The personnel is fantastic (mostly all of them) specially if they try to help you.  The room is average/medium due they give you a non renovated, non climatized room and a non screen shower in the bathroom so when you take a shower everything is a mess. I went to the panorama restaurant. Gread food, pricey but worth it. A few things were dated but I was impressed they got dishes such as geese liver and veal cutlets correct. Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Very close (6 mins) drive from the Sofia airport. Very convenient as we were driving to Bansko for our annual skiing trip. Very clean, Family friendly and easy to book.

The facilities are modern and the service is excellent. However, they do not provide bottled water. You have to take your empty bottles to the water dispenser in the corridor to get water.

It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The room is spacious and in a great location. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere.

The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee. When I will visit Sofia again, I will choose the same hotel.

Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

I stayed there for a short vacation with my daughters. The rooms are all well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool (for which one requires a swimming cap), a sauna, a steam room and massage services. 4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking. The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation. This isn't our first time staying here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel. However, during our last visit, there were no face towels in the room, and the kitchen had very few appliances. There was a stove, but no pots or pans. It's a shame there wasn't a microwave.
