The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many attractions. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but overall it was a good stay for the price. Recommended for budget travelers.

I’m from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 and traveled in Cambodia with my friends from Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬. We stayed at Orussey One Hotel & Apartment, and I was in room 801. We really enjoyed our stay — great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and very kind, helpful staff.

I especially want to thank the hotel team for their understanding and support. They helped me several times when I had issues with my bank card — once it was blocked, and another time I even lost it. Despite the payment delay, they were patient and supportive, even though the hotel rules normally don’t allow that.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! 💙
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a warm and friendly atmosphere in Cambodia.

The showers severely need to be cleaned especially at the rate you pay. The AC worked and it had great water pressure. However, the water never got hot, merely lukewarm.

all Fake reviews. The hotel is nasty and unclean. The mattress is very hard. No staff to help with the luggage. Even through I’m a platinum member for trip.com and am allowed for late check out till 2pm but the hotel started calling from 11 am non stop to ask us to check out

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very friendly hotel staff and I love the soft sheets and amenities. Near the laundry shop, restaurants and shops. I love the scenic pool at the top floor. Will book here again next time.
