The window view is really nice, also I like staff, they are all very friendly. But for me there are a lot of disadvantages, the main are dirt in the room, bad smell in toilet (from food), and a lot of flying insects. The hotel is located in china district and in the 28th floor.

It was a nice experience with this hotel. I stayed here several times because of the design of the room and nice service. My only problem is about the smell of cigarettes. Since we stayed as the family with kids, it was not so pleasant for them to stay with the smell of cigarette. And I just found out that almost 90% of the rooms have the smell of cigarettes, we tried to change the rooms so many times...

Second time staying with Sensory. Not disappointed at all. Staff are wonderful and friendly. And the hotel is kept clean, except some hotel guests smoke at the corridor and left ashes on the floor, thus leaving the corridor with cigarette smell, though there are designated smoking area.

This was our second stay at the hotel, with our previous visit three years ago. The room is well maintained compared to our last stay. The staff provided good service, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient.

The bedding in the room was old, but the hygiene was decent. It was noisy outside, so I needed earplugs to sleep. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, and the open-air area was bright and sunny.

This is my go to hotel in Phnom Phen and I have stayed many times. The staff are attentive and the rooms are very satisfactory. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are both wonderful

It was an incredibly nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good. They offered a buffet breakfast, and we were also served either pho or fried rice individually. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had two hotel bookings because of changed plans and our second room was even more spacious and had a better view than the first one. Sometimes there's no hot water in the room, and you have to wait a long time for it to come back on. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, and for the price, it offers great value for money. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection is limited and not worth the $10 price tag.

On Feb 22, I had to take off to airport at 8:00 am. I went to the restaurant and asked for my breakfast packed. But they refused and said the coupon is for dinning only. I asked him to talk to their manager and he also refused. Very bad experience.

The bathroom drain seems to be oddly placed inside the shower stall, rather than between the bathtub and the sink where it should be. On top of that, the floor isn't sloped correctly, so the water doesn't drain at all.

A colonial type boutique hotel located in a secluded area near the royal palace. A beautiful hotel with lush greenery with two swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. This place is a serious mosquito breeding ground. Rooms come with repellant. The restaurant has repellant on every table. I booked a private pool room with the intention of hanging out outside.. i had to douse myself in repellant. I stink, and i still have been bitten many times. I stayed in this Hotel about 20 times since the Covid pandemic. The rooms as well as the Hotel have a unique design and the atmosphere is luxury and quiet. My experience at Juliana was a bit underwhelming. The positive things would be the breakfast buffet, decor, pool area & overall room quality. Had the dinner buffet here with the missus. 17$ each as of March 2018. Food was above average, atmosphere was above average but the staff was very welcoming so that's a big plus. This is a good hotel. I stay here often. If you are going here for work, then make sure that you wifi is good before you settle. This time I stayed in room 301, and the wifi was almost non-existent. Good location, can walk to the riverside. Opposite a school, so get some school sounds. Make sure that you have your passport and visa.

I found condom pack (already used) in the bed table's drawer!!! So dirty and unacceptable! Hope thwe hotel manager will improve and insist firmly housekeepers to make sure in every part of the room.

One of the best hotel for your money.
