A small nice hotel that is for four stars not for three. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food. The cold kitchen and the chef with his specialties are at the top level. They offer fish dishes every day. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, the bartender Alex and the waiters Mitko and Dani! Polite maids who take good care of cleanliness. I recommend

I arrived after a terrible experience in another hotel(balaton).
The hotel il very clean, and the workers are cheerful and polite towards people.
Food is fine.
They don't have a pool but you can use the one of the neighbors for free but if you want umbrella and chairs you have to pay.
The only negative aspect is the shower in bath of the room.
I would come again to stay in this hotel for sure!

Very lovely hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was cut short, but the experience I had there was good.

While it does have an excellent location and offers reasonable prices, I must emphasize some concerns during our stay.

Upon arrival, there was a booking issue regarding a child that was not accurate. The reception staff's response was somewhat dismissive, which wasn't the most professional approach. Additionally, there was tension between the receptionists, which was not reassuring.

Furthermore, the lack of an elevator on the 4th floor was a minor inconvenience. Despite asking politely, the response was somewhat brusque, which was surprising given my respectful demeanor.

The room itself was as expected for the price, but the requirement to keep the key card in for electricity seemed outdated. There were also concerns about hygiene, with stains on the mattress and a safe box with no key.

The communication regarding meals was inconsistent and came across as unfriendly. It would have been helpful to have clear information about meal options.

In summary, the hotel's location and pricing are commendable, but the overall experience was marred by unprofessional staff, cleanliness issues, and a lack of amenities. Please consider these points to improve the guest experience.

This hotel it's a BIG NO! Small rooms, not clean, bugs (we have pictures) and the name is a lie Pliska All inclusiv Light has only Breakfast. The manager has no idea to answer your questions.
It was a bad experiance and booking did not help much :(.

Me and my family are 3rd time here, 2 times in 2022 when we discovered this hotel and 1 time this year in 2023. This year in 2023, i’ve booked for my kid 36 nights for his summer holiday and then, i come with his mother to relax 1 week more. So, for more than 43 nights at the seaside, with all inclusive meals, we paid less than everywhere else near around Black Sea. We appreciate that it’s a very cozy and quite hotel, and very near to the beach as it is said on website. All the staff is very polite and tries the best to make you feel good. The report quality price in my opinnion it s very good and i recommend to book a holiday here if you want to relax and spend quality time at low costs. But if you need luxury, big rooms, different meals everyday you have to book another one and let this hotel to people who appreciate good confort at medium budget. When i am writing this review we are still here, the water is great, the beach is clean, the hotel is full booked, so i think i make a whole picture of all.

The worst hotel in Sunny Beach!!! The Parking was paid 15 BGN per day even though there were a lot of empty lots, and on top of all it was not under surveillance and also seagulls pooped on top of my car and made it look horrendous. The restaurant staff is gupsy who constantly talk in their language and I think it's rude to the tourists. The food was the same every day and most of the meals were half-cooked, resulting in stomach pain. The short haired lady at the reception was very passive aggressive and made me pay extra because my reservation was for 2 people and we brought our baby son with us. The cleaning experience was awful, there was a pack of cigarettes under my bed and a lot of uncleaned dirt. The towels and the linen was definitely not clean! It had spots all over it and smelled funny. There was a guy with a red T shirt that walked around the parking during the day and constantly made me park my car on a different parking lot.

Very good value for the money hotel in Sunny Beach. Just behind the first line, the beach is literally 60-70 meters away. Its is small and the rooms are not very big, but are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The hotel has a parking as well. The personal was helpful and responded to all my request.

We had the worst cleaning service I have ever seen in my life. We had to ask receptionist for toilet paper several times. The bathroom smelled really bad when we arrived. I asked to clean out room and change towels several times. Once the cleaning lady came to our room to blister us for complaining to receptionist. So we had to clean our room in the hotel. Really unique. Also food is below the average and still same. Every day the same food. Also dining room is small. On the other hand The hotel has good location. From 3 to 5 minutes walk to beach. They charge extra fee for parking 15 lev per day.
