Truly beautiful and huge rooms! The bathroom is huge, very clean and has all the extra amenities needed. The bed is also huge and very good. Will be tough leaving this place

Loud complaints, senseless arguments, and a general lack of basic manners – all directed at the very staff who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome

Frankly, I’m more shocked by the vulgar attitude of these guests than by any of their so-called grievances. And then to see them leave negative reviews? What a performance

Having stayed here for two days now, I’ve witnessed firsthand the kind of entitled, disrespectful behavior that makes you wonder how some people function outside their own homes

In short: the location is good, parking is available (but not free), but the hotel is clearly past its prime and in urgent need of maintenance. It is certainly not 4 stars, more like 2, maybe 3 at best

The food wasn't the best, but it certainly wasn't the worst. Nice and light to begin the day

I went to the restaurant on top of the hotel and not actually hotel itself. The food was good but I was hoping they had more traditional food added to their menu. It is more westernized than Bulgarian.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms and staff. Altogether very comfortable. Only problem was the hot breakfast was always quite cold and I had to ask for a reheat. However the variety of breakfast items was great.

Just outside the centre but comfortable walking distance and on the flat. Nice, big rooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Cleaning team always say hello. Great selection for breakfast

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

Large rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, clean generally speaking. Right in the middle of the city. Nice to walk both ways from the hotel.

Wonderful staff in the kitchen, they prepared a beautiful steak with bearnaise sauce for my husband, on his request, even though it's not even on the menu+++! Table service also excellent, both in the bar and dining room

My family and I often visit Hyatt Regency at Sofia. It is wonderful Hyatt property. One of best strengths of this hotel are the people working there. Everyone is so helpful and make you feel on the top of the world

Very nice 2 week business stay. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners

Radi was so helpful, friendly and provided great suggestions of where to eat and what’s unique to shop. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to the famous cathedral

Location was really close to the Asics Arena and had multiple food places nearby. The rooms were quite basic but they were spacious if a bit unclean. Good value for money and there was a good choice at breakfast

I stayed two nights and overall I am very pleased! There is a beautiful park next to the hotel which I also recommend! I will come back there for sure!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, though be mindful that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. The deluxe rooms are spacious and come equipped with a bathtub, providing a luxurious touch to your stay

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice

Service of door guy , helping with luggage, was superb, and front desk very friendly. Lovely chill top floor breakfast with morning view. My only suggestion is thicker bulgarian fresh yogurt at the breakfast buffet

Free parking can be an issue though. Overall: good hotel to stay for a week i think

We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below

The spa is excellent—worth the visit even though it's an additional cost for standard room guests. Unfortunately, my partner experienced a distressing moment when the lift broke down in complete darkness for 20 minutes

The hotel's Asian restaurant is also worth mentioning—it’s generally very good, though I'd recommend steering clear of the ramen

After we casually mentioned the incident to a staff member in the lift, the hotel immediately apologized and went above and beyond by leaving a heartfelt note and a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit bowl in our room

We loved staying here for our first trip to Sofia. The staff are so welcoming right from arrival all the way through to check out. They really can’t do enough for you

The hotel itself is beautiful in a classic and dignified way. The location is perfect, right in the centre with everything in the city centre within walking distance

The receptionist was a bit rude, got annoyed that we bothered her, and made us wait for almost half an hour, but good customer service was not something I was expecting specifically, so it won't affect the final rating so much

From an emotional point of view, this hotel is forgettable, lacking any charisma, and loosing points for cheapening out at certain building/decorative features (things that shouldn't happen in place with 4 stars)

Most hotels don't invest in a proper network, but while I don't expect to find the ideal solution of an access point in every room, Vitosha Park really needs more access points in their cheap hallway setup

The room I stayed in was one of the renovated ones, so the furniture was pretty nice (and I really liked the walk-in shower!). The mattress was comfy, and I hope the white sheets were clean for real

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey

The room is confortable and clean. Excellent staff. You can ask for bathrobe and slippers at the front desk. The breakfast is the "but", it could be improved, we had dinner and the difference of quality is notable.

Everyone was delightful but 1/2 people made a really great impression, the chef that cooks the omlettes in the morning, he will always greet you and smile but overall his energy made you feel very welcomed

Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind

The room was comfortable and spacious. There were extra pillows in the closet. The staff never bothered me, unless I needed something. It's a great place for introverts. There's a park near by and a KFC right next door

Large rooms, free Parking, a panoramic restaurant on the 12th floor. The room has a kettle, Minibar (surcharge), cosy, modern accommodation. Beautiful mountain views are odd numbers and floor better from 8 to 10

The free underground parking is very nice, no need to worry about your car. Rooms are spacious and clean. The A/C struggles to keep the place warm and makes too much noise to leave it on at night

The drawback is the cleanliness for a bathtub. Wifi is super fast and reliable. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast seems to be ok (7-10 am)

This hotel is quite spectacular and ideally located next to the metro. There is a pool, but you have to pay around £8 to use it

On a positive note, there were two smart TVs, and the Wi-Fi was stable with a consistent speed of 100 Mbps for both uploads and downloads. Restaurant: Breakfast was okay but lacked variety, especially for a 5-star hotel

After a few days, it became repetitive as the same options were offered daily. Surprisingly, there was no option for an omelette. If breakfast hadn’t been included in the room rate, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it

Spa: When I booked the hotel, it wasn’t clearly stated that access to the gym and pool wasn’t included in the price. I was disappointed to discover there were additional charges for these amenities

Yes, it might be more expensive than some other hotels in Sofia, but it also is brand new and unlike most other hotels in Sofia even in the same price range, it is clean and has a pleasant, modern interior

Loved our stay. The hotel is perfected located for visits to Sofia, our room was great and the service friendly. Really enjoyed sampling Bulgarian wine at happy hour and loved the breakfast selection.

Amazing place. Love it very much. Variety of services, nice resto with good food, affordable prices. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere to loosen up. Not usually crowded even on the weekends.

I just didn't like the coffee. The sauna is an infrared sauna, a hammam and a jacuzzi, a large pool, a small one with ice water. The temperature in the sauna is excellent. Comfortable loungers for relaxation
