I especially appreciated the relaxing pool and tropical garden after a day exploring the temples. Breakfast was delicious every morning with fresh fruits, eggs cooked to order, and local favorites
The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, yet still very close to the city center and Pub Street. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with traditional Khmer touches
We booked a swim-up room. Everything was fantastic. Any small imperfections didn't bother me. The food was delicious, and the housekeeping was superb. Many thanks to the staff.
I absolutely loved my stay at Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service
This place truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Ladear Angkor to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and Cambodian hospitality
I like the spacious, comfortable rooms and the unfailing courtesy of the warm and friendly staff at Ladear. It is also a pleasure to stay in this lovely part of Siem Reap, which is both quiet and convenient.

We stayed for 5 nights and we would love to return. The staff are wonderful and think of everything to make your time here perfect. Amazing pool and restaurant and beautiful rooms
He was incredible, knew all the great hidden gems and secret spots I would never be able to find on my own, and most importantly, knew exactly when and where to arrive in order to avoid the crowds and big tour groups at the temples
Perhaps the best stay during our 3 month tour in South East Asia. Very qualitative accommodation. Beautiful, neat and spacious rooms. Very helpful and competent staff. Good food at a very reasonable price
First view not brilliant but stay with it because rooms and balconies are spacious & comfy. Bar & restaurant are excellant and very reasonable especially in happy hour. Staff were great.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful; I was completely taken care of for the duration of my stay, whether it be for recommendations, transportation, amenities, and anything else

We stayed in the two bedroom pool suite for five nights in August of 2025. We have two boys aged 9 and 11. This resort was perfect - an oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating
Our room was cleaned daily complete with variable towel animals. They cleaned our personal saltwater pool several times during our stay
This hotel is an oasis of calm in the near central area of Siem Reap Pool is amazing. Service amazing Nea and Kim being the one's we remember doing a fantastic job
Great service very nice room with authentic style, very well maintained hotel.
Location is very quiet a bit outside the center, perfect to relax at the beautiful pool.
Would definitely stay here again.
The drinks and lunch/dinner were more expensive than other restaurants in the area but the convenience and the pool surrounding the restaurant made it a convenient and fun place for our family to eat daily
The house has a living room, sofa, private pool, bathtub, TV, small family 666. It is the best hotel for staying in Angkor Wat. Suitable for family, couples, friends,

One of the best hotels we have ever been!
First of all, the staff is super lovely, very dedicated. Service is amazing, we had welcome juice upon arrival, and any time we stepped in they welcomed us with refreshing towels
Then, location is perfect, central but not noisy. Room was spacious and super nice, swimming pool just perfect
Small breakfast buffet or meal order depending on the hotel occupancy, we had both and they were good and well organized. Staff is really what makes the difference. We had a very nice stay and we would come back!
The hotel delivers on a par with recognized 5-star hotels. You are provided with a warm welcome and a welcome drink upon arrivial aswell. Staff is incredibly observant and friendly and are always available for you
Very cozy and nicely decorated boutique hotel with very friendly and mindful staff. Situated just on corner with the Pub street it still provides you felling of peace and privacy
Pros
Extremely friendly and welcoming staff from arrival to departure
Staff remembered me by name, which added a personal and memorable touch
Service level feels closer to a five-star hotel
Very good breakfast
Great poolside room and relaxing atmosphere
Cons
Set dinner menu was offered as compensation, but there wasn’t enough time to use it

The umbrellas, sun lounger cushions, and especially the pool towels are in dire need of complete replacement. Furthermore, the overflow grating around the pool is a significant safety hazard and requires immediate repair
Friendly Staff ☺️☺️☺️ and Beautiful Pool with Green surrounded 🌿🌱🌿 Great location 📍definitely come back .
A wonderful small hotel, perfectly located in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel features a beautiful central swimming pool with what appeared to be very well-maintained water
Doing so can cause a mild, slightly painful skin reaction with initial blistering. However, this is harmless and subsides on its own shortly after leaving the pool
A small note of caution: if you're traveling with young children, advise them not to rub their fingers too much on the natural stone edge of the swimming pool
Absolutely fantastic! A hidden paradise. It feels like home, with very friendly staff, clean facilities, an excellent, varied breakfast, and a lovely pool

