The front desk staff weren't very friendly, but the room itself was clean, warm, and cozy.

My second stay here and it was great. Very central and close to everything. The lady in the reception is very kind, the place was clean, and there were free snacks. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location, clean. The issue was you have to climb multi story building with your luggage in a dark stair hall. Secondly the room was way smaller and the bed was not very comfortable. But for the price and walking distance from main tourist attractions in the city, it’s worth the value.

We had a nice weekend at 5 vintage guest house. Great reception, cozy decor, main shopping street right around the corner

The location was fantastic and the place is quite charming however I struggled with the noise at night (next door guests) and squeaky floors. There was an unpleasant smell from the drainage in the bathroom.

Amazing location and lovely interiors of the apartment. Kudos to the team for making sure we had a comfortable stay.

The room seemed old, so did the linens. During the night, some sound of water leaking or something similar kept us awake. The slot for the room card, to keep the lights on, was flimsy and it was very hard to keep the lights on.

Great stay at Les Fleurs! The unique design of the rooms and the whole hotel is amazing—it has so much character and style. Being right in the heart of Sofia was perfect for me as a solo traveler, everything's within walking distance. The staff made me feel really welcome. Would definitely come back!

I am usually very critical but this was easily the best hotel ever. Everything was perfect! Great breakfast, nice staff, amazing room, great gadgets (TV in the mirror), clean, everything in good condition, silent, nice chill temperatures from the nature in the back. We will only stay in this hotel in Sofia from now on!

The perfect place. Comfortable, elegant & quiet room, quick WIFI connection, free parking in front of the building, helpful receptionists, great breakfast, and very close to bus stop if one wants to go into the centre.

A good, small hotel located at the foot of the Vitosha mountain. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The staff is very attentive. A small drawback in that there are no nearby places to eat of the same high category as the hotel.

This is not first time visiting this Hotel but first time I am writting a impression. This is luxury Hotel with great service, also with very good restaurant within the Hotel. This place absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it. Everybody are nice at this location, especially Raya - lovely front desk lady who helped me find accomodation for one more night nearby as hotel was fully booked. I recommend this place.

Our stay at Dunav Apartment House was great - we were only in Sofia for one evening and it was perfect for us in terms of location, price and amenities. The room was clean, good AC and comfortable bed. Raia at reception was lovely, very helpful and accommodating, and gave us advice for Sofia as a local.

Lobby and restaurant were very nice and views were beautiful. Room condition was surprisingly poor - horrible smell, toilet leaks, carpet was very dirty, poor airflow.

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Vitosha Boulevard, central Sofia. Rooms are clean, with basic amenities. Staff, especuakky Inna, was helpful with tips and leads. Coffee shops and bakeries abundant in the neighborhood. Recommended if you are not looking for luxury while staying in Sofia.

Amazing B&B in central Sofia. Our host, Ludmil was so great! He was there when we arrived from the airport and the apartment is super well conserved, and the bed and the bathroom were in very good condition. The best part was the bulgarian breakfast we had prepared by Ludmil with an extra conversation about Bulgarian history that we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommended!

I think it was the most pleasant interaction with a hotel. It's not really luxurious, but the rooms are very clean and larve. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is again very large. The host is a very welcoming person. The location is very good and the price was insanely good.

The staff was kind. The hotel was close to most of the popular sights. However the room was not the best. The mattresses were not very clean, the beds were almost one with the floor. The bathroom was ridiculous. The sink wouldn’t work without activating the shower head. So you couldn’t wash your hands without getting your shoes and pants wet

We arrived in the middle of the night, get some rooms. Not the cleanest, not the prettiest but hey! We have roof above the head. Good location though.

Good, the room was nice. Clean, have TV, the reception staff was kind. Also have a restorant on the entrance. The only negative thing is no left but the location will compensate sure for this.

Convenient to the bus station and a cut above the surrounding neighborhood hostels. The concierge is very accommodating. The walls are thin however and the decor somewhat disco-ish. Also the restaurant downstairs plays dub and rap constantly. Perhaps OK if you like that at breakfast?

Lovely hotel, big spacious bedrooms which were nice and clean. Shower room was also large and clean. Room had remote controlled air conditioning that's wasn't to noisy. View from the balcony was really nice at night, but when the morning came the view was something else with the mountains in the background. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I go back to Sofia I will be staying here again

Unfortunately, it has serious problems with cleaning, neither the sheets nor the towels were changed for 3 days, and when we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper, we had to go and ask for it ourselves, even though there was only 1 small package of shampoo. But the location is nice and the staff is friendly.

The room I had wasn't as hot as you would expect in the middle of the summer, without AC. Also the wallpaper, furniture, and old faucets gave me a mid-20th century vibe. For a 2* hotel, it could be great. I am lowering the rating because they asked me to give my key whenever I left the room. Then the walls that were not covered by wallpaper were peeled off or mouldy.
