Not very good in terms of facilities: narrow bed, narrow WC. The personnel at reception was well-coming

As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel! The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed...

Bath towels and shower gel provided. Mattress is quite hard, room was full of dust , no vacuum done. Room was hot as no ventilation and air conditioning for Winter periods.

Service was good, friendly staff. You get what you pay, but has everything you need. Decent bed, clean environment.

Little room, but very clean,freat location to the metro station....

Good location but average hotel with cramped rooms. Water wasn't working in the morning so I couldn't take a shower.

The hotel stuff is really kind, and they were very friendly, hotel is clean and really close to Medical Complex and Medical Faculty, I came for a conference and didn't regret choosing this hotel. Maybe it's not luxury but it is definitly good option for the price.

Super convenient if you’re from out of town and accompanying a relative or a close one in one of the hospitals nearby. Looks decent, nice, clean and affordable and has a restaurant too. Parking is easy along the public street but costs 1.2 leva from 8:30 to 20:00 o’clock which you can pay by sms to 1303. City centre is within a walking distance.

Really polite and good atmosphere

Beer price is good food is good and its a good place to visit between lectures at the medical university :D

Hotel Cheap

It's a nice little, no frills hotel. Slightly off the beaten path, tucked in a safe residential neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Sofia's main train and bus stations are no more than 10 walking distance as the nearest metro stop. Overall, good experience and made my stay in Sofia wonderful.

Clean, comfortable, compac5 rooms, good aircon and five minutes walk from the bus station. Avoid McDonald's down the road and ahop at Lidl five minutes walk away.

Love this little boutique hotel. Room was clean and with beautiful paintings. It is Close to metro station as well as bus and train stations. The lady at the reception Christina is very sweet and attentive. She got me boiled water the first night we arrived because tap water is not drinkable in Sofia. The hotel doesn’t provide bottled water in the room or a kettle. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

A five minute walk to Sofia central station, it offers everything you need. Clean rooms with modern bathroom, wi fi and really helpful staff at very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel, the room was comfy and the service great, we got a lot of good recommendations. The hotel is also very well located. We would come back :)

This place absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it. Everybody are nice at this location, especially Raya - lovely front desk lady who helped me find accomodation for one more night nearby as hotel was fully booked. I recommend this place.

Near the Sofia Center, very clean room and the young lady at the reception is incredible ! She help us to find vegan restaurant, to visit the city of Sofia !!! The kindness person of earth !!! Thanks Raya!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Our stay at Dunav Apartment House was great - we were only in Sofia for one evening and it was perfect for us in terms of location, price and amenities. The room was clean, good AC and comfortable bed. Raia at reception was lovely, very helpful and accommodating, and gave us advice for Sofia as a local.

Excellent stay..modern clean accommodation....nice staff extremely quiet location and no noise from other guests... very spacious apartments fitted out to a very high standard...hard to find something at the same standard for the price paid. Well worth a visit

Lobby and restaurant were very nice and views were beautiful. Room condition was surprisingly poor - horrible smell, toilet leaks, carpet was very dirty, poor airflow.

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Vitosha Boulevard, central Sofia. Rooms are clean, with basic amenities. Staff, especuakky Inna, was helpful with tips and leads. Coffee shops and bakeries abundant in the neighborhood. Recommended if you are not looking for luxury while staying in Sofia.

Hotel Saint Nikola Boyana offered an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The setting was beautiful, with immaculate grounds and elegant rooms that felt like an art museum. The pictures are accurate and i totally enjoyed my 2 night stay. Its a family run boutique hotel and they are very helpful. I was always geeted with a smile and conversation. My room was clean and comfortable with excellent water pressure and very hot water. Breakfasts we good and of sufficient size. They have private parking. Personally i enjoyed the 70s Austin Powers feel and i would definitely return

The photos on booking.com are quite deceiving. Unfortunately, it has serious problems with cleaning, neither the sheets nor the towels were changed for 3 days, and when we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper, we had to go and ask for it ourselves, even though there was only 1 small package of shampoo. I arrived late at night with a friend and the receptionist greeted us very kindly. Explained the door lock situation and we went to our room. The room looked pretty basic but clean I guess. The one thing I would like to complain was the smell of the towels. I just didn't use them for five days straight and had to air dry every time I took a shower. Very affordable. Strong mouldy smell in staircase and in common bathrooms. No smell in rooms. Plenty of heat and hot water in shower. Noise from the street if your room is facing the street. Friendly staff but normally there is no staff on premises.

Peter Pan is not a real hostel but an apartment with rooms to rent. It is in a good position, it is very clean but it is lonely not lively as a hostel. The owner is very nice and helpful and gives good tips on where to go for meals and sightseeing.
