From the moment I pulled in with my car I received stellar service. The room was beyond 10. It was warm from the previous guest and I could not figure out how to cool it down so called the front desk and they were up in 2 minutes fixing the issue. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and the best yogurt I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel. I am not easily impressed and I was.

Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere...

Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!

A good designer hotel in the very center of the old city.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! It was exactly in the centre of the old town Nesebar. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the interior of the room was amazing. You can tell that everything inside is made with high quality materials. The staff was very nice as well very helpful and friendly! I totally recommend this place!

I stayed with my family for 5 days and I did not experience any problems neither during check-in nor check-out. The location is very decent, right at the entrance to the market, close to everywhere. This is my second stay and I would prefer it again next time. The owner and staff are very good and the breakfast is sufficient.

Stayed in a superior double room with balcony for 3 nights. Receptionist checked us in efficiently, but she was not particularly friendly . The same girl was there when we checked out, eventually, when she decided to come in from talking to someone outside. We are staying in for second time at this family owned hotel, very warm staff, the rooms are clean, air conditioned and because it's just 200 meters away from the main street it's quiet at nights. This is really important to me as I like to have good night rest other places just can't offer. Very nice hotel, excellent location. Two small issues. The AC was a bit weak so it took some time to cook off the room. And the front door was extremely hard to open, as a matter of fact one person from our party gave up and wasn't able to get out of the hotel when he wanted to.

Great location with immaculate room and friendly staff. Online check-in was easy. Air-conditioning was appreciated in the 35°C heat. Keyless entry was handy, just be sure to remember your code or have it written down somewhere!

The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. Big rooms, good breakfasts, the ski room is quite small and not enough warm. The cleaning is only to change towels and make the bed. The transportation to the gondola is not working like what they show at the front desk , you will have to go by foot. The rooms are quite big with a little kitchen

The room seemed old, so did the linens. During the night, some sound of water leaking or something similar kept us awake. The slot for the room card, to keep the lights on, was flimsy and it was very hard to keep the lights on.

We had a great stay! The employees were nice, cleaning every day, nice rooms and amazing location. The shower tap was very sensitive and could benefit from renovation. The pool was not heated, but considering the hot weather, it was not a terrible issue. The rooms could benefit from smart-tv. Breakfast was good, but coffee machines were not working most of the time.

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Next time we would probably prefer to go out to nearby cafes...

The room was excellent and the view too, but the thing that left the biggest impression was the friendly and helpful manager and his wife. They were ready to help with every problem, question and issue I had. I even had an accident outside the hotel and when I came back to the reception the manager helped me tie up my broken finger. They were cheerful and always ready to help!

This is a wonderful family run hotel on the is d of Rhodes. The owners are reallly welcoming and friendly from the moment you enter. The Lady from the personnel was very polite when she welcomed us. We suggest that the existing tiny ancient TV to be replaced with a slightly bigger size and installed on the correct wall. Hopefully, that will improve the hotel rating.

Too far from the beach. Main attraction is the small swimming pool... There is the noise because opposite the entrance of the hotel Chris is the preschool or school with small children, until 5 pm ...every day 5 days a week... Nice hotel with a view of the sea, very low price for average quality. Only issue is they didn't have rooms with 1 double bed except they had only with 2 separate beds.
