Good resort at good prices. It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues. Staff (including the cleaners) were very helpful and polite. We had one or two issues with our room, we reported the issues and staff remedied these issues very promptly. The food was excellent (4 star) and it was very varied so there was always something to suit your palette.

Nice location for hotel very clean in rooms cleaner there every day front desk very poor no smiles & not interested in any problem you have. No entertainment at night.restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all. Wouldn't go back. Sorry.

We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor. the curtains didn't meet and the cistern lid kept sliding off. The food was always cold and not enough tables for the amount of people

Cheap, central, no service Positive: Short walk to the sea, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Cheap. Negative: The air conditioning is limited to 28 degrees. The hotel reception is a decoration. The breakfast is ok (for a cheap hotel), but without change for 7 days it gets boring. Already at seven in the morning all the sunbeds are occupied. (with towels).

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh. Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level) . Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner. Great beach and local alcohol for allinclusive. Thanks Rainbow Tours for this trip!

I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. Child friendly. All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long. It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel have a new management from 2025 and besides old reviews that I read, now everything was great, the rooms, the pool and food.

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool. And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there.
