Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The pool and gym are clean. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable. The foot massage parlor on the first floor of the hotel is also really nice! Plus, there are so many mango trees in the garden outside. It's also very close to the Royal Palace, less than 200 units away

Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled. All in all a great great location would go there anytime again.

One of the popular meeting venues in Phnom Penh for government, NGO, and private company. Here, you can organize the meeting and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food is fine serving at the oyster restaurant where I usually enjoy the lunch at the meeting there. The location is in a great place along the river, river walk way, and the Royal Palace.

This is a great spot for a satisfying meal. I ordered the all-day breakfast and sampled the pancakes. They were a little eggy for my preference, but still flavorful and filling. The juice was fresh and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. Service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant itself is clean, well-kept, and inviting. Overall, a pleasant experience worth revisiting.

Overall I am happy to stay at LCS because of good services. The restaurant outdoor garden at the back needs to checked, as my last trip, I encountered red ants bitten on my foot. It was due to left over foods dropped on the grass patch. Some part of the grass is uneven also, so it is like rocking..

We stay here every year. The hotel was great when it first opened, but it is starting to feel a bit old and we were given a room with bits of mould and stains on the walls. The rooftop bar is still great and the breakfast is still very good, but the room was a real let down this time.

This is my go to hotel when in Phnim Penh. Clean, hot water for showers and air conditioning. Staff are wonderful. Good buffet breakfast and eggs to order.

The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated, the room was of medium size but with a great view of the river. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom, but be careful it’s slippery when wet. It's convenient to get anywhere in Phnom Penh, there are many Japanese restaurants nearby, and the facilities are good, which was very helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel. The price is right for even a nice poolside room, and we had breakfast included every morning, which was tasty. Super comfortable bed and room. Very spacious, with a nice shower and plenty of space to leave and unpack bags. The staff also stored our bags for us after checkout before our flight!

We have stayed at Heli Boutique a few times now. It's rare to find a place in Cambodia where everything works. It does here. Nice, big rooms. A good bed and a great shower.

Property is clean, staff are nice, helpful and very accommodating. The manager (Lai Ping) when out of her way, prepared everything for us before we even arrived to the country, she also booked our tours. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Cambodia, price is also very reasonable.

Wonderful place. Very center of the city. You can easy get to river bank for a walk. You can get to king palace, national museum. Good breakfasts in the restaurant on the first floor.

Beautiful rooms with the best views of the city in my opinion. Lovely rosewood furnishings, tasteful decor, incredible picture windows and a balcony to match overlooking the tonle sap River, bustling walk street, and wat ounalom monastery. Staff are very kind and courteous.

perfect location between riverwalk and party street. apartments come in single and double room suites, both with laundry and kitchen facilities.

I've only drunk in the bar so can't rate the rooms. Location is in the heart of the nightlife area, so do expect some noise at night. Also located a stones throw from riverside. The bar is nice with a good selection of drinks, big screen TVs, and decent pool table. Staff are friendly and efficient.

This is a great hotel. There is limited car parking, but it did not seem to be a problem. The staff were good. I had an issue with a water leak in the room. They switched me to a new room, no problems. The corner rooms are a little hot in the afternoons, but the AC was good and kept up. I will stay here again.

Had an issue with the A/C air con so they moved me into another room. The room is spacious, clean and modern. However, the noise from outside is clearly very audible in the room. So loud that at time, you thought you were sleeping outside. It really was that bad. So get a room that is not city view. If it had been quieter, i would have given this hotel a better rating.

Toilets could not take toilet paper. We are supposed to put used toilet paper in the waste bin, but there were no notices telling us that. Also, the waste bin is not lined with plastic bag, so we are supposed to put dirty toilet paper in a bare bin, that is a little gross. My toilet got blocked after half a day, and I couldn’t use it anymore. The best part of the room is that the bed is very comfortable

Great location. After my stay, I was able to leave my belongings in a safe place. There is an elevator, so there were no problems with luggage. There is a coffee shop on the first floor. There are also brochures and advertisements for tourist routes. This is a great hotel for tourists.
