The location ist the best possible: it's two steps from the beach and restaurants (1 minute walk) and still completely quiet, as it is hidden in a "secret" lane. There is no noise at all! At the 4th floor the is a romantic view on the roofs of the old city. The balcony is big enough. The water pressure is very good. Mini-fridge is silent. Curtains are dense. The sun doesn't disturb...

Good location, clean. The issue was you have to climb multi story building with your luggage in a dark stair hall. Secondly the room was way smaller and the bed was not very comfortable. But for the price and walking distance from main tourist attractions in the city, it’s worth the value.

I guess it depends which room you're at. It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. On the underground floor the bathrooms/toilets were shared, which wasn't what we had in the booking offer, and my friends were really really bothered by that. Lucky for us there wasn't anyone else on the floor at the time, so we went along with it for just the night. The location is perfect, yes. And the price is quite fair....

Nice and cosy, this is a typical English style hotel all the way over in Ruse. The owner/manager is a a very polite lady who will make sure you have everything you need, will serve an amazing breakfast and will give you her advices on your stay in the town or your journey ahead.

It was perfect for my studies and work, a desk just above the waves, fast Wi-Fi and a coffee machine in the hallway. There’s also a TV, a fridge and a hair dryer in the room. Heating is by AC but because the house is one of the traditional old ones, the type of isolation doesn’t let the air become dry, so I was completely ok with it. In the winter Sozopol is a ghost town, it was quiet and peaceful...

Absolutely perfect for our holiday. The studio was spotlessly clean and provided with a few essentials for the shower room and kitchen. Clean towels and bedding with provided during our stay. Amazing location with stunning views. Located at the end of the delightful old town on the cliff edge.

Balcony has a lovely views plus a table and two chairs, however there is no chair for the table inside. Shower head was playing and I struggled to keep it in one place as when you increase water it starts moving by itself. You will have to pay for your washing...

A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot. Extremely many shops and restaurants approx. In the courtyard there is an equipped kitchen and tables where you can prepare absolutely everything for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

If you want to relax for a few days, run away from the daily system.... this is the perfect place! One important thing to know: the last 4.5km are dirt road, and not in the best shape. Amazing place! We fell in love with it at first sight. We went two years in a row, but unfortunately they put up the prices drastically. There is a 6km bicycle or hiking route around the dam. Another hiking trail towards a nearby tiny dam too.

The accommodation was quite good. The restaurant is a total disaster, both service wise and food quality wise. A bit overpriced for the offering, yet a nice location and surroundings.

Very nice and calm place perfect for family holiday or a group holiday with friends. It is placed in the forest and very near to Shiroka polyana. There is a restaurant and a lot of houses for guests.

This is a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea and Nessebar. The food is delicious. Always fresh. There is a variety of different types of fish and seafood. The service is great, the staff friendly and caring.

We tried only calamar and octopus, but they were well cooked. Wine is good, especially for the price. Maybe not as fancy as some other places, but value for money.

This guesthouse is outstanding! If I ever go back to Plovdiv, I will want to stay there again and have already recommended it to others. The room is beautifully set up with every amenity plus extras. Beautiful house in Plovdiv The house is beautifully restored with a combination of a traditional farm house and modern style. It's in the perfect location and the room was very cozy.

For another trip to Plovdiv we chose the same guest house and found all items about service and rooms and people on the same high standard as last time. Beautiful rooms, great beds, friendly and responsive owners. Nothing more to inquire from a good guest house. Found these three attributes all un-changed since my 1st stay in 2021.

Unforgettable experience, the staff was kind and polite, the room was clean. The furniture was in typical Rodopski style. The view from our room was breathtaking, we were in the studio on the last floor, which is in the main building. The food was excellent.

Our stay here was truly amazing. It had this homey feeling that is usually pretty hard to come upon. We loved it. I recommend having breakfast and dinner at the house. The mussels were divine. I decided I won’t order a portion because they weren’t steamed mussels but it was something like a mussels salad. I ended eating all of my boyfriend’s portion. They were so delicious. 😍

This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

At the last minute (literally from today to tomorrow) I had to find a place to stay in the area for my parents. They were extremely satisfied with both the house and the hostess. They even booked a few nights for the next month. I highly recommend it ☺️

They are the friendliest and most welcoming people we have met in Bulgaria. The hotel is of impeccable quality. We feel that the hostess is a very courageous lady. Besides, we invited them to our home in France. There is even a small swimming pool.

The hotel is well maintained, the room (for three people) is spacious and very clean! The same applies to the bathroom ( which is important! ) Every time you enter the room, you can feel a wonderful aroma from the bed linen ( this does not happen in all hotels! ) I highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts and spectacular setting. Absolute hidden gem. We went for a very long hike and got lost, ended up being 4 hours away from our car with no busses or taxis. The host was super nice and came to get us.

It is almost impossible to find such a clean and cozy place for the price that the rooms in this guesthouse are rented for. Amazing host, responsive and the place is within walking distance of shops, traditional restaurants and the main shopping street.

The house has spacious, cool rooms and excellent hygiene! The location is also good - the North and South beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are shops, snacks .... the summer cinema and the water park are a minute's walk away🙂. We are also very satisfied with We will be happy to repeat! Hogiena is excellent, the owners are calm and responsive. We were not disturbed during our stay. The location is pretty good, it is close to the southern beach, the center, the amusement park, and at the same time offers peace and quiet evenings. In front of the house there is a shop, nearby there are soft drinks, a breakfast room and a restaurant. We think we should repeat.
