Really nice, but a bit out dated. But room was okay no balcony.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Sometimes there's no hot water in the room, and you have to wait a long time for it to come back on. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, and for the price, it offers great value for money. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection is limited and not worth the $10 price tag.

Penh House hotel is extremely clean, lux, big bright airy rooms with balcony, an unforgettable rooftop pool with awesome view. Hotel also has a small gym with squat rack, dumbbells and treadmills. Breakfast was super tasty, staff very friendly and attentive. Location is great, walking distance to main attractions, bars, nightlife.

Located in a nice area between the river and the Independence Monument. There are restaurants within walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The hotel was alright, but was only a 3 star at best. The room was hot and the a/c barely did anything, the pool wasn’t working, the hotel felt eary and dull, and the food wasn’t great. The service wasn’t that good aswell just mid. This hotel is very mid.

This is a big hotel in phnom penh, inexpensive for us because they're have a good service,staff friendly and careful for customer stay here. Swimming also big, they also have a nice breakfast for customer. One More thing, this place is have a big parking under the building, safe for vacation in Cambodia. Highly recommended.

The location is ideal, being right at the heart of downtown Phnom Penh. Strong wifi coverage and speedy connection, but due to perhaps the limoted space, there are simply too many stairs. Though the handicapped are supported, it leaves one puzzled how they can navigate through those staircases.

The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly dedicated. Breakfast was just okay, but dinner was good. There are breakfast shops nearby, though their hygiene wasn't the best. It's close to the city center, and the interior environment is elegant.

It's a old property, renovated. Just ok. Near to palace but very old one

Overall good stay. Large apartment on 9th floor (110m2). Comfortable beds. The apartment needs to be renovated. Couch was stained and wasn't clean: there were clipped finger nails on it. Hair on the bathroom floors. Kitchen was old.

Service was great, from reception to restaurant, and assistance in making arrangements. Room was large by most hotel standards and toiletries are quite minimal. Aircon was super strong and variety of TV channels. Breakfast at restaurant was adequate and even though small, it has a variety to cater to different customers. My only and biggest issue is cleanliness as I've killed several small cockroaches...

This is my 2nd visit to Phnom Penh over a 1 year period and CCC just gets better with every visit. The place exudes calmness and serenity.Cleanliness and service is above par.The clubhouse serves an array of delicious food including a great breakfast. The clerks at the reception desk and health club are very helpful. Rathana, the manager is on top of everything and always ready for help.

On Feb 22, I had to take off to airport at 8:00 am. I went to the restaurant and asked for my breakfast packed. But they refused and said the coupon is for dinning only. I asked him to talk to their manager and he also refused. Very bad experience.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. I had a great stay at Soho Residence. ☺️ The location in BKK2 is perfect— with BKK1 within easy walking distance and the Russian Market just a 7-minute tuk-tuk ride away. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities; having a washing machine and microwave made the stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a functional, well-located spot! 👍🏼

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was easy to navigate the city from here. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel had a great selection of food and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight was the rooftop pool and seating with fantastic views across the city.

The bathroom drain seems to be oddly placed inside the shower stall, rather than between the bathtub and the sink where it should be. On top of that, the floor isn't sloped correctly, so the water doesn't drain at all.

A colonial type boutique hotel located in a secluded area near the royal palace. A beautiful hotel with lush greenery with two swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. I am a vegan and they created a special vegan menu nicely typed just for me. That’s what I call superb service.

This place is a serious mosquito breeding ground. Rooms come with repellant. The restaurant has repellant on every table. I booked a private pool room with the intention of hanging out outside.. i had to douse myself in repellant. I stink, and i still have been bitten many times. I stayed in this Hotel about 20 times since the Covid pandemic. The rooms as well as the Hotel have a unique design and the atmosphere is luxury and quiet. All the Hotel is undergoing permanent maintenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here feels like stay with family. Best choice in this area to me.

Had the dinner buffet here with the missus. 17$ each as of March 2018. Food was above average, atmosphere was above average but the staff was very welcoming so that's a big plus. The hotel is one of the hidden place in the Central busy area of Phnom Penh which overlooked by many. They have good size of meeting room, sound system and projector. the hotel is old so all the stuff in there kinda fall apart but the price is decent.

Certain dishes are good, but their fried dishes are too oily. Some dishes good some not so, depend on personal preference I guess?!? but mho; could/should be a better for the price. I guess I am used to US Chinese restaurants, NOT saying it's NOT good but expected it to be better for the price.

I think this is a very good hotel within walking distance of Aeon Mall. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was fine, had a balcony, and was very well lit. It's also close to NagaWorld, so I think it's in a great location.

The only thing that I am not satisfied with is the security of WiFi.

Le Botum was a fantastic surprise in Phnom Penh. Very close to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. We had a spacious room with via from the balcony and alle was very clean. We loved the friendly staff and the roof top swimming pool. We really recommend Le Botum Hotel.

Room was very spacious and light with a big bathroom. Bathroom products were absolutely crap - bring your own! Pool area was much smaller than photos make out but great views. Single lift was small and very slow - no service lift so staff were using it also. Staff were friendly but service was very slow, had to ask multiple times for more linen. Only stopped for one night but room was basic and clean, only negative was the walls had loads of stains on them especially behind the bed so didn’t look very pleasant.
