An incredibly beautiful hotel with a cozy, almost homely atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtfully designed: stylish interiors, immaculate cleanliness, and genuinely friendly staff. The cuisine is exceptional — the dishes are not only delicious but also served with love. The view of the marina from the room is breathtaking, especially in the mornings and at sunset. You truly feel like a welcomed guest here. It’s the kind of place you want to return to.

Extremely professional team. Unbelievably happy about how fast my reservation was made. Surprisingly clean and tidy room compared to the ones ive been in Sunny Beach. The manager made a discount for me as i was a new customer in this hotel. I would surely come again. See you next time.

Polite, helpful reception staff - however the lady who I assume is the manger (old lady with dark hair) was incredibly rude and obnoxious, bordered on aggressive. Clearly has a dislike for children and general tourists. Stay away, especially if you are a family.

Our experience at this so-called 5-star hotel in Bulgaria was a nightmare. The manager, an older woman with dark hair, was unbelievably rude and condescending. She seemed to have a particular disdain for foreign tourists, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite the good breakfast, the manager and unprofessional staff overshadowed everything. None of the advertised facilities were available, and when we asked for the best way to the old town, they laughed in our faces as if we should just know it ourselves. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition. TV in the bathroom. Classical style. Very kind staff and management. Really worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future when being around.

I didn't like the hotel! The shower in my room was leaking onto the floor, and the pool wasn't working! It seemed like the hotel wasn't ready for opening; renovations were going on all around. What's surprising is this: if you're not ready for the season and there's no water in the pool, how dare you list rooms on *********** without prior notice?
