Siem Reap, Vithei Charles de Gaulle (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
The outside dining area is lovely as is the pool area, this also has a bar. The breakfasts were good but did not change at all during our stay. Dinner was good and catered for my wife's Gluten intolerance
The lobby area is also lovely and has a good gift shop that is reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the dated room including the shower in the bath
We cannot recall the last hotel that we stayed at that had this. However, how long do you spend in a hotel room? The location was good with some tourist attractions within walking distance or a cheap tuk tuk trip away
The breakfast was absolutely amazing – a rich and diverse selection, fresh ingredients, delicious local and international dishes, and everything perfectly presented
The environment is good, and it's relatively quiet.
Swimming at the Tara Angkor Hotel is always a delight! The pool is very clean, spacious, and comfortable to swim in. Plus, there are some lovely chairs, plenty of nice things to eat/drink, and a lovely washroom

The specious rooms are available for solo traveler, family, couple, small and big groups accommodations and hotel 🏨 itself has a beautiful large swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool is located outdoor and gymnasium center
At first the place is incredible the staff are nice the lobby is clean checking in was great but when I came to my room 338 there is a air conditioner problem after 1 hour the room was not even cold but when we ask the staff to check it out and I went out for dinner after that the air conditioner is kinda fix but the rest of my stay in this hotel is great
The hotel is huge and clean in all its areas, the breakfast buffet and food menu very tasty, no expensive at all. Besides, the receptionists are currently help me with lost property that I forgot at the hotel
Highly recommend to all kinds of travelers who would like to have fabulous staycations as well as for the small, medium and big group meeting and conference
Because I had to leave the city late in the evening, they even allowed me to return back for a shower and take some rest after I'd already checked out
A very good hotel for a competitive price. Vannchay and all the staff are incredibly gentle, helpful, and professional

Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes
Staff are great and friendly. Environment is the best and the pool also great. Room service is fast and the food is good. Overall, everything is excellent.
Great hotel with very attentive staff and close to the main streets of Siem Reap. They also prepared a picnic for us when we got up early to visit Angkor Wat.
Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel
Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work
It is my first time staying at Somadevi Angkor Premium Hotel but impressed with their service and staffs. They are friendly and helpful.

We arrived the hotel during Cambodia new year, each offered a Krama ( cotton scarf) with Raffles logo by hotel to celebrate the new year. Very art deco colonial building with beautiful swimming pool
I recently stayed at Raffles Siem Reap with my family and friends, and the overall experience was outstanding. From arrival to departure, the service was consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional
Do get a rate that includes breakfast as the food is really outstanding. Excellent restaurant and lovely pool. Spa massages are very good and highly recommended
What impressed me most was the personal touch—several staff members remembered my name, which made the stay feel genuinely welcoming and comfortable, almost like being at home
What truly set it apart was the unsurpassed service. Every interaction was personal and warm, with staff remembering our names and treating us with genuine preferential care — we felt like royalty throughout our stay
The Elephant Bar was another gem, with its world-class gin collection and classy yet intimate atmosphere. Overall, Raffles Siem Reap delivered a first-class experience — elite, cozy, and super luxurious

A peaceful nest in the city center with spacious, clean, beautiful decoration rooms. Service is incredible. We loved the swimming pool on the 1st floor in a lush garden. And ice cream at the Glasshouse was incredible !
The service was top notch since arrived. Apsara dinner was great experience and the food served was delicious. Especially like the breakfast set up with different kind of activities around.
Special shout out to Viva (extremely attentive and polite, always smiling), my masseuse lady Kimmech (one of the best), Kourou also helped us organized some lovely tours, Ladang, and Kavi who let me come back for breakfast after check out when my flight was rearranged
This is most likely THE BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is top notch, the attention to detail is unbelievably excellent, the photos online don’t do this hotel enough justice
Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. And would go back to stay again. Only caveat is that walls are quite thin so you will hear next door neighbor sneezing and talking
I would definitely come back to stay here just to have a detox retreat here in the future. We also did a cooking class here with chef Kinsan and his team which was super fun

