stayed first week of june excellent hotel all staff very friendly especially SILVA the manager i have booked to stay first week of september i have stayed in many hotels in sunny beach this one is up with the best

Super nice staff and great placement, close to the beach. Room: Although it is not a completely renovated hotel room, it is a good room with the things you need

5min walk from the beach (I counted) and 5 min walk to the main, busy street. The hotel is a little outdated but super charming and it has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was good, rooms were good and clean

The drain in the shower was a bit clogged, probably from all the sand people drag inside from the beach, but the water went down anyways, just took a little longer. All in all a good experience!

The pool area was quite and nice with a restaurant and a bar. No complaints 👌 but what took my heart was the staff. They were ALL really nice and helpful from the housekeepers to the manager

Great location, right next to the beach and most importantly excellent service. The animations team really made it a fun stay, even during the days with a bit worse weather

The pool bartender, Krystian and Ertan made excellent drinks (and told quite a few jokes as well :D ) Overall a stay to be remembered warmly!

Helpful, kind and attentive, they have answered a myriad of questions and are going to hire mobility scooters for us for the 2 days we want to explore the promenade, the pub I mentioned being too far for my friend to walk and my wheelchair doesn’t lock so I can’t let it out of my sight, and the slopes are more than the 6 degrees my wheelchair is meant to cope with

However turn left from the boardwalk and you’re heading straight to the centre with the usual clothes, handbags and souvenirs, but then turning left into another little alleyway there is a pub selling food and drinks with outdoor seating which is what my friend and I were looking for

It may be that some of the closed places serve coffee and have seating but not this early in the season. We are staying at the Melia sunny beach hotel and this review is being written while we are staying there

There’s a zebra crossing here for safety as you have to cross the road. Having got there, the ‘promenade is a little disappointing as there are not sea views and of course my wheelchair can’t run on the beach

While it is exceptional to find one person as good as Nina, I found two. The manager of the Spa, Maia Ivanova, also deserves special mention

So perhaps people have been too quick to take staff not being fluent English speakers for rudeness, and have forgotten to consider they may just need a moment to get their heads around what you’re saying

I found the staff to be not just warm and friendly but one of the managers, Nina Neshkova, could not have been more kind and she made me feel cared for, truly impressive for a hotel of this size

She was warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful and extremely efficient and she guided me to the right members of her team to get the sessions I needed and loved

So after several reviews here diminishing the staff, I wanted to share my experience

I heard hardly any English voices in the hotel, or in Varna generally

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem...

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

Amazing location, right on the strip at the beach, couldn't ask for anything more! Cleaners in every day, they work so hard. Staff really helpful.

Also door to balcony is in dire need of a service(my job) as it does nit close properly and sealing gasket missing from frame

Despite the cloudy weather, we had a bright Easter holiday, thanks to this wonderful place. Clean and cosy rooms, tasty food precisely served. Polite personnel, fun for kids and adults

I had to finish with my wow experience of the beach party, with its music, fire entertainment and fireworks which made our holiday

The beach was clean, with dark sand and a gentle entrance to the sea. Overall, we rate the stay very positively, it is definitely one of the best hotels in Bulgaria

Animations leader was excellent at getting everyone involved even those with names as ‘no,no,no’ joined in and ‘maybe tomorrow’. Overall the experience of the hotel was 5* it’s just a shame that the weather let us down

The manager and staff really are running this hotel to top spec! The food was fabulous and to excellent quality. The chefs temperature tested the food and it was cooked fresh

A great selection of meals which caters for everyone. Only suggestions i would say is we would have loved a night for bulgarian food. The saunas and indoor pools are great. Recommend the mud pools just along from hotel

Warm welcome from all the staff. Hotel is in middle of nowhere. But that not the hotels fault. The rooms were cleaned everyday and mini bars filled. There is a free shuttle to Pomorie which can be booked at desk

The Hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic, we’re currently staying in one of the family rooms. It’s 2 bedroom and the ‘adult’ bedroom has its own balcony, wardrobes and bathroom away from the ‘kids’

Said 5 star but its 3 star realy. Food not good. Staff in restaurant rude. No information given about anything. Rooms nice clean. Jet 2 rep not bothered to tell you anything . Won't be going back again all crap

Room lovely, food great especially the snack bar and the drinks and cocktails were the best all inclusive drinks we’ve ever had

