Loud complaints, senseless arguments, and a general lack of basic manners – all directed at the very staff who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome

Frankly, I’m more shocked by the vulgar attitude of these guests than by any of their so-called grievances. And then to see them leave negative reviews? What a performance

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency while attending an Art of Living International Even in Sofia. Participants came to Hyatt from all over the world which can be challenging for any hotel of this size

Very nice 2 week business stay. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners

Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral

Rooms a very spacious with tons of storage and very nice shower. We had club access, which offers delicious breakfast and happy hour appetizers in a quiet pretty setting

The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a solid happy hour. There is an excellent spa with both sauna and steam rooms as well as a pool area that has high pressure jets

The hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely polite. My room/suite was clean and spotless. I had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was prepared to perfection

Overall a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. I wish the bathroom had been a little larger. Other than that, no complaints.

Good welcoming the breakfast was more than excellent for more or less price of 6€. The restaurant on the 6th floor was super tasty and the chef prepared and cooked everything on the spot

I stayed two nights and overall I am very pleased! There is a beautiful park next to the hotel which I also recommend! I will come back there for sure!

It's a well situated and good service hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has nice showers. Value to price ratio is good.

It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

From an emotional point of view, this hotel is forgettable, lacking any charisma, and loosing points for cheapening out at certain building/decorative features (things that shouldn't happen in place with 4 stars)

Most hotels don't invest in a proper network, but while I don't expect to find the ideal solution of an access point in every room, Vitosha Park really needs more access points in their cheap hallway setup

The room I stayed in was one of the renovated ones, so the furniture was pretty nice (and I really liked the walk-in shower!). The mattress was comfy, and I hope the white sheets were clean for real

Breakfast in this peaceful atrium every morning will be the highlight of your day. Possibly the best coffee I've ever experienced. Parking available, but also a very walkable location

Nice environment, good service

After diner he gave me a call to check in again. This morning I was very annoyed and would have ranked one star, but they really are trying to make up for their faults and improve, so I decided to give 4 stars

During the diner, the hotel manager visited me to apologise. I appreciated that and it showed that they really try to give a good experience, but it was apparently just 'force majeure' for them

There were some issues at the start due to the arrival of two big groups and the perfect storm that came into existence as a result. The hotel offered me a free diner as a compensation

The spa is excellent—worth the visit even though it's an additional cost for standard room guests. Unfortunately, my partner experienced a distressing moment when the lift broke down in complete darkness for 20 minutes

After we casually mentioned the incident to a staff member in the lift, the hotel immediately apologized and went above and beyond by leaving a heartfelt note and a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit bowl in our room

We loved staying here for our first trip to Sofia. The staff are so welcoming right from arrival all the way through to check out. They really can’t do enough for you

The hotel itself is beautiful in a classic and dignified way. The location is perfect, right in the centre with everything in the city centre within walking distance

This unexpected gesture left a lasting positive impression, and I wish I knew the name of the staff member so I could personally commend her here for her initiative

My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey

Everyone was delightful but 1/2 people made a really great impression, the chef that cooks the omlettes in the morning, he will always greet you and smile but overall his energy made you feel very welcomed

The only suggestion id make is try warm the pool as it felt freezing sometimes

It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating out there like some outdoor couches. They supply ear plugs just in case the 9th floor gets too loud. Only one night did I hear it faintly on one side of the room

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub

The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. Good restaurants, and stores within 15 minutes walking distance

Good hotel part of the Marriott offering globally (I think the only one in Sofia); location is great - as you can see from the photos attached; near by are many key sites to visit and explore; only potential issue - if you are on the top floor room you may hear music/noise from the hotel bar on the roof

The location is great, the hardware is very good, and there is English service at the front desk, but the software, service and soundproofing are not good. The front desk was still under renovation when we went there.

