Beautiful place with a great open yard, swimming pool and a playground. Peaceful place situated next to the Rila Mountains. Close to Musala ( highest peak in Bulgaria). Very friendly and hospitable staff.

Hidden in the mountain' valley with great views, clean air and silent nature feeling i'd say this is the greatest place for a nice relaxing stay or event with friends. We visited Kedar with a few other families with kids and we will be coming again. The hotel is close to some beautiful hiking trails in Rila. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Hotel provided us 2 baby cribs. All rooms were air conditioned. Some could say that the breakfast offered too limited choice, but considering the price this was not a problem.

This hotel is very Good, with hot springs swimming pool and spa center, perfectly located 1 hour driving from Sofia. The food in the restaurant is home made and delicious. They also serve homemade wine which is perfect. The prices are normal. Definetely recommend it. Will visit again.

Find it absurd that this place is not so popular among people from Sofia. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on the road during the heavy snow and they went out of their way to come help us drive it to the main road. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the sauna as well as jacuzzi. Regular bus to drive you to the slopes and cozy atmosphere.

One of the receptionist bearly speaks any English which could be difficult when it comes to FAQ or booking transport back to the chalets. Other than that, the place is fantastic with 5 out of 5 view!

Great place. Our chalet comfortably dealt with 4 adults and 4 rampaging children. The on site pool and hot tub was a welcome distraction for the little ones. This is the best hotel experience i’ve had in Borovets. The rooms,the spa,the food everything was amazing. The staff is excellent they were very nice and understanding.The maids keep everything clean all if the time without messing up your stuff.

Stayed at chalet Tomba. Worked out a good amount of space for our group of six (two a couple) - 3 bedrooms, 2 wcs (1 with shower). A couple of hobs for cooking with plenty of pots and pans. Sauna a nice touch with room for 3. Some confusion with towels - we didn't get enough and they were never replaced, but pretty minor issue.

Ideal for a group of up to 6 people like us. The kids loved the cozy rooms on the second floor. Cooking is possible, but there are also good restaurants nearby. Not too far from slopes and lifts.

Considering the reasonable price for a stay during peak skiing season, I guess there's not much to complain about. We had a bit of drama when we arrived at 11PM and the guy at the desk couldn't find our room keys. He was very drunk. Couldn't speak English. Top location right on the ski slope. Summer is green beauty. Very clean rooms and hotel. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. The ribs are top, top. Nice Bulgarian wines. Very friendly staff. The manager is excellent and helps everyone. The best hotel in Borovets. The prices are very good. Normal.

Excellent stay at this Hotel. Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. Lots of bench seats outside with waitress service so you could sit and watch the skiing. Only had the Breakfast option which was reasonable. Ski Equipment hire was joined on to the side of the hotel with a very helpful man running it and sorted you out...

The rooms are stunning, clean, 5 star everything you need and the beds are very comfortable, after your ski day or a night is Spa treatments just what you need. Location is more then excellent, exactly on the slopes, one step and you can rent a ski, watching the mountains and having your coffee...

In general service was OK but one thing anoyed us very much when paying the final bill. We were charged around 44 euro for 24 nespresso capsules. We assumed they were for free as a service, like in all other hotels we stayed. Very disappointing.

Probably the best location in Borovets with true ski-in, ski-out ability, right next to both a chair and button lift; wonderful view; great service; lovely clean, well-equipped rooms; reasonable breakfast - lovely place to stay. However, being so close to the slopes also has its drawback, with the noise from the karaoke bar two buildings down going on to the early hours, with the only distraction...
