PARKING: The only parking spot recommended by the hotel was located on a hill 5 minutes away, completely undeveloped, on unpaved ground, amidst weeds, uneven, with its back to a ravine, without even a proper access path, and it cost 70 euros.

STAFF: Those who interact with the public fumble a few words in English and a few in Romanian; otherwise, when you say something to them, they speak to each other in Bulgarian and give you something else. The maintenance staff are Asians, and there's no chance of communicating with them.

ACCOMMODATION: Filthy rooms, cracked walls, and rusted fixtures. In 7 days, we received toilet paper twice, and the garbage was collected only once. Otherwise, nothing was done. The air conditioning merely circulated the air in the room.

WARNING! After getting bitten by insects, on the last day we found bed bugs! We called the housekeeper, showed her a picture of what we found, and right then, one came out from the bedsheet. When she saw it, she squashed it with her slipper, brought a vacuum cleaner, and used it in that area.

DINING: Decent breakfast with excellent cold cuts and cheeses; reasonably good pizza at almost every meal. Otherwise, the same simple roasted meats: chicken, turkey, pork, and veal, next to which there wasn't much to choose from (either overcooked or undercooked vegetables, french fries, and a different dish every day, all inedible). We tried everything, but we ended up eating pizza every day. Everything ran out (including cutlery), and everything was poorly prepared.

BAR: All beverages were kept behind the bar, and you had to stand in line for someone to serve you a drink. Coffee was available from 8 in the morning, and the terrace bar opened from 11 to 18, closing everything at 10 pm. The alcoholic drinks were pure poison, all Bulgarian, in 2-liter bottles, the cocktails were made from the same drink with different juices (from a dispenser) and different colored syrups. Everything tasted the same, and after a glass, you needed stomach medication. We had to buy everything we consumed from the store, where even well-known brands were disappointing.

POOL: Four of us got cut on shards, and there was a scramble for broken sun loungers.

Excellent hotel, polite staff, although they speak Russian poorly, they will still understand you. There is animation for children every day. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have air conditioning.

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed .
But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them. I'm glad I chose this place because I chose with some special friends, Yani, Deni, Alex, Kris, Poly I love everyone ❤️

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

All i can say for my 4 days in this hotel is that the Animation team was incredible, we had i lot of fun with the, diverse activities.I will mention Kris and Alex for the fantastic work they did to animate the tourist!!!

It was a stay with up and down.
First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . See video
After we insisted at the reception they change our room, we got a smaller room, with partial see view, but no 🐜 .
The cleaning staff were miserable.
They never even changed our towels or touch out the trash.
The food was okay-sh, but not very good quality.
The swimming pool was good
The artistic program were diverse

I highly recommend this hotel! Location is amazing, food surprisingly good but what deserve for the 5 stars is personnel. Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands. My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco. It was a pleasure to stay there! A lots of love from Sabina and Emilia 😍
