The room was nice, modern, and clean, but there are several issues that should be improved. First the location is not very convenient. The surrounding streets look poor and in need of renovation. It would help if the hotel worked with the town to add more pedestrian crossing, making it easier for guests to walk safely and reach nearby areas. While the city center can be reached in about 15-25 minutes...

Because it's a new building, all the facilities are clean, spacious, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay very satisfying.

Very very nice place really Modern, clean, spectacular!!! I would suggest more options for vegans to the breakfast menu and to the menu at general. For example, it could be great to have a cattage cheese as a source of proteins for breakfast 👍.

Nice camping, half shadowed, nice staff, helpful receptionist, nice facilities (kitchen, fridge, gril, washing machine), in a very center of the town. I was just thinking, why they can't provide the toilet paper?? It is like e.g. if I should bring my own dishes into the restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights in a camper van and enjoyed the camp and the town. It’s a busy park in high season but we found a spot easily enough. It’s mostly level, they have black and grey disposal and water fill up. The facilities are decent. Super cozy place. Great garden. The children playground could be more than 2 seconds swings and one slide with sand. Very big disappointment is that villas has not air condition... If u get lucky and your villa is under the big tree is tolerable, but if you're not under the big tree.... you can feel like a sausage. The beach is near, but is crowded. It is wonderful you can receive this kind of feeling in the city. The atmosphere is relaxing. The hotel is super clean. We visited it with our 1y old twin girls and we had a greta time. The Spa zone was interesting. The service was great. They enjoy treating their clients well. Definitely worth visiting.

We stayed there for two days with our campervan. The service and facilities are just perfect. The bus stop to the city center is right in front. By taxi it is about 8 euros. Thank you Plamen for your service. I hope we'll come back soon!!!

Rooms are spacious, spa area is clean and everything functions properly. Big guarded parking lot. Good resraurant. Grill was delicious. Reception managers Lili and Plamen and the restaurant manager Nasko were very professional, friendly and willing to help! I can strongly recommend!

I found this hotel just by chance and as a last minute booking . Smart booking system, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, great food and very helpful staff particularly Lilly who was an absolute star. I also got to speak with the manager who takes an interest in all his clients. I will without hesitation be back in the next few weeks.

This is a large hotel, located somewhat far from the city center, so having a car is advisable (if not essential) to get there. Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet. Service very good and supportive.

The scenery around the hotel is amazing. There is a main hotel and a few apartment building scattered around it. The hotel rooms are comfy and renovated. You can also rent an apartment in one of the other buildings. Apartments are generally only operated (not owned) by the hotel and their condition may vary. we spent our summer vacation in St. Thomas. we had great time, they have private beds with umbrellas at the beaches + five swimming pools for the guests. the food was amazing. the view from our room was amazing, probably the best we have ever had. but the best of all were ladies at the reception, Zenka, Maya and Nina. if we had any problem, they would solve it quickly and with smile. the only downside...

We really enjoyed the place. We attended a wedding there. Great view of the sea, large spacious rooms. The food was great. we had no time to check the SPA, but it was also available. The breakfast could have been a bit more complete, e.g. I couldn't find ayran. There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel. Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

The houses were very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather, the fireplace gave a cozy feeling, the staff was very soulful, we were told about many beautiful places to visit. I recommend

Absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation, surrounded by astonishing nature in a super close vicinity of sky slopes. All house have several bathrooms and fully furnished kitchens. Heartily recommend to families of 4 to 6 - everyone will have a ton of space and enjoy their stay in both Summer and Winter time, or at least we did haha. P.S. The food is just awesome!

Nice place, very close to Pamporovo ski resort. Beautiful nature around. Food in the restorant was not so good, but it is ok for 2-3 days. There are kitchens with microwave, fridge and stove in the rooms and houses. There are very nice sauna on woods and jacuzzi.

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

We have rented a two bedroom apartment there from Evelina. It was really nice, comfortable, with all small thing that you might need during your stay available. The location of the apartment is great, close to pools and supermarket. Comfortable beds, big terrace.

This is a housing complex, built on the southern side of the Bay of Sozopol, southwest of the town of Sozopol itself. The landscaping is the most impressive part of the whole venue as there is lush greenery surrounding the buildings and they have put quite a lot of work in it. The buildings themselves are nothing special, typical for this part of the black sea coast - siding done with low quality wood...

We absolutely loved the overall aesthetics of the village, including the beautiful alleyways, the lush vegetation, and the wonderful pools. Our room had an amazing terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea. I know some guests mentioned the long distances to walk from one place to another within the village, but we liked it. Nice hotel big and good pools the room was nice. But there were a lot of climbing up and going down which tired me. But overall it was very nice

Amazing place with lots of green areas, a lot of great pools and amazing views. Some parking places are very risky in high season due to inclination - I assume most of the cars will be dented by others. Also, some areas are neglected and it starts to show - it is sad to see unusable parks and cracked terrains. The inside of the complex is in good shape and they also have transportation.
