The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience.....

Huge mistake!!! Do not go there! The place suck. No air conditioning in the hallways, its 90F inside, two beds together instead of a bedroom. Advertises as 4, its actually 3, but feels and looks like 1 star. Poorly and cheap furnished and finished. The railing on the porch is shacking and very unsafe. Disgusting!

The service definitely prefers customer satisfaction over immediate cash gain. Staff speaks excellent English and acts very professional. Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends.

Lovely elegant rooms. Large spacious, light and airy. Not your standard tourist fare. Breakfast is adequate though not the best around. Excellent location with good views from restaurant and most rooms.

We were a small group. All of the rooms should of been with sea view and paid for it. But our was with a Sidesea view and they didn't change it because there was no one with twin beds and sea view. Those things they need to say before. It is not a cheap hotel. Another thing that I totally didn't like is that the hotels allows smoking at the reception space?!? It is forbidden by law! Are they protected somehow? Also in some of our rooms there was a smell of cigarettes and no matter that they have changed it it had it again.

Very nice place with really good food and wine selection! Staff ware friendly and take care for us during our dinner.
*Note: We choose not so popular time and it was kinda empty. Actually it was raining and the taxi driver bring us there.
Still it was pretty cool for random found restaurant. I am pretty sure we will go back there on next time we visit the city.
Btw, i saw there is a parking spot behind ....
