1. The floor of the room was extremely dirty, there was sand, hair, trash, everything. I am also attaching a photo of the hairball left in front of the mirror. 2. At 11 o'clock, one of the hygienists, completely unperturbed, unlocked her door and entered our room, even though the check-out time was 12. 3. There was a hole in my towel. 4. The refrigerator was not working. 5. I also had a bad impression of the man standing by the reception (I don't know what was his job there), he made a rather inappropriate joke In my opinion, these are unacceptable things regardless of the price range of the accommodation!

Wonderful restaurant. Bar staff lovely. Owner Coco lovely man. Had a great night out with friends. Music fantastic 4 piece band. Also say ABBA Tribute. Food lovely and not bad price. Will be visiting again and have promoted it on my large page.

Recently spent a week's holiday in Sunny Beach, although we didn't stay in the hotel, we did eat in the restaurant, well if you can call it that!. Cold chips, dry chicken, and warm beer was not the meal I was hoping for. Entertainment was also extremely loud, my family and i were unable to have a conversation due to the decibels booming around the restaurant. Waiting staff were also rude, tapping a small "tip glass" on the table at the end of our meal. I'd say avoid at all costs.

We went to go see the Freddy Mercury tribute act thought we'd have dinner we had starter dinner dessert cocktails was amazing large portions only thing I didn't like was starters came out 5 mins later main course brought out so buy time we ate starter dinner was cold amazing food though x

People were very nice which is very unusual for Bulgaria. Room was comfortable and location was great.

Location was good, not far from nightlife, but still quiet enough. Breakfast was served near by hotel.

Visited the bar/restaurant section of this place on the 12/7/2017 with my family. Have the say a total disappointment. The food was by all means cheap but it was obviously cheap for a reason. The service was slow, the food was cold and the order was brought out wrong after a long long wait. Also if you don't smoke then do go as we could hardly breathe it was that bad. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!
