I really liked the view from my room which was on the 16th floor. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner warmed the room pretty quickly. The sewing kit came just in hand. TV had a lot of channels. The receptionist during check in was very nice and helpful. The overall hygiene was good except 1-2 problems. Towels and linen were fresh and clean. Very, very good quality for its value.
The WiFi is very weak and low speed. There were nail clippings and hairs in the bathroom, which I consider a severe hygiene violation. During check out I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a 5-minute call.

The building itself is old but everything inside is renovated. The rooms are more than spacious, well-furnished and supplied with everything needed. I am impressed!

A renovated hotel with convenient parking and a nice convention center and event hall. The access to the halls is not very convenient if you need to load equipment or advertising materials, but the staff is friendly.The restaurant serves semi-finished products. The guests of the outdoor pool are children and teenagers from the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

The room was clean, large, comfortable and very quiet. Recommended for sure.
The only negative point is that the swimming pool water was rather cold despite the very hot outside temperature.

Have to agree with the other complaints. It has 4 stars on the roof, but this is 2 or 3 stars at most. Even though booking shows the restaurant is open, both restaurant and bar are completely closed. Not even possible to order any food or at least drinks to your room. Not worth the money.

Room was quite small. Not every double room has a balcony. It was clean and in a nice area. The receptionist was nice and helpful.

The room was extremely basic. There aren't refrigerator or minibar. The tv remote control wasn't working. The water from the shower has a drain in the center of the bathroom so all the bathroom was flooded.There were only half a roll of toilet paper and I had to call to reception in the second day to ask for. The towels are very worn. The price is high for that quality. The first day when I call to the Lobby bar and ask for 1 espresso and 1 cappuccino I pay 3,80 lv and the next day they ask 5.00lv for the same order... Definitely, I don't wanna back in this hotel.

Awful. Needs a complete renovation and a new staff. Rooms are very basic, shower and toilets are even worse.
