Took a last minute break to catch some sun and was not dissapointed in the hotel or the location. Things could be picked apart depending on your level of expectation, but for the price and convenience it was perfect. Situatoed close to the beach and maybe a view if you are on the 8th floor, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to their private beach that runs often, or is just a 15 min walk and can get to see all the local shops and other places to eat Never had any issues with the food, and good variety for all of the meals. But as was so late in the season and hotel not fully booked it often did seem that things got made for many meals until had run out and then looked to the next thing. Did not mind, as still filled my plate all the time Staff very friendly and helpful and never had any problems Pools are all clean and great to have a dip to keep cool Would go back and enjoy a very relaxed week again and the value for money was great

Dear SH Dolce Team, We would like to say a big thank you for making our first trip to Bulgaria so special! We were truly impressed by the wonderful climate, the warm sea, and – most of all – your amazing hotel. Everything was perfect: delicious and varied food, excellent service, and a very professional and friendly staff. A special thanks to the animation team – you brought so much joy, fun, and positive energy to our holiday! We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to managers Pavel Shaigarovsky and Radostina Milcheva for their help in organizing our unforgettable vacation and the celebration of our mother’s birthday. Thank you for your professionalism and kind hearts – you made this trip truly memorable for us. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely recommend SH Dolce to our friends. And of course, we are sure we will come back again! With warmest regards, Kristina

Had really high hopes for this all inclusive holiday. I left somewhat disappointed though. From the beginning, we were met outside the hotel by one of the workers, who very pleasantly guided us to the reception for a check in. Check in was smooth, we were I formed how to locate our room, wi fi log in, info about possibility to book in Greek/Bulgarian themed dinner, advised of gym and spa service, advised of the shuttle bus. Given a sheet with information on lunched dinners breakfast. So all good. Room was spacious enough. Maim beds were decent and comfortable to sleep on. However we were with a child who slept on a sofa bed. Size was OK. But it felt like child was sleeping on bare wood it was impossible to sleep on it. Air conditioning worked well. Tv as well. Room allegedly was cleaned on a daily basis, unless you would leave a sign advising to not disturb. In the beginning I did not pat much attention if Room was cleaned or not, as beds were done and towels were changed. However after 3 or 4 days there was significant amount of sand across the floor from beach and I noticed that while towels were changed and beds done, floors were not hoovered of mopped. Unfortunately on that particular day it was not the male housekeeper who would usually attend to our room, so the next day i did not say a thing to the male house keeper as this was not his omission. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, that might be not very child friendly due to them being quite deep. Both are 1.5 m depth. Not gradually getting deeper. We did not try the indoor pool nor gym nor spa's. The pool with water slides is really great for kids, except it was off for some reason in the middle of the day. Water is much colder than in the other outdoor pools. Beach- that is one of 2 massive disappointments. It is far. To walk to and from beach in heat is really demanding task especially with a kid. Shuttle has very limited spaces. Difficult to get on it. No respect from other hotel visitors and they do not care that you have waited there before them for the shuttle. Umbrellas and beach beds are limited and difficult to get one. You would think that all that can be disregarded due to a lovely sea bed and sea water. But here you get even more disappointed as it is full of horrible massive stones/ rocks that myself and my child hurt our feet on. Needles to say we did not return to that beach in the 9 days that we stayed. We resorted to paying extra money for a private beach that had no stones and was within a relatively short walk from the beach. By the way there is a beach bar in the Dolce vita's beach. But that is of no benefit to us. Food. That is another disappointment. It might be on if you are staying for 3-4 days only. And if you are able to be in the dining area spot on time when the door opens. If you are late- be ready to que for food, then que for table, them que foe a fork and knife. And be ready that you will not get to try then chicken wings that you see a sign of

