What I Liked: Outstanding hospitality from the owner and team, great onsite dining, and a convenient location near the river. What could be Improved: Toiletries were a bit limited for a multi-night stay; providing additional soap would be a great touch.

For a budget hotel abroad, it's generally acceptable in all aspects, but the service was average. There was no language barrier, so there wasn't much to talk about.

Neat and clean. It is not easy to access. The location is very far.

We received an excellent massage. We were able to take a shower before and the massage therapists were very kind and professional. The place is very clean and nice. It was really a nice massage experience and we are satisfied.

This hotel was fine for the price. The location was okay, but not the best. The mattress was not in great condition, but the room was clean and it was nice and quiet. The owners were very lovely people and even opened the gate very late at night for my arrival.

It's not often I leave a review within the first few minutes of arrival. The place is an amazing deal for how nice and clean it is. The bed has a soft mattress. The family here is very welcoming and nice to foreigners. They spoke English with me to walk me through everything.

The bed, the bath, the room are great. Just so the mosquito get in a lot to the room. No matter how much you killed them there's always 2 or 3 around.

The room is average, the floor is too high, the stairs are narrow and it is difficult to walk. The boss lady is not kind to people. She runs a restaurant on the first floor and sells drinks. I feel that the boss lady is not very kind to people.

Great family owned business, I had a room on the 4th floor. Great location and view on national museum and locals . Removed one star due to lack of air vent in bathroom, odors come up from sewer. There are no P trap in Cambodia so all the smells come back up ,this is a fault in construction.

Ok sleep quality, clean enough, old fittings especially the bathroom, shower was a trickle. narrow steps to reach the room, no elevator. Refrigerator and electric kettle provided. However the refrigerator was unplugged. No in room coffee etc. Small TV, with most channels available. Stone's throw from royal palace.

I stay here 1 night with 40$/room. The hotel is very beautiful, convenient and it have a skybar on the rooftop. The breakfast is okay, because of many European tourist, so most of menu is fastfood, I saw. If you travel with your friend, I suggest to spend time chilling at skybar at midnight, that's so excited (it'll close at 12:00, so you should come there at 10:00). Hope some my picture will help...

Great place to stay in PP. The location is perfect and right across from the park. Plus great street food and local markets right outside the front door. The breakfast was amazing and really enjoyed my stay there.

Not only were the rooms were super clean but the whole building was spotless. They have super hot water and great beds. The ladies and the day staff was super nice. The room looked dirty because if the decor but it wasn't actually dirty if that makes sense? There was a 24 hour reception which was good if we needed something good wifi.
