Great location, beautiful view, and very cozy rooms. Delicious food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price, and exceptionally good service. What more does a person need? Definitely will visit again.

We made a booking through booking platform for the 31 of December and the next day, they called us telling the price is not 59€(as we booked) but 80€ and they were asking us to cancel the reservation through booking and pay more money upon our arrival. Of course we refused, and then the next day they called us again to tell us that they have no room available at all! EVEN WE HAD A BOOKING STILL ON!! We informed Booking platform and they took care of us providing alternatives. By the way, the owner of the hotel denied to talk to us directly and made an employer of the kitchen staff to make all a the contact! Unbelievable these kind of people are running businesses like this!

Everything was very good.
The service Personal is very friendly and hospitable, the food is very tasty.
I recommend this Hotel and we will definitely settle here next time.

super hotel! not far from the highway, for a nice price. delicious breakfast, the restaurant is open until 24:00. very nice and helpful staff. special thanks to the owner of the hotel!! because our car broke down and he helped us find a service, and it was Saturday. also the mechanic at the service repaired everything very quickly and efficiently!! recommend!! thanks again!

Diva Hotel Blagoevgrad is a cozy and modern hotel with a great atmosphere. It features an excellent restaurant with delicious local and international cuisine, plus a secure underground parking. Perfect for a comfortable stay — everything is super here!

The hotel is good for its price, however , i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here because the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Its a shame they have great capacity and nice location but bad employees.

When i arrive Emily was very helpful friendly professional.
Rooms were amaizing clean up to date.Food was amaizing GREAT.
From the owner and all staff there was everything how has to be.The staff are professional 24/7 helpful
Night time reception are great.
Highly recommend if you like to have relaxed friendly clean and professional stay this hotel is far more than stars been rated.
I enjoy everyday been there.

Room is OK. It was kinda hot when we got in the room so we turned on air-condition and there was a nasty smell from the floor unit of mold. And the bed is a bit hard.
