It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Let it be known that the hotel is big and in the height of the season there are too many visitors from different nations, some of whom are too noisy and sometimes with rude manners

The wide terrace was also furnished and overlooked the pool and the iconic Kuban Hotel

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

There’s a wonderful animator named Maria who was so kind and energetic – our kids ran to her every morning and didn’t want to leave! It gave us parents a bit of time to unwind by the pool or enjoy the SPA

Our daughter spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool and gym, and she even joined some of the organized sports activities during the day

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed

For us adults, the highlight was the wellness area – the indoor pool, saunas, and relaxation zones were spotless and very relaxing

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that even our picky eaters enjoyed. There were snacks, fruit, and ice cream available all day, which was a huge plus for the little ones (and us, too!)

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best seaside vacations we've had in Bulgaria. The hotel offers a great mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxation

Going through three months of business again, we'll stop here

we found it hard to get a table each morning and food was cold. Noticed a lot of people handling the bread and putting it back again. Guys in charge of towels didn’t speak

only time they spoke was when they told us to move because they needed to clean the pool. Found it hard sometimes to get a sunbed if you were later going down. Didn’t have lunch or dinner in the restaurant

The staff was super kind and professional. The slides and pool truly make you forget about the beach! Breakfast was delicious and varied, there were also some vegan and sugar free options

The pool is very small and the number of sun beds mean that it is very difficult to get a sunbed in the morning time. The pool bar staff were great and the vibe was very relaxed but lacked atmosphere most evenings

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sunny Beach

The restaurant is just unbelievable (and I know about good food 😋). Rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Black Sea. Very important to me: the beds are very comfortable

Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach

We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

We loved sitting in the restaurant/pool area at evenings like many other people. It was like being in a cozy pub. There is an abandoned club right next to the hotel, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it

To the beach you have to walk about 800-1000 meters, but it is very doable when you find your chosen path. The manager and the crew in the restaurant worked hard and everything worked great

We had a nice two room bedroom facing the pool. Pool is nice and it had few cabanas also. There were always free loungers even up until 12. The hotel looks cozy and romantic

Lots of unfinished buildings in Sunny Beach anyways. The area felt safe and there is a good size supermarket right around the corner

If you want to go to the tourist shops and restaurants you just cross the main street of Sunny Beach and there you are

You have few bars, two swimming pools to your disposal. to the ⛱️ which is clear and very 👍 Sun loungers and umbrellas on the hotel's fenced 🏖️ are free of charge

There are two pools, big and clean. The beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk and we always easily found free sunbeds. We really enjoyed, all the recommendations for Primorsko del sol

There's no minibar in the room (it's ostensibly a 4-star hotel). Access to the beach is somewhat 500 m through a heavily built area

The whole All inclusive package is great, besides a regular meals, it includes a good snack, plenty of fruit, icecream and good drinks. We had secured parking in the yard of the hotel, which is not included in the price

My family and I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 7 days, in the middle of August. Although we did not have high expectations, we were thrilled. We got a huge apartment with a terrace and a nice view

everything was clean, the towels were changed every three days, but we demanded new towels every day, so we got it. The food is perfect, great choice whenever you come, really no one will stay hungry

30pm everyday Sunbeds - plenty to go around Extras - on arrival, given food and water packed for each guest complimentary

The swimming pool is nicely cleaned, there are free drinks, ice cream and pizza, the cleaning service was excellent, we didn't have any problem with it, the workers are really nice and helpful, the entry to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway, all and all a really nice hotel

A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.

Great hotel for families, located a little south of the chaotic Sunny Beach shopping streets. Super clean hotel, absolutely shiny everywhere at all times

Not a bad hotel. A significant downside is the small area and poor pool. The rooms are quite decent. We got a two bedroom, very much. The beach is a 5 minute walk. In General, fully corresponds to 3+ hardly up to 4 hold.

