Delfin in Sunny Beach

This is very nice hotel in Sunny Beach.
We stayed here for 6 nights all in. As other reviewers said, the entrance and the loby are a little outdated but stil decent. The rooms on the fifth floor have a big terace, good bathroom and spacious room. The furniture is new, the room is well maintained, and it was cleaned every day. New towels on request,for a hair dryer you should ask at the reception.
The food was delicious, little repetitive but still ok. The service is very fast they make sure everyone has everything they want. One remark is the cutlery and the glasses should be polished. Otherwise they might have food on them even washed.
The pool is ok, the only down side is that the sunbeds are little dirty, from dust, sand, something spilled, etc, but that can be easly cleaned.
There are activities for kids like waterpolo and dance party.
The best part is the pancakes chef that makes pancakes for breakfast on the spot, with very delicious chocolate cream.
The beach is not so close, there are parts with 2 sunbeds and umbrela for 30 lev (16euro) and in front of Zazu Bar and Bedroom bar are 50-60 lev (26-32) euro for 2 sunbeds with mattress and big umbrela and two towels.
Bedroom club guest are allowed to use the pool and the toilet.
There is day party every day and is little more busy for the weekend.
To visit the center of the city you can walk for 20 min or take a free shutle bus there are many stops and they arrive every 5 to 10 minutes.

The hotel is situaded in a lovely and quiet area, the rooms were great, we loved how the staff always kept things clean, the food was very good every time we ate, at any moment of the day. Everything was clean, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant, they have a bar next to the pool wich is always full of snacks and drinks and the staff were always polite.

We stayed at Delfin Hotel in Sunny Beach from the end of July to the beginning of August 2024, and we had a fantastic experience! The refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains and individual air conditioning made our stay even better. The food selection in the all-inclusive package was excellent, with something for every taste. The pool, especially the kids’ section, was spotless and refreshing. The hotel’s location, just a short walk to the beach, was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel for families!

We stayed a week in July 2023 and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. It’s an old building from the communist’s time but the rooms and bathrooms are refurbished. Rooms size is ok , basic furnishers but clean. The air condition are individual for each room and operated with remote control. The mattresses are very comfortable and the curtains are black out once. The cleaning ladies are freshing up the rooms every single day!!!
The All inclusive is great and they are different varieties of food to suit every taste.
The pool has a decent size kids section and it is very clean. The hotel is 3 min walk to the beach over the dunes via a wooden path walk.
There is designated paid parking available right in front of the hotel for an extra charge.

The only downside for us was the pool being closed at 6pm.

the hotel can be classified as 3 star. there is no special luxury here, the gym is outdated, for an additional fee.
very nice pool, and quite close to the sea. windows of all rooms overlook the sea.
in general, everything is at a pretty good level, only it’s quite far from the center with cafes, if you plan to go there often, take into account

I enjoyed my 1 week stay here. It is close to the beach and the price for all inclusive is great. The downsides are the communist vibes that are still lingering to this day and the fact that the staff seemed a little tired and unfriendly (except for the cleaning lady, she was really nice). Even so, I recommend staying here if you don't mind the communist vibes. They also had really cool activities for kids, every evening.
