It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

The wide terrace was also furnished and overlooked the pool and the iconic Kuban Hotel

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Drinks available all day and staff are friendly

Let it be known that the hotel is big and in the height of the season there are too many visitors from different nations, some of whom are too noisy and sometimes with rude manners

The room was comfortable and clean, but the interior and amenities felt a bit dated and not quite at the 5-star standard I was hoping for. The spa and wellness area was decent, but nothing exceptional

Slightest downside, can be slippy around outside heated pool, but once in the pool it very nice and turns a little magical when snowing

I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label

Excellent hotel made even better by all the staff, proffessional , friendly, helpful along with a smile. Good value for our stay, booked through Balkan holidays

The same goes for the breakfast — good variety, but average in terms of quality. It felt more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true luxury resort

We made use of the spa facilities daily, the pool is small but sufficient. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and hot tub after a long day of skiing. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage

Dimyat has a standard breakfast fare that opens early and the rooms are spacious, modern, cool, and comfortable. There’s a basic gym and a small pool, which unfortunately has a group class at 9

There is also a changing room by the adjacent pool, so it was very comfortable

The room is very big, with a sea view, 10 minutes' walk from the sea, and there is also a restaurant next to it

everything is perfect except guests that smoked and played loud music

There are two saunas in the basement, one dry and one mist, and they also have showers and an air-conditioned rest area. There is no cold bath, but there are two tile benches to cool your feet with water

The spa services were closed during my visit but I did get a relatively good massage. If you don’t mind walking, you can easily reach most of the Varna attractions save for the Aladzha monastery

There’s a wonderful animator named Maria who was so kind and energetic – our kids ran to her every morning and didn’t want to leave! It gave us parents a bit of time to unwind by the pool or enjoy the SPA

Our daughter spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool and gym, and she even joined some of the organized sports activities during the day

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed

For us adults, the highlight was the wellness area – the indoor pool, saunas, and relaxation zones were spotless and very relaxing

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that even our picky eaters enjoyed. There were snacks, fruit, and ice cream available all day, which was a huge plus for the little ones (and us, too!)

We also appreciated that there were healthy options as well. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. Everything in the hotel felt safe, family-friendly, and well thought out

only time they spoke was when they told us to move because they needed to clean the pool. Found it hard sometimes to get a sunbed if you were later going down. Didn’t have lunch or dinner in the restaurant

we found it hard to get a table each morning and food was cold. Noticed a lot of people handling the bread and putting it back again. Guys in charge of towels didn’t speak

Me and my family spent a lovely week in Sunny Beach staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful

The pool is very small and the number of sun beds mean that it is very difficult to get a sunbed in the morning time. The pool bar staff were great and the vibe was very relaxed but lacked atmosphere most evenings

The thing that let this holiday down was they have made a change to sun beds do not allow you to get a sun bed or towel before 10 am so a mad rush and then at 6 pm the whole pool and pool area's are closed come on its the hight of summer people come on holidays for sun it's a shame it was a good hotel but I won't be returning next year will be looking at a different hotel

The staff was super kind and professional. The slides and pool truly make you forget about the beach! Breakfast was delicious and varied, there were also some vegan and sugar free options

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach

We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

The waitress, who didn’t seem very friendly, came to ask for payment right after we finished eating. I didn’t really like the ladies at the reception either—they seemed bored and not at all cheerful

Everytime we approached them we never heard a «hi» or «what can I help you with today». They showed no interest in helping you. It was hard to even know if they saw us standing there wishing help

And I also thought that it was some kind of minimum english understanding when getting a job in an international hotel, but it seemed like english was not one of the criteria

Reception very friendly and chatty (if you wanted to). Pool area clean, food constantly refreshed, plates cleared away. Decent food choices, lovely daily fresh salad. I would call it a 3 star hotel

Room was excellent pool was excellent and clean. our room was very nice had a big suite. Close to some lovely restaurants. Knocked to see if you needed anything if you were in your room

I enjoyed my time at the Izola. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily (which felt excessive these days!) Staff started early and cleaning throughout the day

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Another highlight was the poolside animation team, who brought lots of joy and energy to each day

I was incredibly apprehensive after reading the previous reviews but luckily went with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful welcome I received. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard

Breakfast in this peaceful atrium every morning will be the highlight of your day. Possibly the best coffee I've ever experienced. Parking available, but also a very walkable location

Nice environment, good service

After diner he gave me a call to check in again. This morning I was very annoyed and would have ranked one star, but they really are trying to make up for their faults and improve, so I decided to give 4 stars

During the diner, the hotel manager visited me to apologise. I appreciated that and it showed that they really try to give a good experience, but it was apparently just 'force majeure' for them

There were some issues at the start due to the arrival of two big groups and the perfect storm that came into existence as a result. The hotel offered me a free diner as a compensation

We loved sitting in the restaurant/pool area at evenings like many other people. It was like being in a cozy pub. There is an abandoned club right next to the hotel, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it

We had a nice two room bedroom facing the pool. Pool is nice and it had few cabanas also. There were always free loungers even up until 12. The hotel looks cozy and romantic

One Gordon Ramsay visit and this place would be kicking because there isn't nothing wrong with the menu itself. Just little fine tuning how to cook different kind of meats. I don't understand why people are so negative

