Pirin River Ski Spa in Bansko

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely professional, kind, and respectful. They truly care about their guests and treat everyone with great attention and courtesy.

Even though the gondola was not operating that day, they managed to arrange a refund for us. Since we decided to leave one day earlier and skip dinner, they kindly refunded that as well. We really appreciated their understanding and fairness.

The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, and saunas. There is ski rental available on-site, as well as transportation to the gondola, which makes everything very convenient.

Everything was perfect — we highly recommend this hotel!

An absolutely incredible experience! This hotel has details and thoughtful touches that even many luxury hotels don't offer. I’ve traveled a lot, but this place truly stands out. Everything was perfect—nothing was missing. The staff went above and beyond with their support and shared valuable information throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time at the Pirin ski and spa hotel. It exceeded our expectations which doesn’t happen very often. Very lovely , homely atmosphere all around . All staff very nice and helpful. We had a relaxing afternoons at the spa section with sauna , steam room and lovely warm pool . Food and drinks were excellent. We had a perfect stay .

I was there with my wife and kids (7 and 6 years old) for a 4 days ski vacations. It was the absolutely best experience we could ever have and people there gave their best for it. Great rooms with everything we needed, clean and warm. Excellent, organized and fully equipped about everything we needed about our vacations, such as ski equipment rental, transfer, VIP ski pass, heated pool, spa, sauna and a great bar with the best margaritas in all Balkans. I cannot suggest how it could get any better!! I am definately going to visit again!!

The rooms are spacious and clean. There are also plenty of amenities that add value to your stay (e.g. wonderful spa treatment, free transport to and from the gondola, one of the few places to offer VIP gondola fast pass, location is in close proximity to the main area etc).

But where this establishment truly shines, is the human touch and personal experience offered by the management and staff; you feel very much a part of their family. They will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Fantastic family hotel, great food and attentive staff. Very clean rooms and quite spacious. We stayed there for a week with 2 small children- ideal really. Their kids room is so much better than in pictures they have up on the website and the lady there does arts and crafts with the kids. And the pool is very warm- perfect for after skiing and to tire out the kids.
If we go back to Bansko, we will definitely stay there again.

I visit Bansko many times , this Hotel is the best for families and group of friends. Very clear , amazing apartments and magnificent hospitality and services. Food was very good and relaxing moments at the bar inside the Hotel. I recommended for sure. See you next year...

We stayed here outside the ski season and used it as a convenient base for the beautiful town of Bansko and hiking in the Pirin mountains. Our room was in fact an extremely nice apartment with a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room and clean bathroom. From arrival to departure the staff were happy to help and advise on the local area. The hotel is equipped well for winter sports and is about 1km from the main gondola.

This was my fourth visit to this hotel. As always it was perfect. During reservation you can book everything and I highly recommend doing so. The prices are good and Katarina will make sure all is perfect. The ski school instructors are great as all the staff. We had a perfect time, again