However, if you are looking for somewhere personal, friendly, quiet, a created air of faded French colonial chic, with cool refreshing cocktails by the pool after a dusty day temple bagging and ‘tomb raiding’ – then this is the place for you
Personal, Small, Friendly
We had a long stay at Siddartha Boutique Hotel – from 21 December 2017 until 3 January 2018. This is an incredibly friendly and relaxing place to spend a couple of weeks
Great staff, great price, great location (15 minutes to Angkor Wat), all-day tuk-tuk including in the room rate, comfortable rooms, affordable on-site spa, nice refreshing pool. You won't regret staying here!
The rooms were nice, the breakfast buffet was excellent and I'm a man that knows his way around a buffet. The poolside is nice and the service was by far the best part. Everyone is super nice and helpful
If you are looking for plush bathrobes and big fluffy towels – this probably isn’t going to be your kind of place
It is an energetic 10 minute tuk-tuk ride from the central markets, bars and restaurants. Likewise – 10 minutes from the Angkor National Park and the spectacular sights this significant historical region has to offer

The rooftop pool is beautiful and a great option after a journey of visiting temples. It is located in a quiet part of the town and for a dollar you jump into a tuk tuk and in 2-3 minutes you are downtown
Great hotel with awesome service. Two lovely pools with the downstairs pool nicely shaded for an afternoon relaxing with some snacks and a beer. Especially for the price would highly recommend this hotel.
A lot of hotels may be cheap (cheaper), but they cut corners. This place has hot water for shower!!! Elevator that works. Our stay was for 2 nights, 3 days. Even when it was time to check out at 12pm
Amazing!! The service was great. The receptionists and staff were welcoming and professional. I've been to a lot of hotel and finding an affordable and nice place is not easy
The fact that this hotel is a co-op is an added value. Everyone is very invested in making your stay a memorable one. Rooms are very ample and with a terrace
but our transportation time was at 1:30pm, they allowed us to stay in our room till it was time for us to leave. How sweet and considerate was that?!!!!

We enjoyed the family suite, it has a great layout with 1 king and 2 single beds. The beds are very comfortable, with high quality sheets and duvets. The pool is a medium size with kids shallow area
We love the location; although some would say that it is a bit far from the city life, but you should have no problem booking rides on Grab
The staff very friendly and amiable, the room is very clean and look fancy spacious and the pool area is quite nice. Food at the restaurant was good and served quickly
The room is beautiful, the food here is very delicious, I will recommend it to my friends

A magnificent, clean hotel!
The cappuccino is delicious!
The staff are very pleasant and friendly!
Daily cleaning!
One small downside is that the neighbors have a rooster that crows :)
But this didn't spoil our stay at all, we would have loved to extend it
Beautiful hotel near to the centre of Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the design of the hotel was really cool (lots of water and plants)

Me and my son stay here every time we visit siem reap
The staff are very friendly the breakfast is great and the setting amongst the coconut trees is very relaxing
The only issue we have this time was the lack of hot water
Thanks so much to the wonderful, professionnal and caring team that made our stay so unforgettable. We are looking forward to come back
I always get a warm welcome when staying in siem Reap at the Apsara Greenland resort. The pool is lovely the gardena are lovely and there's even a pool table. Highly recommended.

The gentle blend of Khmer artistry and modern comfort creates a beauty that feels timeless. Every space whispers tranquility — the pool shimmering in the quiet air, the rooms glowing with warmth
I recently stayed at the Sokkhak Boutique hotel in Siem Reap and enjoyed one of the best hotel experiences during my stay in Cambodia. For me the key was the staff — exceedingly friendly, courteous and helpful
The hotel is quiet, very tastefully appointed, has a nice pool area, a good restaurant, and the rooms are large with very comfortable beds
This is a lovely small boutique hotel with traditional deco with romantic feel. There are only two floors and the rooms on the ground level was dark and more humid compared to the upper floor room
But my friend had water drainage problem in the shower of upper flr room. The local cuisine at the hotel is all delicious since the hotel owner also has popular restaurant in the city center nearby

