The location is excellent and surprisingly quiet for such a central area. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean, with fresh towels and an extra duvet provided. Access is very convenient via a door code. Right next to the hotel, there’s a large pharmacy and makeup store, a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and bars. However, the place could improve by providing clearer information about the reception’s working hours. During my two-day stay, I didn’t see a single person at the reception—despite my room being located right next to it—and I never heard any voices or signs of staff presence. The building itself is quite old, which is understandable given the location, but there seems to be an issue with the water: there was no hot water, only lukewarm that quickly turned cold, accompanied by a strange noise. Aside from these issues, it’s good value for the price, and I truly hope these downsides were just coincidences and not regular problems, because I really liked the place overall.

4 star rating but mainly because of unbeatable location compared in this price range. The beds were okay and the room was not small and even had some couches. Bathroom was allright but small and had no shower wall/curtain so everything got wet when showering.
Check-in was fully digital and went smoothly. Haven't seen any staff, so can't judge about that.
Wifi service was bad, 5g reception was good. I found the hotel room a bit rundown and not as nice as on the pictures.
Overall an average hotel experience.

I checked out on August 1st 2025. I requested an invoice on the same day. At the reception, the lady told me I should share my data via viber. I did, right away. After not receiving any answer, on August 19th, I reached out to hear that I have to fill out a form. I did, right away. After following up 4x times by telephone, I have been told by the same lady that the accounting department is on vacation. She would follow up. Eventually, she did not. On September 16th, after asking again, I was requested to re-fill the form, since it was apparently not correct. I did, right away. Finally, on September 17th, I got notified that the accounting department (who came back from vacation, bravo!!) cannot issue an invoice so far back in the past… I HAVE NEVER HEARD SUCH AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF BULLSHIT TO ISSUE AN INVOICE. Why can't I get an invoice at the reception on checkout, LIKE IN EVERY OTHER FREAKING HOTEL in this world? Why should a company lie to avoid issuing an invoice? I think everyone can think of a simple answer…

On top of that: Receptionist neither helpful nor polite. Noisy water pumps serving the bathroom. Facilities absolutely average. I would not go there again!

This place is extremely quiet and conveniently located, allowing you to enjoy peace without any disturbances. The location is easy to find, and the receptionist is very professional. The premises are clean, and the simplicity of the design is quite appealing. Overall, it offers great value for the price.

Really nice stay here. First bit of advice would be don’t get put off by the frontage. Lot nicer inside. Our room (no.1) was big, nice decor. Location is spot on. Right in the mixer. Would have given it 5 stars if not for a hot water issue with the shower which we were told was due to age of building. So if you’re showering do it quick! Oh also the bar it shows on the website is actually underneath on the ground floor but under refurb at the min and won’t be finished any time soon, but luckily no building work going on while we were there.

Don't be put off by your initial impression of the entrance to this very well located little hotel. Clean rooms, nice shower and a massive bathroom. Right in the city centre and close to the underground. The outside of the building could do with a little TLC but it's money well spent. I'd stay again.

This place was very clean and purposefully rustic looking. Location was perfect for getting around Sofia and located next to the main boulevard.

Wow what a hotel. Very stylish, absolutely loved the decoration. Really friendly receptionist and super helpful. I liked the smart door handles to enter the room. Very quiet location.

Great location! the staff was very nice. The room was big and looked very good. It was not that clean, I Think they did insecticide spray earlier because we kept on finding cockroaches every morning .. But it was worth the money. I LIKED IT!
