I’m writing a review. Although the hotel listed amenities like a spa and an indoor pool on Booking, when we arrived, these were out of service. I ended up paying for nothing, as I couldn’t use these services at all.
Also they have a no pet policy which is a big bog nooo for me. On top of that, it’s an old hotel and not particularly clean either.

Very unpleasant stuff. Peter was not polite, he did not apologise for my room not be ready for check in at 2pm.

Terrible place, no outdoor pool in use this season
The hotel is very old, bed are not that comfortable, there are all sorts of noises especially at night. I was scared both nights I stayed in as a woman. Didn’t feel safe.
I booked this hotel because had a pool advertised but the pool was not in service which was disappointing and the services are definitely not updated. Breakfast was very average.
It’s a shame that the hotel from outside looks amazing but inside needs a renovation and needs updating.

My room had a strong stench of cigarettes which never seemed to disappear. I think the previous guests smoked inside the room. Also, there was a forgotten plate with sweets on the cupboard. The outdoor swimming pool was closed which wasn’t written anywhere on the website, and the main reason I booked here was because of the outdoor pool. The staff barely spoke Bulgarian. The only good thing is the indoors swimming pool and the staff taking care of it. The two guys - the chemist caring for the water and the lifeguard were so kind!

The hotel has a nice location but unfortunately everything is quite dated. Also our bed linen was all wet and had to call reception around midnight to have it changed. There was no apology from the hotel either

The Trip.com pictures of the "Hotel" are fake. It is not a Hotel. It is a ******.
I am completely shocked. My health was at risk, and my car and belongings were also in danger. After arriving at the nonexistent hotel parking lot, which is actually a paid city lot, someone crashed into the Toll both while rying to sneak in behind me. People were smoking **** and seemed hazardous.
I couldn't risk staying at that place due to concerns for my health, and the inside of my car with my belongings was at risk of vandalism.
This is not a hotel. This place does not have a parking area. It is a ******. A ****** for people that take ***** and be radical.
I came by here on my buisness Trip at 23:20. With belongings in the car that needed to be kept safe.
I came not to inhale smoke right at the entrance. J djd not came to gamble. I looked for sleep and safety. None of it is possible here.
