It's so nice to be able to close the door and let the kids sleep. And each room has a huge tub on the balcony that we use as a tub for the kiddos. It's the perfect size for small kids

There was also a porch swing outside our teng, which was a nice place to take a nap (or look at the water buffaloes grazing). The pool was immaculate (and another nice spot to take a nap)

A good hotel, but not a 5-star. The food in the restaurant wasn't tasty. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, so you can't leave it on at night. We couldn't get the TV to work; it wasn't showing anything

The alcoholic cocktails at the pool bar barely had any alcohol in them. The pool is good, and the cleaning service is good. They provide bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels

The à la carte breakfast was great, plentiful, and diverse; the noodle soup was especially delicious and I highly recommend it! I ordered a lot every day, and the staff were never impatient

At first it was a bit difficult to find it because we couldn't see the hotel name on the street, but once we got inside it was already written. It's close to the city centre, which is both good and a bit bad

If you want to do the sunrise at Angkor wat, this hotel is very strategic - you can beat the crowds! Also, it is within walking distance to the Apopo mine-detecting rat visitor center which we highly recommend checking out

The surrounding area is a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and a 20-25 minute walk to the famous Pub Street, with lots of food and beverage options along the way. Or a $2-$3 tuk tuk ride if you prefer

Rooms are very well equipped with just everything you need for holiday, except the road are too bumpy, small pool and low WiFi signal there...

The real highlight however was the manager, Jackson, who was incredibly helpful and helped us fix any issue we had and made us feel very comfortable! Since there is not a lot of business in Siem Reap, Jackson even allowed us to move to a nicer room when our AC didn't work well enough in the first room

There is an amazing khmer restaurant just behind the corner and a market and town center in the walking distance. The room was not super clean however. The floor was dirty and there were cockroaches in the bathroom

The Urban is an excellent hotel with outstanding cleanliness, very friendly and attentive service, and a perfect location close to everything. The restaurant is also a highlight, especially the delicious wood-fired pizza

The pool is the best part, you can relax after a day out exploring or just chill on a hot day. We also used the spa services and massages were really good as well

But they don’t have phone in the room so if you want to tell something to the hotel, you can go there or text via WhatsApp. For the water bottle, you can refill as much as you want at reception which is my favorite part

Everything was fine except 2 things: tons of mosquitoes in the room and super loud patrons yelling all night... The most surprising part is that I didn't grab one these mugs before I left

We enjoyed the stay (including the rooftop pool). There is no gym at the hotel, except that it's a wonderful place and will stay again if I go back to Siem Reap

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Cheathata CTS Hotel last week. The hotel location is conveniently located in Siem Reap with several restaurants and market nearby. The hotel staff is very very courteous and helpful

Hotel have laundry service for a dollar around and have small shops 3. Wat (Temple) Bo is on a walk 4. Giant Ibis Bus Station is also near by 5. The room and bathroom is big size and hot water and internet is good 6

The breakfast was simple, but enough if you don't eat much for breakfast. The fruit salad was for me the best. Otherwise you will get bread, no butter and different kind of eggs

Close to the pub street 08, this hotel offered me a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast and a swimming pool. It's good for a large group of tourists such as familiy travellers or businesses

The pool was badly cleaned one of the days and no service changing bedsheets for 3 days. The air condition worked so it was a Pluss

Right in the middle of market area, very close to Angkor wat, night market is just 2 mins walking distance (across the river), all kinds of restaurants & eateries around, 7-11 is next door, money changer is just opposite footpath, bathroom fittings are semi-modern, bathtub has handles, with a overhead shower

The bathroom is not clean. I have requested to change the room and they have changed it for us but Sadly the bathroom still bad.

The hotel is really good, and the staff are polite. It's located right near Pub Street, so there's always something going on around you – no need to travel anywhere

The price was affordable, and though the room wasn't pristine, it's perfectly acceptable for those who don't mind the standard of an older business hotel. Fresh bottled water was provided daily in the room
