used to be the best in the past , but especially the rooms need renovation , otherwise the facilities , the Restaurants are one of the best in the city

I went to the panorama restaurant. Gread food, pricey but worth it. A few things were dated but I was impressed they got dishes such as geese liver and veal cutlets correct. I've been to many fancy dining locations in Bulgaria where they got the cooking techniques very wrong and still charged an exorbitent price. The hotel itself felt way too busy and yucky. Excellent breakfasts, good facility for sports teams. Great restaurant Burrata in hotel, which does excellent cocktails. Heating in room was on high and couldn't be adjusted. Not overly friendly.

Hotel Marinela -- Truly a Unique Experience! The Hotel Marinela is truly unique, perhaps resembling a huge boutique hotel. The decor is unmatched, and maybe not to everyone's taste. This hotel is grand and newly renovated. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions. The toiletries are Clarins, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. Highly recommended!

We stay here regularly when visiting family. The rooms are lovely - well decorated and spacious. The staff are very thoughtful and the customer service is excellent. The hotel is well placed for both the centre of town and getting out of town on the motorway.

Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Excellent Hilton hotel in the center of Sofia town, easy to reach from airport with professional staff and good breakfast, very clean and with a very good smell in the hall and in the room, I really want to thank them for the wonderful weekend we had here, if we come back we’ll definitely sleep here. This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel room is huge and provided with adequate amenities. Not to mention the high standard of services , staff are friendly and endeavor to help.

We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below.. Location is fantastic...many clubs anf nice bars for daytime drinking in the neighboorhood....

I stayed there for a short vacation with my daughters. The rooms are all well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool (for which one requires a swimming cap), a sauna, a steam room and massage services. 4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking. The rest was good, friendly and polite staff, excellent breakfast, location nice and quiet walking distance to the biggest shopping center Paradise mall. Nice sound, steam and dry.