The restaurant has nice atmosphere with music. They could lower the volume a little and it would be perfect. The food is pretty normal AI, some are good and some not. We always found something to eat

To the beach you have to walk about 800-1000 meters, but it is very doable when you find your chosen path. The manager and the crew in the restaurant worked hard and everything worked great

16 The hotel itself is good, the food is delicious like at home, the staff is friendly, especially the short guy always smiles and jokes :) Minus that in Russian it was impossible to agree

It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating out there like some outdoor couches. They supply ear plugs just in case the 9th floor gets too loud. Only one night did I hear it faintly on one side of the room

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub

The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. Good restaurants, and stores within 15 minutes walking distance

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

The location is great, the hardware is very good, and there is English service at the front desk, but the software, service and soundproofing are not good. The front desk was still under renovation when we went there.

We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean

The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet

On Our arrival in Hotel Sankt Peterburg the Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once we when in Our room we are amaze with the beautiful view to the city of Plovdiv

On Our special day, once we return to our hotel room. We are amaze to see the beautiful decoration with flowers, balloons, bottle champange on ice and fresh cake

You have few bars, two swimming pools to your disposal. to the ⛱️ which is clear and very 👍 Sun loungers and umbrellas on the hotel's fenced 🏖️ are free of charge

There are two pools, big and clean. The beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk and we always easily found free sunbeds. We really enjoyed, all the recommendations for Primorsko del sol

everything was clean, the towels were changed every three days, but we demanded new towels every day, so we got it. The food is perfect, great choice whenever you come, really no one will stay hungry

The whole All inclusive package is great, besides a regular meals, it includes a good snack, plenty of fruit, icecream and good drinks. We had secured parking in the yard of the hotel, which is not included in the price

My family and I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 7 days, in the middle of August. Although we did not have high expectations, we were thrilled. We got a huge apartment with a terrace and a nice view

I like the service. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Upon arrival at the hotel we arrived around 10pm which was quite late check in was easy enough however the receptionist seemed to like she didn’t want to do any work!!! However cause we paid for half board she offered us some sandwiches to be brought up to the room which was nice we were on the 3rd floor and there is 1 lift which isn’t exactly the quickest the floor motion lights take a while to turn...

Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢

We've been going to this hotel for 10 years and this was the worst cleaning. This year food was much better than last year. Pool is finally fully renovated (last year it was still work in progress)

The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you

If you only interested in the minimum place to sleep and have breakfast then choose this places to stay, otherwise look somewhere else! The rooms are bare minimum, we booked one room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, we got two double beds and forced one of the members to sleep on the couch in the living room, the kitchen is empty and you can't cook anything, they give you ...

The breakfast was amazing, the location a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the pool is open in limited hours (its not that great either). It wasn't a good and relaxing experience for us we can't recommend staying there

30pm everyday Sunbeds - plenty to go around Extras - on arrival, given food and water packed for each guest complimentary

The swimming pool is nicely cleaned, there are free drinks, ice cream and pizza, the cleaning service was excellent, we didn't have any problem with it, the workers are really nice and helpful, the entry to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway, all and all a really nice hotel

A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.

My only complaint is the food, it's really classy and elegant and the kids might not like most of the food. The attractions that the hotel's staff provide are really fun and might make your stay better

First of all: the service is great ! The receptionist was so polite and helpful! They let us check in at 14:15 approximately ( but it was supposed to be 14:00) due to some misunderstanding with housemaid’s confirmation

We stayed in this hotel from the 25th 2020 of August till the 30th. From the first look the hotel doesn’t seem very ok, because there are some shops around, some bars

It was the best place that I could go with all my family and rest. I enjoyed everything, the food, the sea, the place, the hotel

the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc

after starting with a room with a pool view, after 2 days they changed it for us with the helpfulness of the staff, excellent quality food. even if with little choice, beautiful casino

it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach

We also made good use of the swimming pool and sauna etc, which was great after a days ski-ing. We loved our stay so much that we are booking again for February 2026 and looking forward to staying in the same room

We had a 2 bed apartment which as a family we loved, the food was incredible and there was always so much variety and choice for all of us. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was a problem

We had wonderful views of the mountains from our balcony and the slopes were a short walk away. There was also a really useful minibus which took us to the slopes every morning

The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff

Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer

The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was great and the pool and sauna was just what was needed each day after a day on the slopes. We were a family group of 8 and we would all stay here again

The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too

Even though we were the only guests for some days (staying in low season) we could use all the facilities, heated pools and the variety of saunas. The staff were friendly, kind and available

Great hotel just off the beach which is one of the best on BG coastline, huge apartment, nice food and friendly staff. I would recommend it for families who are seeking quiet holiday. Will return next year

Amazing luxury atmosphere from last sentury. This hotel is emblematic place of Plovdiv. The hotel is in Luxury still like Versay. Have inside and outside pool, ****** and two halls about private party

There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old

The lighting was not very bright and the nearby busy street produces noises all night. There are some nice things like the indoor swimming pool but overall I don't think it is worth it

Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

The stay in Trimonzium Wyndham Plovdiv Hotel was enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is very good. The city is wonderful. I’ be back.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good
