Hotel Iskar & Aquapark - Premium All Inclusive in Sunny Beach

Avoid at all cost especially if British The hotel is dated bathrooms are so bad rusty showers also leak. Water went off daily Staff are so rude, there were 2 waiters that did try but the rest awful not helpful in any way No Diet Coke, when explained need sugar free for diabetes was told to go buy our own, was all inclusive hotel Cleaner kicked the plastic sunbed table out the way as she couldn’t get to empty the outdoor bin and shouted something but seemed very angry. The list is endless Food, not for me, everyday short of cups Couldn’t have late check out. Poor experience will not be returning. Be careful photos look lush but definitely not as they look

Where to start the rooms are horrendous small outdated however we got used to it as the holiday went on. The staff are honestly the most miserable , disrespectful people I’ve ever met and tbh I would be if I had to come to this to this place everyday. From the bar men ignoring you and being disrespectful to cleaners kicking tables at you when you’re sunbathing and shouting stuff in Bulgarian for no reason at all wether this has been happening because we’re English I don’t know but that’s what I expect. The only good thing is the cocktails are strong and the beer is good apart from that there’s absolutely no reason to come here , we’ve been coming to Bulgaria for 10 years now and this is by far the worst one. If English avoid don’t make the same mistake we did !!!!

If your English do not go ther vile full ov eastern arrogant Europeans I told them we're 2 go like😆👊🇬🇧 was the only English person in the hotel staff were nice tho ! Bulgaria is good place!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not go to this hotel again even if it was free I went here 21st of September it was £330 all inclusive there was 11 of us all together I’m not here to moan about the food or how the hotel looked the slides was closed the kids club was closed we had 3 children with us and my disabled daughter day 3 we started to spend our time at the beach as we felt so uncomfortable at the hotel there was 2 other families but as the days went on there was us lot and the odd people and felt like they couldn’t wait for us to go one morning came down in the lift with my daughter and the floor was absolutely drenched and about 7 cleaners scrubbing the full reception area which I though was really bad as they could of waited for us to go or done it at a different time seen as they had seen me pushing the wheelchair since I got there and then they was stacking tables chairs and moving the sun loungers so only a few was left out we was all saying we would arrive back to the hotel one night and we won’t have a mattress on the bed it was starting to feel quite bad but then on the last day we got approached by a taxie man who was based outside the hotel he said we was having to leave at 8 at night and would take us to restaurant up in the hills and would take up all to the airport from there but we didn’t need to leave for the airport till 11 at night so we told him no thank you we’re leaving for airport at 11 which he replied they are closing at 8 though so I said well no they can’t we have kids and will have no where to go they can’t do that then he shouted the the man on the reception outside and said what time are you closing and he replied 8 which then I said i want to speak to a manager because you can’t do that I have a daughter in a wheelchair all the suitcases and had my other two children with me he walked off when my partner spoke to him he said ok not a problem but it was quite clear he wanted to close the hotel down at 8 and was trying to get the taxie man to have us out by offering to take us out for food they also stopped the all inclusive at 2 o’clock so we had to eat out they also turned the hot water off in the morning no one could get a wash or shower and when we came back after eating out we was making sure we had everything packed at this time it was 7.30 and they turned the electric off so it was pitch black in the hallways so when we came out our room the only light we got was from the lift I took videos of this as I have complained to on the beach because I wouldn’t want another family to go through what we did I couldn’t wait to get out this hotel and if they wanted to close so bad they shouldn’t of took the booking we walked past lots of hotels and they had a much better vibe then ours also playing music through the day for children entertainment we had none of that and it didn’t say the slides and entertainment wouldn’t be on so just be warned when you go from the 20th September the hotel is like a morgue and how they can just stop all in

I really don't, know where to start my review! It was the worst holiday! Food îs terrible, in the room smells like mold,very dirty ,very old ! Trust me everything îs dirty ,you canotaj find a clean plate to eat,clean cup to drink some coffee! Do not come here!

I would avoid this hotel if you British. The food is not very good not hot, not enough people over fill there plates and then leave 1/2 it and staff didn't say anything to them. when it says you be charge but dont do it. The food waste is really bad. They need two seating times. The bar closes at 10pm so after that your out of luck, Bar staff are rude. The best thing about this place is really clean all round, cleaners and reception staff really friendly. we was all inclusive but after first morning never eat here. I will not be returning here..

Just recently returned from staying at this hotel, there was six of us in total. We had all booked inclusive, so was expecting decent food so what a let down when we found that this hotel catered more for European and Eastern European people. We had breakfast one day and the food was cold, this was the same on all meals, you had to go early as if you went down after 9am there was very limited choice. This was the same on all meal times. The staff had very limited English, our room was only cleaned every other day. The shower worked perfect but bathroom would get flooded as shower tray was slow going down the drain. There was no kettle in room o and this a must if you enjoy first drink in morning or last thing at night. The hotel bar closed at 10pm every night. No decent activities during the day. Pool area was kept clean and tidy. As one member of our group kept highlighting it was only a 3 star hotel, in my opinion did not deserve this. Would I visit this hotel again one word NO. I recommend that English couples and families avoid this hotel like the plague.

The hotel was dated but clean, the pool and slides were good. However, that's where it ends. 2 sets of toilets, also used by the staff. 1 set was closed at night and the other set was outside the restaurant. But, when the restaurant closed the doors you had to walk from the back of the hotel to the front and walk past reception to access. it rained one day and the pool bar was the only thing open. Unfortunately the staff took down the umbrellas so you had to walk around the pool in the rain and then had nowhere to sit without getting wet. The shower was blocked and despite the "handyman" checking it wasn't resolved, so a shower became a dangerous thing with water leaking all over the floor. The bathroom light was only fixed when we complained the third time and refused to leave reception until it was done. The food was nasty and cold and after living on boiled eggs and toast we started to eat out. Entertainment was a laptop and a speaker, but as the wi-fi kept gong off the music was interrupted frequently. A couple of the staff were friendly but most were ignorant and miserable, and it wasn't because they couldn't understand us, they could. I could go on. Suffice it to say, Sunny Beach is great, the bars were good but the hotel? Nope. Never going there again
