I had a wonderful stay at the Guest House Europe. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was professional and attentive. The free breakfast and parking were a great advantage and added real value to the experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Find it absurd that this place is not so popular among people from Sofia. Just 60 km from there during the week days you can stay almost alone in the hot mineral water pool and spa zone listening to the birds and watching the mountains while having a deep mental rest. We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. We had a lovely time eating at Green King! Peter’s service was fantastic - he walked us full the full menu highlight dishes for my friends who are vegetarian and have nut and dairy allergies which was really appreciated. Travelled start of February for ski trip with my boyfriend. The mini bus transport to Borovets ski resort was amazing, it came very regularly and we have no complaints with that- it was amazing. It was also a nice, peaceful walk to the actual resort, it took about 15 minutes and was really beautiful. Great hotel, clean and tidy. Comfy rooms. Buffet was really good for breakfast and evening meal. à la cart menu was good and food was equally as good. Some staff on reception were a little rude or useless but other than that no complaints, bar staff and restaurant were good.

When I first arrived I was really disappointed because the place was unclean in places and had dirty mats. The decor was very outdated. The pillow had big holes and tears in it. I felt quite sad and regretted not spending more on a nice hotel. The water seemed to come out yellow! It cost almost 30 euros for me and my son to go swimming in the pool which was cold! There was close to no vegan options...

Everything is great! The service is fast and reliable,the location is right next to the skiing lane so it’s not hard to go there!

Flora Apartments were very clean overall. The sheets were changed every day, the heating worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and the entire apartment were spotless. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It cost 3€ per day, and even after paying for one day, the connection was extremely slow, around 2 Mbps, and not really usable. Aside from the Wi-Fi issue...

We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need. The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed in the Apartments 411 ( Bachelor) 412 (4 sleeper) of the Flora hotel. They were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book them again on Booking.com.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.

The hotel was in a great location right on the slope, very easy to ski out but to ski in you had to get the button lift before they closed at 1630 otherwise it was a walk uphill back to the hotel with skis. Great location & it really is ski in/out with the boot room just a few steps from the slope! Room was clean tidy & our balcony faced the slopes which was nice. The breakfast & dinner was a buffet with good choice. The hotel reception staff were always very helpful & Elena in the bar/restaurant was so friendly & always welcomed us with a smile & is an absolute asset to the hotel!

This is not the standard I expected of a 4 star, especially having stayed at another 4 star hotel in the resort. The food was edible but no more than that, having to pay for all drinks at dinner was also a surprise, not even water is included in the half board package. Great ski hotel - superbly located just off one of the Nursery slopes and easy access to the main ski lifts and a v short walk into the centre. Rooms are fairly basic but spacious and clean with probably one of the best bed mattresses ever ! Great hotel just outside of the ski resort. We traveled as a family of four that has trouble deciding on restaurants so breakfast and dinner included is something we look for. Very nice hotel, clean, food was also very good. Pools with warm water. The hotel also offers shuttle bus to the ski slopes and back, free of charge.
