The view was great. Breakfast wide and good quality. The only bad thing was that there was a wedding and the music was so high till 2A.M. difficult to sleep.

the hotel was very close to the center, it was clean but the personnel did not speak good english. communication was not that easy. I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amira, however there are a couple of points of feedback: - the shuttle bus times in the room aren't up to date which caused confusion, and on occasion a different hotel bus would pick you up and this wasn't always made clear so could be easily missed - no coffee facilities in the rooms - we believe the suites offered this but not the rooms. This place is the best! It is so comfortable, you will sleep like a rock in those huge beds. The design is one of the best I’ve seen ever. The stuff is so kind. I would stay here again and again and again (so far I’ve stayed here 7 times already)

Lovely hotel up a slight hill. Large room with very small bathroom. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Not tea/ coffe facilities in our room.Reception and dining room staff pleasant. I stayed one night for my business trip. It's a peaceful hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's centrally located. Beds are very comfortable. Thanks a lot Grand Hotel London.

-The toilet flush broke down twice in a week in 2 different rooms. One of the taps could not be closed easily. You had to twist it at a certain angle, otherwise the water would keep running. +the rooms look pretty. The receptionists are nice and there to help you. The cleaning lady is very nice as well

Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude. I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street. Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good. Will definitely visit again!
