Nice ambience in the hotel (reception area) and good in general (because of the offer I got from Trip, 41€)  300 mts from the central railway station and very quick check in

I stayed at Ramada Sofia City Center, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a great location, making it easy to explore the city

The personnel is fantastic (mostly all of them) specially if they try to help you

  The room is average/medium due they give you a non renovated, non climatized room and a non screen shower in the bathroom so when you take a shower everything is a mess

When we arrived, we found out that the pool is part of the spa, and entry to the spa costs 40 euros per day. If having a pool is important to you, make sure to include the spa cost in your budget planning

To access any floor in the elevator, you must scan your room card, and it only allows you to go to your specific floor. One important thing to mention is that on Booking the hotel has a pool

Everything we tried was really good. The casino itself is very luxurious and impressive. We really enjoyed the overall experience there. One thing to know is that there are no free alcoholic drinks in the casino

The second restaurant is Asian, and we liked it so much that we even left a separate review for it. The food is very diverse, with lots of Asian options like sushi, fish, and also plenty of meat options

One is the casino restaurant, which is a full restaurant where anyone can order food. If you are playing in the casino, you earn points that you can use to eat there for free, which is a nice bonus

We stayed at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Sofia for New Year celebrations and booked four nights without breakfast. Honestly, this hotel is on an great and you feel it from the moment you walk in

used to be the best in the past , but especially the rooms need renovation , otherwise the facilities , the Restaurants are one of the best in the city

Excellent breakfasts, good facility for sports teams. Great restaurant Burrata in hotel, which does excellent cocktails. Heating in room was on high and couldn't be adjusted. Not overly friendly.

Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too

The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really

As a Diamond member, I’ve visited three times this year because it’s so memorable, and General Manager Stephan Reiter gives excellent recognition. The lounge staff have noticeably improved by my third visit

The newly renovated Hilton Sofia is stylish and comfortable, with beautiful design in the garden, lounge, and rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable

Excellent Hilton hotel in the center of Sofia town, easy to reach from airport with professional staff and good breakfast, very clean and with a very good smell in the hall and in the room, I really want to thank them for the wonderful weekend we had here, if we come back we’ll definitely sleep here

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub

The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. Good restaurants, and stores within 15 minutes walking distance

Service of door guy , helping with luggage, was superb, and front desk very friendly. Lovely chill top floor breakfast with morning view. My only suggestion is thicker bulgarian fresh yogurt at the breakfast buffet

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice

We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below

There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever

So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done

It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing

The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up

Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property

To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks

Spacious quiet rooms, great saunas and swimming pool. The rooftop bar is really nice

Located in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.

Breakfast is OK, I would suggest having a dedicated person at the egg station so that I could order an omelette any time (menu suggests it's paid extra). It would be nice to also have a decaf coffee option

The location is ideal—especially if you're going to a live show at Joy Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a convenient taxi call service at reception, available anytime for free

Disgusting is that some Bulgarians didn't use towels on the wood and nobody cares. They offer discount until 4 p. If you are used to sauna, come here

Speaking of shower - the mixer that turns it on and off is so complicated that it should come with an instruction manual. And yes, this is probably my 40th or 50th visit in this hotel in the span of the last few months

The rooms are clean and cosy. The air conditioning was weak and noisy, the extra bed was not comfortable. The service in the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool (for which one requires a swimming cap), a sauna, a steam room and massage services. The breakfast options are varied and the restaurant is also very nicely decorated and elegant

4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking

Our room had a noticeable sewage smell, and although there was no availability to change rooms on the first night, the issue was resolved the following day. The pool, jacuzzi and fitness area were very pleasant

Pool: It’s a nice size of pool and I generally enjoyed my swim during my stay. However, there were a few disappointing issues regarding the pool

It was overall satisfying. The room was pretty big and bed too. Breakfast is not very good and we were practically kicked out around 10. Other than that it was nice and pool is very nice if you have time.

You can see the hotel is old, breakfast was not the best ones (i. the eggs even looked bad), and it is quite a long way from the center. On the other hand, not very pricy, pool was nice and in all easy place to stay

I took this for a few nights because of the pool. After spending time at the town it is nice to jump in the pool to cool down. Unfortunaltely the pool closed relatively early so night swimming was not possible

However, the front desk staff and the room itself were excellent. The cathedral is within a 5-minute walk. A boutique coffee shop and a DM are a 3-minute walk away. A taxi to the airport is 20 levies

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner

The room was clean, spacious, and odorless, making it a pretty good hotel in Bulgaria. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, although they did have freshly fried sunny-side-up eggs

Room was spacious and clean, was a bit hot and dense inside. Bathroom was neat. Staff was friendly but you only get 2 coffees in your room during your stay. Food was nice, bar also. Interior is very pretty.

I didn’t like the hotel. Beds are very soft, bathroom very outdated. Rooms are small. Good breakfast!

Upon arrival, we noticed that the rooms were poorly maintained, with stains and dirt on the curtains and drapes, and that the rooms were stuffy and damp. When we asked reception for towels, they asked why we needed them

While we were chatting and enjoying our breakfast, the staff stood over us and, in a rude manner, asked us to leave the breakfast room. They cleared the plates from the table without asking permission

Okaish rooms with a slight old smell of smoke, pool water is ice cold, service is ruthlessly overcharging with horrendous food and beverage prices which not reflect the quality of the food or drinks

Hot water is hot, heating - working. If you are a tourist - it's better to live in the city center, because it takes 40 minutes to get there by bus + metro. The restaurant in front of the hotel is good too

We also chose this place for the EV charging, but when we arrived, there was a on diesel parked on the charger spot. The receptionist didn’t know who’s car was. He called us later when the car left
