We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach

We went there before and already were happy with the hotel but this latest experience was even better: the facility is still awesome and staff and management seem to aim at truly international standards in terms of customer experience, they are warm and friendly and eager to help

The restaurant is just unbelievable (and I know about good food 😋). Rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Black Sea. Very important to me: the beds are very comfortable

A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

Located in the Port of Burgas. Walking distance to beaches. Pleasant traditional interior. Spacious outdoor pool and cabanas.

Beach access and Sea Gardens were a few steps away from the hotel and beautiful. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return in the future 😃

I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

The pool and spa are wonderful and the location right on the sea garden and beach is great. It's a big hotel but we felt very at home. Definitely recommend it and thank you for a wonderful stay

The serenity of the place, late at night, the complicity of the sea, right in front of you, when you open your eyes in the morning, the exquisite non alcohoolic and alcohoolic drinks carefully prepared at the Skybar, the excellent food, the yummy cakes and gorgeous coffee from the Coffee Shop, cannot be ignored

2 pools, own beach, bit strong drinks, but just order with less alcohol and its all good :) Location is perfect and the hotell is really nice :)

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

Towels provided free, with bath gown for 5 leva extra. The best spa facility in the area

Use the indoor swimming pool (heated to an insane 35° in the winter months!) and various saunas. They have a snack bar and bar just off the spa area where you can get refreshments during your stay

Overall feelings about Calista Spa Hotel are positive. Best things are variety of saunas, swimming pool with different jets, professional massage. Personal at Reception and Spa attentive and ready to help

Rooms are in reasonable conditions for such hotel. Room cleaning and toiletries supply could be improved with more attention to carpet vacuuming and dusting furniture

Breakfast is included automatically and it was the same every day except weekend. After 6 nights we left the hotel relaxed and refreshed

A few days ago was my first time visiting this gorgeous hotel and I couldn't have left with a more magnificent experience than the one I've had

Everything looked great and the staff helped me with everything at all times which left quite the pleasant feeling to me and my friends. There was also this noteworthy lifeguard which I believe was called Boyan

and with this he ensured our stay to be more than wonderful. We can't say "Thank you!" enough times to him, but we'll make sure to do so every single time when we visit the Golden sands

He helped me and my friend a bunch of times when we really needed it, he also guided us through the city one night and even gave us honest reviews of where we can eat and etc

Our kids felt great at the water tubes and at the evenings shows. The food is not always grate, but it's a plus that it has a large variety from where you can find something suitable for your taste

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

The place is PERFECT!! A beautiful view and nice employees! The robots are very interesting and fun! The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are many interesting places nearby that you can visit.

Clean rooms, comfy bed and very helpful staff! The bathroom is a bit small but nothing too dramatic.. It didn't bother us.

The bonus was that we booked a room with a view of the city, but we got a room with a sea view for free

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is

Also, waiter (don’t know his name) was friendly, always smile and that makes you feel very welcomed in the hotel, and makes your experience more positive

The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before

Please give advice to Reception staff be more friendly, give more information. Ivan is the Best, he must teach them. But Hotel very boring, no music, no life at all Please improve and update

Just to know: nobody tells you before but you have to pay 15 Lev’s/day for two seats and an umbrella, because the hotel doesn’t have its own beach

The staff were friendly and helpful. If we needed something like an iron they had it. Tania one of the chefs was amazing, made us feel at home. We had great service at the bar too

Evrething was perfect,rooms ,service and location! Specially I like the animation! There is 3 kids who are very lovely and very polite! This 3 kids they make me feel child again I really enjoy dancing with them !

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room

Our only slightly negative point was that the hotel is located slightly out of the way, meaning that it was necessary to get a taxi or bus ( not expensive) to go to the town centre

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The valet who parks the cars is world class. Right there when you need him and his driving skills are tip-top. His name was Valeri, best man.

Very close to the beach .Good value for the price and good brekfast. A bit old style but OK,parking is a plus.

Lidl supermarket is very close. Ravadinovo Castle is also worth to visit

Very nice receptionict people,nice studio flats with air conditionig both room, we were with two children and we had side room from back where was quaiet the bad point was only one think all young bulgarian taking acomodation here and when they coming drunk back from town they always awoke us up and childrens couldn't sleep

I overall liked my experience at the hotel. I stayed for 7 nights at the end of June. It has just been refreshed for the season and the rooms were nice. The rooms are cleaned very well

We were look for this place as it was look like Family friend hotel but been told first two week in august is full Sozopol of young wild bulgarian 🥴

Probably upset that we complained, the cleaning staff just threw some towels on the bed the next day, changed the trash, and tossed a roll of toilet paper somewhere, without bothering to vacuum the floor, even though it is a beachside hotel

Liked · Awesome view from he apartment and terrace/balcony. Probably most convenient place in New Nessebar for the beach and reaching the Old Nessebar. Definitely recommend and will be back if in Nessebar

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location, right next to the beach, the low price, and also the pool, which was a useful alternative when the wind was too strong at the beach

Disliked · There were no broom to wipe sand which comes from the beach. Microwave would be very convenient, but there was not. Bathroom with at least curtains would be much more convenient

After the second night, housekeeping stopped coming, so we went to the reception ourselves to ask for toilet paper and clean towels

Even though the door was locked and we shouted that we were inside and changing clothes, she came in anyway. So, be prepared with a lot of patience. Breakfast was abundant, but the food was poor

The beach next to the hotel is very good. Sea view from the balcony is wonderful, you could welcome the sun with cup of coffee early in the morning. This is my favourite place for vacation

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach

^^ The Prestige is located on sunny beach but not on the crowdy, loud party strip of it but further north of the main sunny beach. Because of that it is quiet in the evenings what I prefer

You will have lots of swimming pools and animation for kids. We came last year and this year again. We had a fantastic time here celebrating my birthday

The apartment with the balcony on a central location has a superb view looking at the swimming pool and the sea. Excellent service with daily cleaning and change of towels. The breakfast buffet is excellent

We had a good stay! Very clean, comfortable, big pool and near the beach. Taxi's waiting outside if you go on a night out. Not so expensive 20lev to the sunny beach main strip 😀
