The most wonderfull holiday we have had in Bansko till now. The kids were pretty happy with they play room, or at least we were. The wife was extremly satisfied with the spa , a trully 5 star services. The rooms need to be upgraded a bit to achieve the level of the lobby and the spa. Over all a nice family holiday we enjoyed this year in Bansko.

Good deal for half term ski. Location a little out of town- but walkable for evenings (head into old town for more local cuisine & to escape the tourist *****). I loved this hotel. We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra. It was hard to stop myself. Nice hotel with its own underground parking, spa and sky rental.

The location and the Food are the only good things about this hotel. If you only interested in the minimum place to sleep and have breakfast then choose this places to stay, otherwise look somewhere else! Let's start with negatives: Room housekeeping hit and miss, can be mega late in the afternoon by which time you're busy in the room. Dinner, unlike most other hotels you can't even get water with your dinner... Less expensive hotels give free drinks, beer and wine with your dinner and water if necessary. WiFi: awful! Only like 5mbps and constantly regularly drops outs when even just on a voice call...

Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. Unfortunately food quality was disappointing in my opinion, and it gave me sickness which cut short my last ski day. However, aside from this no complaints on anything else.

Starting with most amazing part of the journey: “The food!” as it was incredible. Absolutely everything tasted amazing and the quality of products used is top notch. Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year. It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner. You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel. Highly recommend.

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. It seems to lack maintenance and needs some renovation. The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. So if one wishes to move around more in the village better choose one of the hotels there, which are pretty much in the same category. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours. Absolutely great guy! The ****** here is also nice, a little bit small but cozy.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. Having mentioned the restaur, the variety and quality of the served food items are well within and possibly exceeding its category. Well done!

Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. This a very good and new hotel. The staff is very kind. It is very well positioned near the gondola departure, which is confortable for skiing. And above all it is one of the few hotel which can provide VIP skipass which saves you from the unimaginable queues at the entrance of the gondola.

The hotel is super, clean, cozy, with friendly staff, we will definitely come back again.

Overall a nice place. Rooms are large, beds are very comfortable. The pool is very nice and the water is warm enough to swim with kids. Didn’t like the attitude of the staff at the restaurant which was the reason for us to look for other places to eat during our stay.

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was super crooked and uncomfortable and made a terrible noise at the slightest body movement, my baby girl kept waking up every time I sat down or moved in bed. We were a family of 10. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel. The rooms were good and clean, the Spa was great, the treatments we had were profesional, the food was good with a large variety and most of all the staff was very obliging and helpful always smiling and kind.

The Hotel is really modern and nicely decorated. If you are skiing, there is a bus to the gondola every 15 mins in the morning and back in the Afternoon. The staff are lovely and there is a very relaxing bar area with great cocktails. The spa is really nice with an outside thermal pool and a sauna which looks over the mountain. I want to thank coach Max, as for me he is the best coach I have seen there. He taught my brother and sister (she is 3 years old) to ski in one training session. It was also quite fun to ski with him and jump on ski jumps. I recommend him to everyone!!!
