There are certain things which can be improved, actually. The overall ambience is ok, the rooms & bathrooms are neat and tidy, however when I rang to ask for directions (I was nearly there, just couldn't see the entrance), nobody picked up. Very affordable. Strong mouldy smell in staircase and in common bathrooms. No smell in rooms. Plenty of heat and hot water in shower. Noise from the street if your room is facing the street. Friendly staff but normally there is no staff on premises.

Peter Pan is not a real hostel but an apartment with rooms to rent. It is in a good position, it is very clean but it is lonely not lively as a hostel. The owner is very nice and helpful and gives good tips on where to go for meals and sightseeing.

Excellent apart-hostel in a great central location in Sofia. Located close to tram and bus links and even within walking distance of many central Sofia sights. Staff very amicable and helpful, contactable by text and meet you when you arrive in Sofia. We booked for 3 beds room just for a night. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The owner friendly and helpful. The spot is very central which means that you can see many things by walking. I don't give 5 stars because the wc wasn't so clean. Also when i made the reservation the prescription of the hostel was saying that they provide free transfer from/to airport. A very pleasant hostal in an excellent location. It has no on site staff but the owners are very helpful and quick to respond if you have any queries. The front door is on the main street next to a coffee kiosk.

Pretty good experience. The employee Julien was super cool and led an great bar crawl. We went to so many places that were invisible from the street but had amazing atmosphere inside. Thank you to him for letting me keep my luggage There while I was out for a day.

Very cosy place, very friendly. value for price. very nice people and very helpful. nice breakfast, clean place. also, i forgot my headphones when i left on my way to the bus station and i asked them to arrange to bring them to me before my bus leaves and they did everything they could so i could get them back. I definitely recommend and I will definitely go back whenever i visit Sofia.

I had no place to sleep and very low budget: Hostel Mostel was the best thing I could ever wish for a last minute booking. Lovely communal area and large rooms. I stayed at the second building but still felt very welcomed when visiting the social reception building. Owner and the guys running it were very responsive and helpful, get hostel to stay at would reccomend, good location

The 3 things keeping this place going are the staff who are genuinely excellent in terms of hospitality, the price...on certain days, and the location - aside from this, the place is getting really grubby. Teo and Des are just INCREDIBLE. The hostel is run by these great guys. They are very professional and helpful. I needed a new pillow and Teo sorted it out straightaway. It helped me to sleep properly for the next 7 days. INCREDIBLE service from TEO. Absolutely top guys. Two and Des have gone above and above. I will come back again to create some more incredible memories.

Totally worth the money. 54 lev . The stuff very friendly. And it was clean no bugs no dirty bedsheets . And free soap for bath . Very satisfied

It was worth for the Money you pay. Do not expect good conditions but since it was a cheap hostel, I didn’t have big expectations. So it was okay. Room was not enough clean, bed mattress was dirty, you can’t open windows as they won’t stop flies to enter room, no air con. But it was a place, easy to find, low prices, people were helpful.

Good price for the rooms that they gave me. I got a clean room with a fine bathroom. Near a large supermarket and bus stations! staff is helpful and kind!
