Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. Although advertised as four star hotel it's nowhere near. The rooms are average, cleaning service don't come every day and the bins near entrance are usually full of garbage. The staff at the reception could be more polite, and in general every evening there are a lot of murky guys and obscure dressed ladies coming into hotel. In general hotel was nice but my experience from the breakfast was very poor. To be honest the service did not clean the tables, it was very difficult to find the rable without leftovers from the food of predecessors. Additionally satin stairs were full of stains. Our family had an amazing seaside getaway at this hotel! The location right by the shore was absolutely perfect, and the pools were beautiful and very well maintained. Good resort at good prices. It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues. The beach has great sand and staff were very friendly. So overall a good place to go for families.

Excellent experience here, staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for our family - especially for my sons birthday. So helpful with the late checkout due to the time of the transfers. Would highly recommend and definitely return, great kids club and entertainment.

Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!