There's also a very nice pool which I was not able to enjoy, but will come back next time. The only issue I had was the water, (could it be of rusty pipes?), please kindly look into it
Very friendly staff, big room and a nice and cool swimmingpool!
It's actually tucked within Pshar Krom (Market Below, literally, as there is a big market called Pshar Leu, Market Above along the national road, where the minivan stations are), while some may not like it, but it's nice to see the very local and residential side of Siem Reap as opposed to seeing it only as a tourist attraction
The staff is super well trained - defintiely a super plus point here, day to night, they can converse in English without a glitch, when we came back in the evening with stuff, they even offered help
Such a majestic place to stay full with nature and nice fresh environment, atmosphere. The receptionists on the other hand, they are so friendly always make you feel the warm welcoming.

Love this pretty hotel in a great location in Siem Reap! We are in a second floor balcony room overlooking the pool
Amenities: no cafe or restaurant on site. No phones in the rooms to contact the front desk. No hand towels, very little soap or toiletries provided
Super quiet and beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me check out at 2pm instead of noon, and were always ready to help out with anything :) Highly recommend!
10/10 experience! I’m a backpacker and I booked this hotel to take a break from hostel life, it’s such a nice establishment at a very affordable price

Amazing environment. Feel like you step into the movie. Everything is about details. Like in some Khmer castle.
The room is big and hot water in the tub is hot enough, I assume they already improve the problem that most travelers complained abt. Highly recommended if you want a nice experience with staying in Siem Reap!
Location a bit far from the center, but everything else is great. Very quiet due to low room count. Feels cozy. Helped us rent scooters as well
The hotel is beautifully decorated with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and reading at the balcony. It was the perfect place for us

This was my first trip to Cambodia, and I stayed here for 4 nights. Getting here from the airport, I paid $8 for a bus, then another $1 for a tuk-tuk to reach the property. My return journey was the reverse
Online sources suggest a round-trip bus ticket costs $15. Although this was the cheapest accommodation I could find in Siem Reap, I was pleasantly surprised that noise wasn't an issue, and I slept soundly
The hotel and rooms are modern and very clean

Be aware that some showers only have cold water! Also, there's no hairdryer, which can be quite inconvenient for those with long hair
There's a pool and breakfast is included, which is semi-buffet style and quite good
We had a great night stayed at this hotel, on the day we checked in they introduce some tour arrangement for angkor temples tours and Cambodian circus, the place we interested was Angkor wat temple, we spent a half day from 1:30pm till 5pm with a small tour, in the evening after dinner, we decided to book the circus, and of course it was available for us
I loved waking up to birdsong, relaxing by the pool, and feeling completely at peace in the heart of nature
There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it
Rooms are lovely, beds very comfortable. Pool was amazing. Thank you for your good hospitality
That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage
The staff is very attentive and the service is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious. We also got bathrobes and towels for the pool at the hotel
It is comfortable, peaceful, family‑friendly, and offers great facilities like the pool, bar, and garden. I highly recommend The Sanctuary Residence to any traveler visiting Siem Reap. We will definitely come back again!
Because of the hot weather the water in the pool was comfortably warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We got all the hygienic essentials in the rooms. At the checkout we even got a farewell gift
We especially enjoyed the swimming pool—clean, refreshing, and a great place for our family to relax together. The bar was also a great spot to enjoy drinks and unwind in a calm environment
Very pro-active by leaving a shoe mat for you to take your shoes off as it is rainy season. Pool was great! It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there

Afternoon tea and breakfast are both creative Khmer dishes, which are delicious! If you like sweet and sour food, feel free to buy it! I only used the swimming pool once
Very easy to book a driver at the front desk to explore the temples or other excursions. Easily walkable area as well with countless restaurants and shops. I would easily choose this hotel again
They all knew us after one hour and made us feel special with the service they provided. Very relaxing place to stay yet still close the all the dining, shopping and Pub Street entertainment
