My family and I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. Close to everything by a tuk tuk ride. Beds were big and comfortable and reception was friendly and hospitable. Will stay here again!

Ok hotel fairly old fashioned. Door key is a chore to open and close, it's like trying to crack a safe lock combination! Great roof top bar and pool is open till really late. Hotel is just a short walk to all the action yet is quiet inside. Breakfast has freshly made omelettes.

This is a great classic hotel. There are really only two room on each floor that has the view of palace and rivet. I stayed in 503 and view spectacular. On Cambodia standards the rooms are great, western its a 3 at best. Staff are awesome 100%. Pool is good but few loungers and people camp out all day on them. So shade is a premium. The room was spacious and came with a lovely balcony, which was filled with lush greenery, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were well-appointed, and the service was thoughtful.

The rooms are OK, spacious and quite clean. That’s about the only good thing I can say. Location is terrible on a street with a couple of schools and lots of traffic noise in the room. Breakfast is poor. Staff reluctantly and quite belligerently dealt with a booking issue and were more interested in passing the blame than trying to be helpful. Cannot recommend staying here.

The setting was wonderful, and the facilities were decent. The room was very spacious. However, a room with a view would have truly elevated the experience. I hope to return for another visit and explore more thoroughly next time.

Wonderful staff service, good location and above all, the best Japanese-style breakfast. Each time I travel to Southeast Asia, I picture myself indulging in Azumaya breakfast. Yet I experienced a horrible night when the huge racket and bombing noise outside at midnight from a neighbouring hotel(or condo) sky bar. I could not sleep well and changed to an opposite side room. The facilities are not as good as I expected. It's a long walk from the front desk to the room, and there's no elevator. The sink is an artificial structure and was uncomfortably high.

The shower pressure was excellent. The hotel is built around a swimming pool, making it a great place for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff spoke very good English, and there's a Starbucks nearby. The overall environment is really nice.

The environment is pretty good, there's a pool that's disinfected and cleaned of leaves daily. The room is quite spacious, but the lighting is dim and the soundproofing is terrible. The first night, the room next door was very noisy. We asked a staff member to talk to them, but it didn't help. Some guests just have poor manners.

The hotel and room were good. It is a good detail to have a balcony for smoking on every floor. It was said that the terrace in the pictures was completely closed. I didn't experience anything negative.

It’s my second time at the Rambutan I just love it, it feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious and super elegant. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful and look happy to be at work. The food is really good too, and breakfast is served till noon which is amazing.

No windows at all, it felt really stuffy! The bathroom smelled terrible, and there was a strong smoke smell coming from outside.

The shower would not properly turn off, and we told management about it. Nothing was done, and we stayed in the same room for both nights. Furthermore, there was a lot of noise both in the morning and at night, especially because some members of staff would listen to their music or videos with the sound on and loud.

The staff are helpful and welcoming. This property feels more like an apartment complex with open exterior. Nothing to do in the neighborhood. Aeon is about a 10 minute Grab ride away. The mattress is hard. The bedding is fresh. The shower console didn't turn on therefore the water was tepid.

Hotel is in need of maintenance. The hotel corridors do not look welcoming. But once you enter the room, things do improve. It's clean and has hot water for shower. The beds are comfortable. It has an elevator so no problem getting heavy luggage up to top floor. The service is excellent, very helpful staff.

I'm torn on this place, I want to like it because the staff was great and it has a good location and potential but the rooms ( I switched a few times ) were not in great shape. Aircon was an issue in each room, one had a filthy wardrobe and bed we're just ok. If they work on a few things and make a few adjustments this would be a good spot. It is now 4 Rivers Hotel, same family owns it. Great location on riverside. There is a lift. The 5th floor gets noise from the Sky Bar from 4pm to midnight. The balcony room also gets noise when it is windy, some metal parts rubbing. Big TV, fridge, safe.

Fine budget inn. Can be a bit dim, no elevators, but otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Showers and air conditioning works perfectly. Its a little far from major attractions but tuk tuks are always available. Free water refills and coffee in the foyer.