First of all: the service is great ! The receptionist was so polite and helpful! They let us check in at 14:15 approximately ( but it was supposed to be 14:00) due to some misunderstanding with housemaid’s confirmation

We stayed in this hotel from the 25th 2020 of August till the 30th. From the first look the hotel doesn’t seem very ok, because there are some shops around, some bars

But when you enter the territory (with a special card, it’s closed for others) the view changes. The territory is nice and small

No need to take full board plan, breakfast and dinner are enough. Fisherman's village is a must

after starting with a room with a pool view, after 2 days they changed it for us with the helpfulness of the staff, excellent quality food. even if with little choice, beautiful casino

the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach

Great hotel just off the beach which is one of the best on BG coastline, huge apartment, nice food and friendly staff. I would recommend it for families who are seeking quiet holiday. Will return next year

The pool and spa are wonderful and the location right on the sea garden and beach is great. It's a big hotel but we felt very at home. Definitely recommend it and thank you for a wonderful stay

Located in the Port of Burgas. Walking distance to beaches. Pleasant traditional interior. Spacious outdoor pool and cabanas.

I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place

We went last year in the middle of June and it was really good. Simple clean and everything to hand. Among the minuses, the beach bar and sunbeds are not free. Otherwise good level of service

We have been for a two days business meeting. For the end of October food and services was acceptable . Will come back next summer definitely!

The juices were unenjoyably sweet and the coffee was just tasteless. The drinks they served at the all inclusive bars were cheap, and they didn't have the ingredients for any basic cocktail

Great hotel, recommend for families and women traveling alone. Everything is safe, the service is good, the apartments are spacious, have TV Russia, channel 1. A large pool, all supermarkety next.

We really liked it. All as described. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The pool is big, in the evening around the pool quietly. The room is clean and comfortable

Breakfast could be better. It would be ok for a 2 star hotel. Wi-fi sometimes does not work. Sometimes they forget to clean up the rooms. But in general it is ok. Not far from the seaside and city centre.

It was very hot 35 degrees one time was under 40. The beach is clean, but the beds are paid. The food is good: French toast ,honey ,chicken, and lots of other delicious food, plus melons and watermelons

The serenity of the place, late at night, the complicity of the sea, right in front of you, when you open your eyes in the morning, the exquisite non alcohoolic and alcohoolic drinks carefully prepared at the Skybar, the excellent food, the yummy cakes and gorgeous coffee from the Coffee Shop, cannot be ignored

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

When I saw the room,the upset of 5 stars does not pull,as if caught in 80 -e years,on the walls, the Wallpaper,the carpet,the interior doors are old with peeling paint,balcony in the lining with the web,was the 5th floor

the hotel provided transfer from and to the airport clean rooms. cozy pool and amazing salt room they provide good massages. good breakfast on the open veranda. attentive service clean rooms

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. First, booking and check-in were organized effectively, we had no problems even though our flight landed late in Bourgas. The room was spotless, with a perfect view

Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Plastic slippery and plastic swimming suits are a no no

You broke the record and that’s very sad especially considering the fact that your hotel is spa hotel and not cheap! Location: great location FYI: No free car park. Expensive car park was right opposite to the hotel

It's clean and tidy but old, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is ok and often if all inclusive. The outside area is heavily shaded by tree's but this doesn't allow the pool to get warm

The hotel is opposite the bus station and only a 10 minutes walk from sunny beach center. If you arrive by car you have to pay LV 10 per day. The hotel is very cheap for a stay and will stay again

Accomodation is up-to-date, new interiors, small fridge and fairly nice mini bathroom. Breakfasts were always england-like, eggs, toasts, beans. Dinners were buffet style, variety of choices, no problem here

Good thing were free drinks including instant coffee. Considering HDP level of the region, hotel is really, really fine

Bed was not double as specified, and we had to improvise so the baby could sleep well enough. Also wifi only in lobby and this was not specified. Parking paid and full, had to go somewhere else

And 2 elevators for 11 floors, not so great at meal hours, so better get a lower floor and use the stairs

Mediocre rooms with ac that barely makes a difference, mini tv and mini fridge. Plenty of food in the hotel buffet looks and tastes cheap. Nice staff that doesnt really speak english