Very good value for money, the rooms are good sized, the bed is comfortable and I like the location - 10-15 minutes away from the center by taxi & 5 minutes away from Bulgaria mall and a big Billa shop

This hotel is quite spectacular and ideally located next to the metro. There is a pool, but you have to pay around £8 to use it

A coffee maker with 2 coffee capsules is available in your room, but you’ll need to buy any cream or sugar to go in it! The hotel is a short walk into the centre

The drawback is the cleanliness for a bathtub. Wifi is super fast and reliable. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast seems to be ok (7-10 am)

This place is in the heart of Sofia and from it you can see a lot more. Moat definitely a place you need to stay

Very good hotel with lovely enviorment, close to the city center but out of the city jam and noice. Great spa center, jacuzzy, hammam, sauna, hot tubes, and a great fitness center. Very clean rooms and bathrooms

We visited the rooftop bar without being hotel guests. I admit I had greater expectations. The pool is nice but there is no bar at that level. The bar is at the lower level

We just visited the rooftop terrace for drinks- which has stunning views over the mountains, great place to watch the sunset. The staff are very friendly and it’s a very funky cool design inside.

I just didn't like the coffee. The sauna is an infrared sauna, a hammam and a jacuzzi, a large pool, a small one with ice water. The temperature in the sauna is excellent. Comfortable loungers for relaxation

Location is a little bit hidden and a bit of walking distance from the nearest busstop. The only complimentary item provided is a towel other items like flipflops, robe and swimming shorts are a little bit pricy

The room is clean, everything is available. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty, the croissants are something special. There is a variety for every taste

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.

Nice small hotel. Despite the size the rooms are good, the staff is polite and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant has a garden and in general is worth trying but is a little overpriced.

I payed 98 leva (50€) for 2 nights with 2 times breakfast, super cheap! I still don't get that they can give this all for that price ? A sugestion: you can order Domino's pizza, they deliver it straight to your room and they have a big menu for a small price

Love the atmosphere, I got cozy & clean 'smokers' room with very comfy bed,nice staff, only the included so called 'breakfast' was poor, and I mean reeaallyy poor, surprisingly t even a cup of coffee, but all else was definitely best value for the price! :) RECOMMENDED!!

Breakfast was some slices meat and cheese whit some vegetables and 3 slices bread. The bread was disgusting haha xd; and coffe or tea ofcourse! The hotel is close to the airport and a 20-25 minutes walking to the stores

Good one if you have an early flight. Close to Sofia airport, rooms are good, a minus is the windows can not be opened. Good restaurant, friendly staff,reasonable prices. A transfer to airport is offered by the hotel

Deysy who is the receptionist was very nice to us. Always smiling and helped us a lot. She helped us move around the city by translating the map into Italian. The structure is a 10 minute walk from the subway

The staff were excellent. I couldn't use the shower, There didn't seem to be any water... However the room and the bed was very big.

There is private parking in front of the hotel although the places are a bit limited but usually there is more than enough place on the side of the road as well

so in few words - I really liked my stay in "Dream" and will be visiting it again! :D DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!! ;)

Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. Overall we got the comfort we needed

I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one

We booked a standard room but we were upgraded - I had a personal occasion and this was a nice touch. The staff was kind and attentive

In summer guests can have dinner at the bbq restaurant next to swimming pool. I must say food was absolutely delicious. Prices were higher as this is a hotel restaurant. Parking is available and is free of charge

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, big enough for the size of the property. There is also a children section. We enjoyed the time spent here very much, the area is quite and tranquil

I loved my stay at hotel Zenith. I arrived after midnight, but they waited for me and the receptionist was really nice. Quiet night, large shower, good breakfast, close to the center, that was all I needed. Thanks.

Good location, fast wifi, a huge variety of TV channels (132 channels were available!) for kids, movies, news, talkshows etc. - channels for everything and in many different languages

5 minutes walking from vitosha street, 17 minutes from the free city your. Big rooms, big shower, vary options to breakfast, and the crew is just awesome

Not obvious at first sight but perfect new rooms, clean, organised, and actually mini-flats, really economic and nice area!! Highly recommended.

Tasty breakfast - please note it's not a buffet but a menu to choose. Excellent cost effectiveness!
