One of the worst hotels I've ever travelled to. The food variety is short, and the taste doesn't like it, should. Considering the quality of the service and rooms it's not worth it, prices are pretty high. The parking lot is not included in the price. One thing to take in consideration is the cleaning of the rooms. They barely do any cleaning. The dust on the shelves is visible with the bare eye. The location is somehow quiet. But the nearby hotels' have laud music. Which can be a good or a bad thing, depending on the person. For some reason they are unfriendly with Romanian people. And act rough with them. The pools are not heated so the water is pretty cold. One thing is for sure the hotel's quality doesn't show the 4 stars.
One important thing is that the maintenance is worse than in a motel. The right elevator 🛗 has many problems it fails multiple times. And people might get stuck.

-my own experience: The first day I came here I had a bad feeling, but that night I had one of my worst experiences. The neighbors (some polish kids) uneducated were fighting or something in their room and kept hitting the walls as loud as possible. And it was around 12 pm when one of the loud bangs on the wall made the painting over my head fall on my head. That painting almost broke my head, I was bleeding. We had to call the cops and an ambulance, such a long story but the cops didn't do anything. What I recommend is to take the paintings off the wall if they are over your bed.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The conditions are awful and the fact that it operates as a 4-star hotel is a deceit towards tourists. I have been coming to Bulgaria for years, staying at 4-star hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this. Here are a few aspects that can be seen and verified in the attached photos:
- CLEANLINESS: The rooms are not cleaned properly. I blackened my socks and feet within seconds of walking in; the layer of gray dust and dirt on the floor is visible. I don't understand what the housekeepers in this hotel are paid for and what they actually do. They left us with the mess caused by a broken drain for 3 days without cleaning it up; they wouldn't have cleaned it at all if I hadn't gone to the front desk 3 TIMES (the receptionist was very nice and called housekeeping while I was there, but no one showed up!!). They don't change the linens, they throw the sheets carelessly on the bed, they don't change the towels, they don't wipe off the dust and they don't mop the floors. The mattresses are left in the hotel corridor and they drag them on the floor through dirt and dust when they need to add extra beds in a room (as seen in the pictures)
- FOOD: I wasn’t able to take pictures of the food, but it was generally served cold (hardened macaroni; fried eggs left exposed for so long that the yolk couldn’t be cut with a fork; the lowest quality meat (only 4 options); desserts were either dried out or felt like plastic)
- COCKROACHES: They appeared near the sofa a day after we checked in.
- BATHROOM: Water leaks from under the bathtub, flooding up to the balcony when you shower; the toilet flush button gets stuck; the toilet brush is broken and in 3 pieces next to the toilet, left by the housekeeper even after the morning "cleaning"; there's no mat - you slip when you step out of the tub; we found the previous apartment's guests' soap, used, in the shower.
- Towels and bed linen are not changed.
- On our floor, there’s no elevator, hallway lights don't turn on and the Wi-Fi doesn't work.
- Unimaginable filth on the pathway adjacent to the hotel, leading to the beach - plastic plates, empty bottles, rotting food and an unbearable smell. The hotel is aware that this is the quickest route for tourists to reach the beach and still, it allows it to become a garbage dump.
I am appalled and utterly disappointed. Please consider other accommodations!