Very good hotel, although not the newest. Nice service, tasty food. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day. There was a kettle, coffee, tea in the room, no cream, plenty of mineral water. In the fridge there are 2 beers, 1 sparkling water, 1 drink and 1 juice. A big advantage was the room on the 1st floor with a spacious terrace. You can go down the stairs straight to the pool or bar. The animators started at 10:00, so there was something going on almost all the time. Morning gymnastics, competitions, darts... In the evening, mini disco for children, karaoke, performance of a Bulgarian dance band, cabaret. Additionally paid billiards, table football, air hockey - 3 tricks per game. The ping pong table was very damaged. A neglected mini football pitch, surrounded by bushes, full of leaves in the sand. The beach needs improvement - dirty, pets in the sand, bottle caps, etc.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Clean, luxurious, great service. The room was cleaned every day. I left 1 lev as a tip. Every day a bottle of mineral water and bags of tea and coffee were brought to the room. There was an electric kettle, I brewed it and drank with a cigarette on the balcony. The room has everything you need. The beds are large and comfortable. All-inclusive includes unlimited food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as at any time in the lobby bar. A shuttle runs to the beach every half hour. There were almost always seats. The beach has free sun loungers and umbrellas and a bar with soft drinks and beer. The food is beyond praise. Loved the lamb and duck. One day out of six there were shrimp, two days there were mussels. At the Bulgarian restaurant I liked the eggplant caviar and stuffed peppers, as well as the moussaka. Two swimming pools with sun loungers and umbrellas, but we always preferred the sea. Not just great animation, but a show program in the evenings. Responsive and friendly staff. We arrived at night and were supposed to check in only at 2 p.m. But at 9.00 they offered us a room with a better view, since ours was released later. Many thanks to the girl at the reception for this, because until 9.00 we slept on the sofas in the hall, which, by the way, were very comfortable. I liked everything - from the smell in the lobby to the lack of queues for the elevators and in the restaurant. We will definitely come again!

The Dolce Vita lives off the splendor of times gone by and is now neither up to date in terms of substance nor service. Beach: In 2023 the beach will be around 2 kilometers away at the Hotel Admiral. There is a shuttle bus between 9 a.m. and 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. It holds around 16 people. With 720 guests you can well imagine the chaos, if not..... see pictures. Pool: Around 15 children fall on their noses on the smooth tiles every day. I personally witnessed 2 cuts IN THE WATER. Lounger capacity around 25% of occupancy. Here again chaos and alarm clocks that make you throw in the towel. Food: The food is monotonous, but OK. 2 coffee machines that don't work entirely flawlessly are far too few, as are the available seats. There are 320 restaurant seats for around 750-800 visitors. No problem, but ultimately the time window in the morning and evening is 60-80 minutes, otherwise you'll be left empty-handed either at the pool or in the event room. If you arrive late, you'll watch the children's disco standing up because there aren't enough seats outside. Children's buffet...... see pictures. Service: There are motivated employees. The assistants in particular are trying hard to get the chaos at the tables under control. All inclusive shows its full negative side here..... rarely have we seen so many overfilled waste plates. The crew at the bar and the restaurant manager were also positive. Otherwise the service is poor. Reception is manned, but facial expressions and body language are annoyed to the point of rejection. Our return flight is late and so we were asked days in advance about a late check-out. Answer: Can only be booked 24 hours in advance. 24 hours before departure then: It's not possible, you're almost fully booked and can't change the room layout at such short notice. Repeat guests told us: It used to be different and better. Corona has left deep marks here. The management was/is unable to adapt to the changed conditions and guests. They just let it "run its course". There is definitely potential for improvement, 2 additional shuttles, higher seating in front of the children's disco, use of the second restaurant, purchase of additional coffee machines. But it costs money and the majority of the guests present during our visit don't seem to care. They are used to it and the main thing is that the plates are full... even when clearing away. This is our first and last visit. You are constantly stressed about appointments, constantly jostling for seats and the long way to the beach means you are totally inflexible. Yes, sorry, I just like things to be a bit more organized and if I book 4 stars then I expect a slightly higher level of service than the mixture of outdoor pool, snack bar and youth hostel.

We finished our week's holiday at the Dolce Vita hotel. In my opinion, the hotel definitely deserves 4*. Large, spacious rooms, cleaned every day. The view from room 701 is fabulous. Phenomenal swimming pools, a paddling pool for children, a large swimming pool (25 m) and a water playground. There are enough sunbeds for each. The bus goes to the beach every 30 minutes and returns from the beach every 30 minutes. The hotel offers animations every day, a mini disco for children in the evenings, and a mini disco for other guests after 9 p.m. The food was very good, varied. One could say that it was repetitive, but for us it was not a problem. Of course, if someone looks for minuses, they will find them, but that's not what holidays are for. I sincerely recommend it. My only regret is that we didn't buy the 2-week option.
