Nice hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast included. Polite staff. I arrived from the airport at 7:00 a.m., and reception said check-in wasn't until 2:00 p.m. (The website says 10:00 a.m.). They asked for an early check-in fee of $10.

The New York hotel has average value for money. The TV wasn't working, the Wi-Fi was really poor, and the staff were just okay too.

It was okay, the AC was not very good and we were hot all night which made it hard to sleep. Only one power outlet next to the bed. Everything looks a lot more dated compared to the photos. There are much better hotels in Phnom Penh for similar prices

Went there twice already. Simple Hotel. Decent amenities. Not so fast WiFi at the room I was located. Average buffet breakfast. Of you're just spending overnight before a flight then go for it. But for longer stays and if you have a budget try somewhere else.

Asia hotel is old school type of hotel . Slightly dim in the hotel but rooms are clean and neat and come with windows and strong aircond. It’s near to riverside and markets and bus stations all within walking distances . Breakfast is simple noodles , porridge with eggs and fruits .

Hotel is in a great location, just 100 to 150m from the Central Market.  The room was clean and fairly large, but the there were some issues: 1. The instant water heater did not work. In the end they had to change my room, but it was a bit smaller and instead of a wall hung aircon came with a small casement / in the wall type of aircon. Room and furnitures in the room old old. Bathroom is the worse, little water comes for showering. Smell cigarette round and in the elevator.

Salita hotel is located on street 143 midway between Orussey and Tuol tum pong markets . It’s a 15 min walk to the riverfront . Rooms are well equipped ,clean and comfortable.  It’s a quality hotel for the reasonable rates .

What a disaster this place is.there is a construction site next door that starts at 7 am loud banging and drilling. Really appreciated the breakfast service here. Even though the breakfast bar officially closed at 9, I arrived late and the staff still kindly served me without any issue. That level of hospitality makes a big difference. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall a great stay and I’d happily come back.

I like the hotel, my room was clean, large and with a nice view. AC is working well and the shower and bathroom is large. Many English TV channels. Breakfast got basic and good stuff. Minus: Only one elevator for 12 floors. Takes long to get up and down so you have to take that in to account when planning. Location is a bit off. The service was good and the place was clean. Only one thing, the bathroom is see-through. What if we came with our friends or two colleagues had to share a room, it would be embarrassing. :) All in all, I enjoyed my 3-night stayed there.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable with good shower. Breakfast was good too, especially the fresh pancakes. It’s a little way from the main downtown area but a tuk tuk is easy to get outside the hotel and costs 4 dollars for up to 4 people. Handy mini mart nearby too.

The hotel's location is not far from the heart of Phnom Penh. You can see famous Cambodian monuments just by walking, and there are several temples nearby. There are many Cambodian food shops that you can enjoy near this hotel. If you want to relax for a moment in the evening , just go downstairs there is a coffee shop and several alcoholic drinks.

I had a very nice stay at the premium room. The staff was very nice and welcoming and even helped me resolve a booking error without problem. Room was clean and breakfast was tasty. The area is also good.

This is a good hotel. I stay here often. If you are going here for work, then make sure that you wifi is good before you settle. This time I stayed in room 301, and the wifi was almost non-existent. Good location, can walk to the riverside. Opposite a school, so get some school sounds. Make sure that you have your passport and visa.

The services are pretty good, my previous room had a problem and the officer changed the room immediately. The receptionists are friendly and helpful BUT... I found condom pack (already used) in the bed table's drawer!!! So dirty and unacceptable! Hope thwe hotel manager will improve and insist firmly housekeepers to make sure in every part of the room.

One of the best hotel for your money. Excellent location big rooms that has everything you need great firm beds great shower new good quality towel and good WiFi breakfast has everything and you can ask your own omelette. My family and I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. Close to everything by a tuk tuk ride. Beds were big and comfortable and reception was friendly and hospitable. Will stay here again!

Ok hotel fairly old fashioned. Door key is a chore to open and close, it's like trying to crack a safe lock combination! Great roof top bar and pool is open till really late. Hotel is just a short walk to all the action yet is quiet inside. Breakfast has freshly made omelettes.

This is a great classic hotel. There are really only two room on each floor that has the view of palace and rivet. I stayed in 503 and view spectacular. On Cambodia standards the rooms are great, western its a 3 at best. Staff are awesome 100%. Pool is good but few loungers and people camp out all day on them. So shade is a premium. Quite centrally located but next to a local market which will make your stay sometimes smelly and noisy. Breakfast needs improvement: no yogurt, no fresh juice, limited bread offer. Very nice skybar which is the reason why you should stay at this hotel.

Very near downtown Phnom Penh.. Clean room. Breakfast is fairly proportioned. The only fault was really mine because I paid for 10 days but only used 4 because I decided to visit Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. Their hotel policy doesn’t allow refunds or vouchers🙁😕

Great breakfast! Espresso machine, fresh fruits, eggs/omelets made to order, and variations day to day. Rooms are also well appointed and match up with hotel photos. The infinity pool overlooking the Mekong river was nice with the riverwalk a half block away. A local street market is right at the foot steps of the hotel for those wanting a little culture. A very solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit

Great experience, but it's a shame the 5th-floor Western restaurant was temporarily closed!

The room was spacious and came with a lovely balcony, which was filled with lush greenery, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were well-appointed, and the service was thoughtful.

The rooms are OK, spacious and quite clean. That’s about the only good thing I can say. Location is terrible on a street with a couple of schools and lots of traffic noise in the room. Breakfast is poor. Staff reluctantly and quite belligerently dealt with a booking issue and were more interested in passing the blame than trying to be helpful. Cannot recommend staying here.

The setting was wonderful, and the facilities were decent. The room was very spacious. However, a room with a view would have truly elevated the experience. I hope to return for another visit and explore more thoroughly next time.

The room was spacious, the AC was cool, and the bathtub had plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and spoke a little Chinese. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Bedsheets and toilets very dirty they need to clean the walls and floors. Filled with dirty from past client and mold growing. Staff left cut up nails on my bed.

The location is good, but the entire floor and our room smells like cigarettes even though non-smoking sign is hanging on the wall . We also found some cigarettes butts and some trash under the bed. I see the building has so much potential. Would be nice if you focus more on cleanliness and be more strict with the smokers. Thank you.

Yet I experienced a horrible night when the huge racket and bombing noise outside at midnight from a neighbouring hotel(or condo) sky bar. I could not sleep well and changed to an opposite side room. The facilities are not as good as I expected. It's a long walk from the front desk to the room, and there's no elevator. The sink is an artificial structure and was uncomfortably high.

The shower pressure was excellent. The hotel is built around a swimming pool, making it a great place for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff spoke very good English, and there's a Starbucks nearby. The overall environment is really nice.
