used to be the best in the past , but especially the rooms need renovation , otherwise the facilities , the Restaurants are one of the best in the city

I went to the panorama restaurant. Gread food, pricey but worth it. A few things were dated but I was impressed they got dishes such as geese liver and veal cutlets correct. I've been to many fancy dining locations in Bulgaria where they got the cooking techniques very wrong and still charged an exorbitent price. The hotel itself felt way too busy and yucky. Excellent breakfasts, good facility for sports teams. Great restaurant Burrata in hotel, which does excellent cocktails. Heating in room was on high and couldn't be adjusted. Not overly friendly.

Hotel Marinela -- Truly a Unique Experience! The Hotel Marinela is truly unique, perhaps resembling a huge boutique hotel. The decor is unmatched, and maybe not to everyone's taste. But that's what has given the Marinela its special character all these years. The restaurants provide excellent offerings, the staff was extremely courteous, and my suite was outstanding!

Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Excellent Hilton hotel in the center of Sofia town, easy to reach from airport with professional staff and good breakfast, very clean and with a very good smell in the hall and in the room, I really want to thank them for the wonderful weekend we had here, if we come back we’ll definitely sleep here. This hotel is grand and newly renovated. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions. The toiletries are Clarins, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. Highly recommended!

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. 4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking. In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice. The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub. The design is minimal yet warm, with thoughtful details that instantly help you relax. We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below.. Location is fantastic...many clubs anf nice bars for daytime drinking in the neighboorhood....