The pool areas are so clean and you can either go to the lively one with music or a quiet one round the back. We didn’t go to the evening entertainment because we could hear it from our balcony and it sounded amazing

We have laughed from the moment we got here and we can't thank Rado and his team enough for making our stay extra special. The room was lovely and clean and this was replenished daily

We stayed at the imperial resort hotel in bulgaria, for 7 nights , my only regret is , i should of booked to stay longer , we were treated like royalty 👑, the management and staff were lovely, the range of food and drinks were fabulous, the hotel its self had a friendly atmosphere, and was very clean , we would definitely come back again to this beautiful country and fabulous hotel

The food was good, great choice, perhaps not as hot as I would have liked, but that is to be expected with buffet style

Each evening was a different theme which was good and breakfast was also excellent with many options available. There was also a little cafe if you wanted a sweet afternoon snack

We had a 10th floor, sea-view room (1015B), absolutely central to the hotel, which was was spacious with ample storage. The AI food and drinks were good. Great breakfast, much variety for both lunch and dinner

Entertainment wasn’t the best, we spent more time out of the hotel on sunny beach strip, which was lovely but an extra cost to the holiday

The pools were great, cold, but you great for cooling you down. The hotel was in a great position, close to the action, but not too close. Plenty of bars and restaurants around if you wanted to eat out

We arrived late at night due to a delay with our flight. The hotel had put on some sandwiches for the guests which was a lovely gesture

It's good value for money, but I don't really like the decorating style; it's a bit oppressive and old-fashioned.

In general hotel was nice but my experience from the breakfast was very poor. To be honest the service did not clean the tables, it was very difficult to find the rable without leftovers from the food of predecessors

Additionally satin stairs were full of stains. It was visible that somebody spoilt something on the seat or grabbed the back of the chair with his dirty hand

The staff at the reception could be more polite, and in general every evening there are a lot of murky guys and obscure dressed ladies coming into hotel. Probably will not take this hotel next time I'm in Sofia

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour. 10-12 July 2025 The room: was comfortable. We reported it and were told we could change rooms or have it repaired the next day. We chose to wait until the next day

Alegro Lobby Bar: the female bar person working in there was extremely rude. And she didn't make the cocktails with all ingredients listed. I was very nice in my request and she was still rude

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic, and the animators organized fun contests, morning workouts, and water slides. And there was so much more! A paradise for both children and adults.

The hotel's services were all incredible: slides were all Ok and safe,pool was great, so were the restaurants. I would most definetely come here again

It was amazing! Stunning views from the sea view rooms. Our family liked it a lot. The food was delicious and the aquapark was very fun.

We made use of the indoor pool which was lovely, We were booked in till 1st October but hotel closed on 30th September So staff were surprised we were still there however we were looked after there was 12people left till late , We were there as the staff party was starting it was lovely to see them all coming in dressed up and I think it is a lovely thing for the company to do for them to be honest...

One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. It's impossible to try and enjoy the outsides without sitting in a cloud of smoke

Currently staying here and hotel is not bad but the food needs to improve. Not much option for vegetarians apart from pizza chips and bread. Some salad. Does not cater for Indians.

Our family had an amazing seaside getaway at this hotel! The location right by the shore was absolutely perfect, and the pools were beautiful and very well maintained

Excellent experience here, staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for our family - especially for my sons birthday. So helpful with the late checkout due to the time of the transfers

We as a couple came every year on this hotel since 2020, maximum stars from our perspective, free and safe parking (also underground), delicious food, good quality for the drinks (5 bars), clean rooms, the studio's are large and we had all the time with sea view, the staff very kind, the beach was improved every year (few years back was a rocky beach)

We had a pleasant holiday at White Lagoon and especially appreciated the excellent location, directly on the beach with easy access to the sea

Hello, Asking some questions here, as I did not receive a reply over email. How big (width and length) is a bunk bed from the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments? Can an adult sleep in the bunk bed? 2

No need to stay in line for a sunbed in the morning. The only thing that feels very negatively from my family's stay was the black sea. The sea was very brown and full of seaweed

In the two-bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms has two twin beds. Can these be attached to each other to create one single double bed? Thank you!

