smells and our kid refused to play there. In the evening there was a disco and a pool party in the hotel across the street and nobody could sleep.

Everything was vary low effort from management’s side. The owner for this hotel and the one in front of it “Terme” is the same person and it’s obvious that he doesn’t care about this hotel. Everything was old and unmaintained or cheap and in need of replacement. Lack of hygiene and upkeep is my biggest issue.

I would put this hotel as 1 star, but the staff was friendly and helpful, always asking if we needed anything and the food was actually good, however one thing that bothered me was that we had to pay 16lev for 3 glass coke bottles and 1 water bottle, which is crazy since the water dispenser isn’t available during dinner. And its not like you can buy it somewhere else, since they don’t allow you to bring food or drinks on hotel grounds…

All in all, I wouldn’t recommend

Very nice hotel between 3 mountains. The swimming pool with always hot mineral water in combination with delicious food, clean rooms and very friendly staff makes the hotel extremely suitable for summer or winter holiday. Only 5km from one of the biggest ski resort

Went there for Spa and massage experience. The spa experience was very unsatisfactory. Even though the masseuse was a nice person, the massage itself was unsatisfactory. Wouldn't probably go there again for Spa.

Perfect for SPA relax and swimming. The hotel part is not something special. Swimming in their outdoor pool 40 degrees on - 10 degrees celsius outside is amazing
