We lived the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we needed something like an iron they had it. The food was great. Tania one of the chefs was amazing, made us feel at home. Be back again to visit. We had great service at the bar too.

That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. Lovely apartment, good view, food is slightly above average of the typical Bulgarian low cost all inclusive, staff friendly but check in poor. You wont get lunch on your first day or even a drink until after 2pm, nor will you have access to your room.

My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Also, food and beverages are cheap in quality but I appreciate the diversity after all. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

Bed was not double as specified, and we had to improvise so the baby could sleep well enough. Also wifi only in lobby and this was not specified. Food was monoton, but edible. Parking paid and full, had to go somewhere else. And 2 elevators for 11 floors, not so great at meal hours, so better get a lower floor and use the stairs.

Good hotel for good price. Accomodation is up-to-date, new interiors, small fridge and fairly nice mini bathroom. Breakfasts were always england-like, eggs, toasts, beans. This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top.
