Everybody is lying about the hotel, there are no insects , nobody is shouting and everyone treats you good and the breakfast is good. The real scammer are booking sites!!! They wanted to make us pay 464 euro for the same stuff , but when i made a reservation through phone it was 250 Euro(488.95 bgn). So if you paid more than this for 5 nights dont complain to the hotel , you got scammed

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The service was outstanding. They made me feel valued as a guest and were always ready to assist with any requests I had. For the price that we payed it was a really good price. The rooms and have AC. The meals were not so diverse, but basically they were OK. The inner yard is really beautiful, clean and relaxing, with swimming pool and playground.

Location is pretty good, close to the beach and main street, there are enough parking spaces and it is free. Room is big, a lot of space. Bathroom is also big but when you take a shower all water is on the floor. Cleaning service is 10/10. Food is good, not the best but you have a lot to choose from. Drinks are horrible. The only thing that was good is water. Coffee, cocktails, beer, juice are horrible...

We went to go see the Freddy Mercury tribute act thought we'd have dinner we had starter dinner dessert cocktails was amazing large portions only thing I didn't like was starters came out 5 mins later main course brought out so buy time we ate starter dinner was cold amazing food though x

This review is for the restaurant. We ordered the chicken and pork meat skewers, top quality meat well cooked with a lovely flavour. The potato cheese and ham bake was yummy, and our young son loved the ribs and prawns. Service was great and the prices were fine. This review is for the restaurant. The place is nice and has a beachfront view. Serving was pretty quick and the QR Code menu is easy to use and available in multiple languages. Food was good and the prices acceptable considering the location. Would recommend!

Great place for a holiday, clean clean, clean. Great complex with excellent bar and food to suit all tastes. Entertainment most nights, ie bingo, music, sports television and great atmosphere. Staff are superb, very welcoming and friendly.

Great hotel with awesome terrace, close to the beach (actually first line) and away from the noisy center with discos clubs and pubs. It has swimming pool, also really nice restaurant downstairs. The beach is less crowded that the center of Sunny Beach (Slnchev bryag). Walkable distance to Sveti Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Also you can rent a bike from the Rent-a-car downstairs and reach the old town of Nessabar

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain. On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e.g. Harmony Suites we paid a similar price...

Very friendly staff, booked us in 2 hours earlier as the room was available. Rooms are clean, housekeeping and everything working. Compare to other places in Bulgaria these people know how to offer good customer service. Any issues resolved fast. I was happy to stay there and girls at reception and bar, do a fantastic job.

Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!

We are staying in for second time at this family owned hotel, very warm staff, the rooms are clean, air conditioned and because it's just 200 meters away from the main street it's quiet at nights. We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment for 4 people at a reasonable price. The pool is a very nice place to relax after or before beach, and the small terraces of the apartment are ok for enjoying your morning coffee. Host was kind and my stay was really enjoyed here.

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it.
