BSA Hotel Holiday Park in Golden Sands

The food was terrible..either pork, chicken or fish every meal, no variation, the whole restaurant smelt of fish... The staff were very rude. It might be reasonably priced but, you get what you pay for, never again.

Worst AI hotel I've ever been to .Definitely a 1 ☆ Although the hotel for the best part is clean and tidy and the pool area pleasant the rest is just 😖 awful. The food option was very very poor , although there was a good selection of meat and cheeses these were brought out at every meal so were completely dry .The hot food option (and I use that term very loosely as it was barely lukewarm!)was terrible everything was grey and oily and because of this we went into Golden Sands every night for dinner. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful although the young man behind the bar on Thursday night was lovely. The drinks were all served in thin plastic cups which split really easily and the cocktails were awful . I would definitely return to Golden Sands as it's lovely but I would avoid this hotel like the PLAGUE !!!

The hotel looks very nice. Food was sometimes bland, sometimes good, and sometimes too strong. No daily cleaning of the rooms like other hotels. The room looks good but isn't good. AC was missing a part. The springs inside the bed can be felt. The shower was dirty. The flush button was hard to press down. The hairdryer was weak and loud. The keyhole to the door of the hotel room is weirdly placed, and if unlucky, you may experience discomfort trying to turn the key. Staff is nice and would even give you food when you arrive at the time when the restaurant isn't open (I arrived at around 2 am). Tho, the food was bland, but at least they cared so you wouldn't go hungry while waiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Don't expect it to be warm.

I think was the most disappointing holiday ever. The food was horrible, same every day, honestly cut the dill people, not everyone likes it. And not the dill was the problem, very low quality food, and so very little option, my daughter by the end of the stay throw up from the smell. Now the rooms, when I enter the room, was relatively clean, but when I enter the room the shower curtain was very dirty, like, 100 y used never washed dirty. I asked to be changed, and the cleaner came with an bleach spray trying to clean it, I had to go out from the room because of the smell. After asking again to have it changed she put another one a bit cleaner. Also they are not changing towels every day, in 7 days she never changed bed sheets, abd she cleaned the room once after asking the reception twice, first time the glasses boy from reception told me that I need to put the sign on the door, please make my room, I did, but she only changed towels, second time I've complained to the manager, actually my husband did, and she hovered, but her smiling face made my day, it was like I was asking something out of order, not something I've payed for. Now the pool, the water normal, full of bleach like all the pools, the entertainment is so bad, the Indian song haunts me even now, and the games, two girls that barely speaks English, tried, but honestly I hope they are not dreaming of becoming actresses as n9t much talent there. And the sitting chairs by the pool, so dirty, like so dirty, food on the floor, mattress stained horrible. So please stop take advantage of people, this is an 2 start hotel, maybe 3 if I'm on a good side, but never 4.