This was not very inviting for swimming in the sea. Luckily the hotel had three large pools with nice temperature

Food in the main restaurants was lovely, lots of choice, catered well to UK palate and it was hot. Lobby bar served great cocktails, food was good and had live music in the evenings

The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts. The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still

The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services. Kids (and adults) can enjoy the arcade and billiards rooms. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor lounging area

We would especially like to highlight the excellent management under Mr. Krastyu Genov, who, together with his team, creates a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere

I recently visited this hotel with my family, I found the overall experience to be top notch, hotel Neptun offers an amazing food selection and is situated in the perfect location to fully enjoy Sunny Beach, the hotel and rooms were kept absolutely spotless and the staff were both kind and helpful to myself and my family, if you are looking for a fun relaxing all inclusive hotel I couldn't recommend...

the sauna was great very private Which was nice we are over 75 the reception staff was great especially Krastyn he couldn’t do enough for you thanks once again Krastyn for your help. Had a lovely room cleaned every day

Food is also quite good, personally I enjoyed. Big swimming pool with few slides. Nice snack bar and evening show. You can expect communication with staff in either of 4 languages, Russian, English, German or Bulgarian

We have enjoyed vacations at this resort. To consider, easy acces to the beach and you can go over the sand dunes or to follow nice street with many small shops. Rooms are good as price/quality

I'll allow myself to comment on the good and bad aspects of the hotel. The good: The rooms are very quiet, and overall, it's not noisy. The pool and slides are very nice. The hotel's location is excellent

Wifi is available everywhere & works perfectly! One small improvement could be the cleaning of the glasses, they are not always the cleanest! Overall I would say this is an excellent hotel with superb location & superb food!!

We were so excited to come on this holiday after doing a day trip to the water park last year in August. We were not disappointed this time around. The hotel was amazing, clean, fresh and a perfect fit for families

The room was perfect for our family of 4 which included a 3 year old and 6 month old. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was to your all inclusive standard

The purple people really made the holiday and made my little boy feel so special. We loved winning the certificates and being able to go on stage on a night to collect

We had to pay 100 euros extra to keep the room for a few more hours on the day of checkout, which I find outrageous given that this is about hygiene and preventing the children from infecting others in public areas

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

Everything we tried was really good. The casino itself is very luxurious and impressive. We really enjoyed the overall experience there. One thing to know is that there are no free alcoholic drinks in the casino

The hotel has some of the best restaurants in the city. On the ground floor there is a Mediterranean restaurant that feels high quality and well done

When we arrived, we found out that the pool is part of the spa, and entry to the spa costs 40 euros per day. If having a pool is important to you, make sure to include the spa cost in your budget planning

Our request for adjoining rooms, as we were four members of the family, was resolved by the customer relations manager by upgrading us to a much more beneficial new accommodation

So far, the room is wonderful! I am like a movie! Exceptional bathroom, shampoos and shower gels as much as you want, generous beds, big TV and soft carpet! The food was very good! One of the waiters, Yogi, was very nice, funny and kind! The amazing show, the super fitness room, the fancy hotel layout and the pool, the beach were wonderful!! I was a little nervous about this trip given previous reviews. However this hotel is wonderful. 2 mins to La Flor restaurant (if needed) and Condor bar etc. The room was spacious and bathroom/shower was perfect

Staff (including the cleaners) were very helpful and polite. We had one or two issues with our room, we reported the issues and staff remedied these issues very promptly

The food was excellent (4 star) and it was very varied so there was always something to suit your palette

We arrived at 6 o'clock and we made the check in. At 9 o'clock we can use the pool and at 12 the snack bar. Around the pool every day there are free places where to seat. The food was very good and delicious cooked

On the downside, the hotel can get noisy in the evenings, and the air conditioning isn’t always strong enough on very hot days. The pool area is lively but often crowded, so it’s best to grab a sunbed early

Most importantly, the food!! Breakfast was very satisfactory (3 types of eggs, potatoes, beans, eggy bread, salads, nice bread (butter good). Great choices (pork, chicken, fish every night)

He loved them! They knew each kids name and were taking really good care of them while we were enjoying our meal

Very high level hotel! One of the best I've been. Very grand, luxurious and clean. Food was good, more on the moderate side as variety, but very good and tasty. Pool area are was big but still crowded

Excellent pools, the outdoors semi-Olympics pool allows good swimmers to enjoy swimming and sun tanning at the same time. Breakfast is unbeatable, numerous choices and good quality.
