The location of the house is very convenient because it's close to the centre and major public transport, but it's also on a quiet street. There's a cute back yard for the smokers! The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was also very accommodating 🌞

The apartment is in a great location near the city center. The apartment was very neat and clean and the stay was very pleasant. The owner was incredibly kind and punctual and was helpful at all times. If I am in Sofia again, I will always visit this apartment!

Amazing location and a modern, well-furnished apartment that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and always quick to respond, making the whole experience really smooth. The check-in instructions were clear, so everything was hassle-free. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent apartments located close enough to the city center. The owner was very polite and cared that I have a good experience. I stayed in 2 of their places - the apartment was very good and the house was just perfect. Both were very comfortable and well equipped with everything necessary.

3 thing that would not make this a good fit for someone- all listed CLEARLY in the description. 1) it's a 3 floor walk up = 2) This is not wheelchair accessible and not child friendly. 3) Maybe the shower in the middle of the bathroom freaks you out bc you're American and it's odd to you? I had to stretch to find a third...

You will be sad if you very light sensitive & left your eye mask at home but during daylight you will like it so much you might not want to go out.

Otherwise:
Location= awesome : Transit (5 min walk from Metro- literally in front of the #20 & 22 tram), Walking (15 min to the dead center of Sofia), Food and shopping (farmers market, corner store, homegood etc.. all w/in 50 m to .05 k) .
Accommodations= SUPER QUIET, Gorgeously renovated attic loft w/ windows all around = light filled treehouse feeling, but with air con so you don't die. Wonderfully comfortable bed, sofa, useable kitchen etc.. and so nicely decorated we took pictures to copy at our house! I would live here in a heart beat. (DO bring an eye mask if you are at all light sensitive though bc the curtains are not light blocking. But you already do, right? Bc traveling.)
