The hotel does not accept youth groups, family orientated, including children. Situated in a quiet location, at the beginning of the resort. Please note: the Elevator in the hotel starts from the 4th floor, which is not very convenient for families with young children or the elderly.

Location: the resort of Golden Sands, 30 km from the airport of Varna city, 200 m from the resort centre.

Consists of one 9-storey building.

The hotel has 140 rooms.

🌟 A Truly Refreshing Stay – Highly Recommend!
I’ve just returned from traveling through 7 different countries, and I’m staying here for one night. I arrived at the hotel around 11am, and to my surprise, they offered me lunch at 12 – such a lovely welcome!

Everything has been amazing so far. Honestly, this is the freshest and most delicious bread I’ve had in a long time – you must try it (but don’t eat too much 😉).

The staff here are incredibly kind, polite, and professional.
Ignore the negative reviews – my experience has been nothing but positive. I’m truly enjoying my stay here.

Very good experience. I liked the hotel and it is great value for the money. Super clean. Everyone was super friendly but the food menu wasn’t super diverse unfortunately. But overall 9,1/10 from me❤️

Amazing Summer Holiday
The beach is less than an 8-minute walk from the hotel.
The food was varied, even though some dishes were repeated often. (There was quite a bit of dill, but that might be a regional habit—nothing terrible.)
The hotel staff were very kind, always willing to help, and everyone could communicate in English.
The all-inclusive drink selection was very diverse.
The bartenders were young and very skilled.
A special thank-you goes to bartender Viktorio, who is a true professional. He was communicative, skilled, and clearly knew what he was doing. We need more people like him.
The outdoor pool with sun loungers is a fantastic feature, especially in the morning when the beach is crowded.

We had a great stay in this family friendly peaceful but at the same time very energetic hotel. Food was tasty with lots of variety. Evening with outside grill was our favorite ! (From/ to) airport busstop only 200m from hotel.That costs 50c/ app Bus Varna / bus number 409.

russian music is played in the hotel. The bartender at the bar allowed the russians to turn it on. The staff did not respond to the request to turn it off. I am Ukrainian and I don't want to listen to this. It's a disgrace!

The food is tasteless and monotonous. Poisoning could not be avoided.

The fire alarm went off several times. At the reception, they very calmly answered that it was one of the visitors smoking.

Terrible hotel, the view inside is not very good, the food is not very good quality, and the worst thing was that I wanted to sit and relax outside where the music is playing, but I couldn't relax because they played Russian music, very unpleasant

It could have been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the food, which was disgusting. The service is incredible - the staff is extremely kind, they greet you when they see you and care about what you want. The hotel rooms are modern and spacious and the open balconies are nice and sunny with lots of place to sit and a great view.
It would have been too good to be true if the food was at least bearable, but for me it ruined the holiday. Almost everything offered is frozen prepackaged food or canned food. There is a very little selection of everything and the buffet only has some default options and nothing special. The coffee is alright. The desserts are just premade, surely not in this restaurant and are also very much mediocre.

The hotel is alright. the employees are nice, the location is good. The food is the worst I have ever eaten - never fresh, just frozen and canned things. The buffet has barely any selection of things, just the default ones and nothing has taste and when it does, it's as if someone's used their feet to make it. Do not eat here. Desserts are also bland and the ice-cream is as hard as a rock and unscoopable. The worst food I have ever tried. Stay away from this restaurant
