The room is extremely small and the cleanliness is appalling. The TV cabinet was covered in dust, and it felt like no one had lived there for a long time. Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was average cleanliness. The cleaning staff didn't check thoroughly, leaving the previous occupant's used towel hanging behind the door. The kettle wasn't emptied either. However, the front desk staff and the room itself were excellent. The cathedral is within a 5-minute walk. A boutique coffee shop and a DM are a 3-minute walk away. A taxi to the airport is 20 levies. I'd stay there again on my next business trip. I hope the cleanliness can be improved.

Great Euro hotel within walking distance of most sights in central Sofia. A great hub for a nice day(s) in the capital. Convenient to drive to, with parking directly beside the hotel. Rooms were clean and QUIET. Sofa bed was of good Quality. Staff were helpful with dinner recommendations. Breakfast was very good. Reviewer: 55y.o. With teenagers from US.

The hotel was nice, but there was no hot water at night, so I couldn't shower. I told the receptionist in the morning that there was no hot water, and they fixed it.

The hotel is located in the center of Sofia, within walking distance of all major attractions, shopping, dining and taxis are very convenient, there are many souvenir shops, the only thing that remains unchanged is to remember to bring cash

We had the 6A suite for a family of 4 people. For 4 people, the room is relatively small. Cleanliness is not at high standards. On the other hand room is very quiet and has a very nice view. Receptionists are just helpful but they are not enthusiastic about what they do. Breakfast is awesome!! Very wide variety of salty and sweet choices!! That's probably the strongest point of the hotel. Location is also convenient.

I made the reservation on 26 Oct in the morning for the next day. Because of an unpredictable situation, my trip was canceled. I called the hotel in the afternoon and kindly asked them to cancel my reservation. Their reply: can not cancel, if you can not come we will charge your card. I chose my reservation with breakfast. They even charge the fee for the breakfast even if we were not there. I know very good Eurostars hotel chain, many good experiences. This was the worst one.
