From the moment I pulled in with my car I received stellar service. The room was beyond 10. It was warm from the previous guest and I could not figure out how to cool it down so called the front desk and they were up in 2 minutes fixing the issue. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and the best yogurt I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel. I am not easily impressed and I was.

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

A tiny boutique hotel with very good service, Coco recently opened a cool bar on the street level. No elevator. Rooms are comfortable and quiet but very small.

Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere...

Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, good swimming pool, very quiet considering it is only a 5 minute walk from the ***** Good amenities such as an ironing board, iron and fridge. My favourite thing about this hotel however, is the family that run it, all extremely nice people who keep the place in great condition

A charming Old World hotel in an excellent central location. A large room with a comfortable bed and fantastic views from our fourth floor balcony. Very helpful and warm staff with integrity - forgot my phone charger there when we travelled to another city and they had it for me when we returned for another stay in Varna. Highly recommended!

A very warm welcome from Zlatina. What a helpful young lady. She helped sort out our parking situation straight away. There are three spots, but for some reason we couldn’t use them. Hotel is situated right opposite the cathedral. It is however a busy main road, tends to be loud. Didn’t bother us though. Missed a coffee machine too.

Nice location, nice view from the room. But when it was rain outside - it also was in my room because of the window in the roof and it was about to destroy my ebook with water (luckily it had a case) and as a surprise on the last night - a cockroach (reach me out if you need a video)

The cleanliness, size, central location, and breakfast were all excellent. However, the lack of parking was a downside; we had to park 1.5 km away and walk. Still, I believe we got good value for the price we paid, and overall, we were satisfied. Thank you.

A good designer hotel in the very center of the old city.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! It was exactly in the centre of the old town Nesebar. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the interior of the room was amazing. You can tell that everything inside is made with high quality materials. The staff was very nice as well very helpful and friendly! I totally recommend this place!

I stayed with my family for 5 days and I did not experience any problems neither during check-in nor check-out. The location is very decent, right at the entrance to the market, close to everywhere. This is my second stay and I would prefer it again next time. The owner and staff are very good and the breakfast is sufficient.

Stayed in a superior double room with balcony for 3 nights. Receptionist checked us in efficiently, but she was not particularly friendly . The same girl was there when we checked out, eventually, when she decided to come in from talking to someone outside. We were very delighted with the service from every worker there, because they always tried to help us with everything they could. The rooms were very clean and the view from ours terrace was pointed at hotel Kuban and the centre. Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Daughter had an early flight next morning so stayed here the night before. Our room was off reception and was very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed and was difficult for two people to move around at the same time. Didn’t particularly like the fact that you open your door and everyone in reception can see straight in. Kettles and mugs supplied but no tea or coffee. Room was clean and bed...

Nice place. The hotel it’s clean and has a great location, just across the street from the beach. Room was ok, bathroom was also ok-ish. One big minus: noise. The beach clubs are near the hotel so don’t expect a silent stay. Parking was a bit of a downside. Breakfast was fine (10 leva/person/day).

Delightful. So relaxing and in a great part of the city. Historically and for eating out. Added value with sea half and beaches about half a mile away. Good and cheap public transport if needed.

We had a brilliant time in Varna and City Boutique Inn was the perfect spot to enjoy it all from. Maggie runs an absolutely immaculate, friendly, homely operation. The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept on that isn't my own. Smart TV meant we could log in to Netflix etc. The air conditioning offers perfect climate control, the kitchenette had a small fridge, pans, cutlery, a 2 ring hob, plates...

The place is gorgeous and Maggie is the most hospitable host imaginable, she made us feel like we’re family, gave us useful tips, and helped make reservations for us. The location is also ideal. I know where I’m staying next time I’m in Varna.

I really liked it, the room was clean, cleaned every day, the room is dark, which can be an advantage or a disadvantage, breakfasts are good, you have to order what to take care of and the quantity, but for me it was sufficient, the service was very nice, helpful. A practical but dark and dreary hotel The hotel grounds are as dreary as the hotel itself. A spacious and comfortable room, but what an atmosphere. Dark colors, no lighting... But the room was quiet, the staff is competent, and the breakfast is good. No favorite, but a practical hotel, more suited to a business trip than a leisure stay.

We were by error sent up to a dirty unmade room. It shocked us. Not close to any food services. The room was dark. Bathroom flooded. When i asked for a second cup of coffee i was fiven cold coffee with attitude. I would hsve paid for coffe. Just bad service.

We are staying in for second time at this family owned hotel, very warm staff, the rooms are clean, air conditioned and because it's just 200 meters away from the main street it's quiet at nights. This is really important to me as I like to have good night rest other places just can't offer. Also right now in July of 2024 for as much as 15 levs per night you can have a dedicated, locked parking car...

The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. It won't be easy to find an open door and someone waiting for you at this hotel located in the upper part of town quite far from the seaside, parking on the street in front of the establishment. The person who welcomed us (reservations made on Booking) was the cleaning lady who spoke only Bulgarian and we were able to communicate via a telephone translator, it is in your interest to understand everything...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amira, however there are a couple of points of feedback: - the shuttle bus times in the room aren't up to date which caused confusion, and on occasion a different hotel bus would pick you up and this wasn't always made clear so could be easily missed - no coffee facilities in the rooms - we believe the suites offered this but not the rooms. Clean and quiet hotel by the sea with a swimming pool, restaurant and playground for kids. The food in the restaurant was very good. The kitchen boxes in the rooms lacked stoves.

We were absolutely satisfied with everything, accommodation was like on the pictures on booking, breakfast and dinner was good bulgarian food and we were happy to try it. The room seemed old, so did the linens. During the night, some sound of water leaking or something similar kept us awake. The slot for the room card, to keep the lights on, was flimsy and it was very hard to keep the lights on.

Great stay at Les Fleurs! The unique design of the rooms and the whole hotel is amazing—it has so much character and style. Breakfast is served at a restaurant across the street, and it's a simple choice of just one item on the menu and a cup of coffee or tea. We had a great stay! The employees were nice, cleaning every day, nice rooms and amazing location. The shower tap was very sensitive and could benefit from renovation. The pool was not heated, but considering the hot weather, it was not a terrible issue. The rooms could benefit from smart-tv. Breakfast was good, but coffee machines were not working most of the time.

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Next time we would probably prefer to go out to nearby cafes...

Very impressed with this hotel, the reception service was excellent, the rooms were good, the cleaning service of a high standard and the location was perfect. All of the staff were helpful and did their best to understand us and our requests.
