What a treat!
Whatever is going on, once you hop into the always accessible/opened thermal pool outside, you'll heal whatever physical (or mental haha) ailments you might have.
You can count on hearty breakfasts, good coffee, beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and a peaceful setting.
Fair to highlight that the staff will always help and accommodate your needs - even if you, for example, might have an intolerance towards ceetai and foods.
Really great place to come and forget about a busy city life while improving your overall health thanks to the hot mineral water.

Over valued, near the main road. Facility hasn't been refreshed since was build out. Breakfast is limited with 3-4 thungs..

Find it absurd that this place is not so popular among people from Sofia. Just 60 km from there during the week days you can stay almost alone in the hot mineral water pool and spa zone listening to the birds and watching the mountains while having a deep mental rest. Consider what kind of a holiday you want.

Mixed feelings?! From the outside, the hotel is nice and calm. The rooms look clean and organized. The menu is varied and the food is prepared very tasty. However, the bathrooms look like a hospital and there is visible brown to black mold in places. Larger towels were often stained gray or brown. I'm guessing from dirt that can't be washed, because everything else was very clean. There was a lot of chlorine in the pool, but also a lot of garbage that settled to the bottom. Much of the furniture and surroundings showed wear and tear. The rooms did not have air conditioners, and for ventilation there was only a small window with a net, which, however, did not open.

Dolnia Bania is a favourite place. Close to the mountain for hiking, combined with hot springs, excellent stadium for football with the kids...

There was no hot water for 2 days in a row. I called the manger and she didn't send anyone to check this problem. The staff is rude and the food is with the lowest quality. They put some kind of pizza on my bill and told me that the they don't have the code for the food that I ordered. The bartenders seem to be underaged and not qualified for their job. Very poor experience and ruined weekend.

Great staff, average facilities.
No lift. Bathtubs not clean. Water from taps was slightly brown. Breakfast was lacklustre. Cannot exit the hotal after 10pm. Staff were extremely hospitable and accomodating. Allowed us to check-out late and use the jacuzzi for free.

The hotel is nice, there is a beautiful green garden and a really decent restaurant with a variety of local specialties. But what I liked the most was the swimming pool. Its water is mineral and there is a hot tub next to it - also with mineral water. The weather wasn't warm, but the water temperature was high, so it was a really good experience to stay in all the time. The pool is open until 22:00, so I could make the most of it. The breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly.