Royal Crown is one of the best for value hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel is tucked away but just minutes from all the best nightlife spots, including Pub Streets, Night Markets, and King’s Road
While the interior looks a little dated, their rooms are spacious, super cozy and clean. The pool isn’t big, but it’s perfect for a refreshing swim after a night out
The highlight of our stay was the traditional dance evening – a truly beautiful and memorable experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the terrace was absolutely lovely
Excellent experience! The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff are super polite and professional. Location is great - walkable distance from the central market and pub street
Clean rooms! Keep up the good work! They recommended a very friendly and excellent driver to take us around the area, including to the airport
Breakfast and food in general were superb (limited vegetarian options though). We indulged in a spa treatment on the last day of our tour

The resort was clean and well maintained. Service was good. It was a little bit outside of the main area but easily accessible by grab. The pool area was good. Could have used more lounge chairs.
The service is outstanding—staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The pool is clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after a day out

The soap they use for the bathroom and to clean the towels smell like smoke. The bathroom including the one in the room wasn’t as cleaned as I like. The bed was fine (and quite comfy)
Pool could be cleaned more as there were leaves towards the jacuzzi side. Location is great but I would not stay here again
We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing- super kind, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety. Highly recommend
Beautiful hotel! The rooms were large and clean. I booked a tour online with TripAdvisor and there was a mix up. The hotel manager and his staff were so kind
You can easily walk to the night market Street. What's the restaurant beside and the staff was really helpful. A unique hotel with ancient theme
The hotel was quiet and comfortable with a very calm interior. It was a relaxing and wonderful stay. Thank you.

Pool: Pool
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was great and the overall hotel servise was exceptional. Very nice staff, especially the hotel manager who tried to satisfy every need that we had
I didn't buy anything there, but right next to it was a shop mainly selling nice clothing, where you could purchase swimwear, sandals, etc. * **Pool:** I didn't use the pool, but it gradually gets deeper, reaching 1
If there was any noise, it was from other rude guests. The breakfast isn't amazing, but it's quite satisfying. The rooms were comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The pool is clean and almost never crowded
I would have appreciated it if face towels were also provided. (I later realized I probably could have asked for one. ) * **Keys:** Keys must be left at the front desk when you go out
Note: The attendant might not always be available (I think I tried to drop off laundry too late). However, right next to the exit, there's a laundromat that charges the same price
The owner's daughter there was incredibly friendly and wonderful, just as other reviews mentioned – she was a great help! * **Towels:** As other reviews mentioned, each person receives one large bath towel

The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay
While a few small compliments of the house every now and then, together with a little more personalised attention, would have made our stay even more memorable, we were generally very satisfied with our choice of this hotel and can certainly recommend this otherwise excellent establishment without hesitation
We had to leave early for a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat, so they woke us up at 4am in case we overslept and packed us a hearty breakfast to go (which is really handy because you can’t trust the hygiene of local food stalls at 5 in the morning)
The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless
The hotel has two swimming pools one of them, that one close to the street, was almost not used by guests, the other swimming pool was more busy, even with a limited beach lounger it was not difficult to fin place
Shame on me that it's taken a year to write a review of this heavenly place. We went for Christmas last year and have spend this Xmas saying "this time last year. " so I felt I must add ny review for this excellent place

Siem Reap, #25 Psar Kraoum Road (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
• The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done. • Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay
Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication. Positives: • The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles
Areas for Improvement: • Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times
Overall Impression: Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience
Our room is located on the 2nd level without a lift. Hence the staff had to carry our luggages via stairs. The outdoor area is good, but because of insects, we hardly make good use of it
The Hotel is Low-rise Resort-style. It features a relative big outdoor area in the family suites attached to the Master Room. The bathrooms are lovely with full amenities

This Moroccan-inspired boutique hotel masterfully blends elegance with comfort, creating an atmosphere that feels both exotic and homely. The resort’s swimming pools are a standout feature
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with fantastic helpful staff. We stayed here for three nights in a room with our own pool, and it was so spacious and relaxing to end our trip
Both pools are surrounded by plush sun loungers, inviting guests to bask in the Cambodian sun. The rooms at Sarai are thoughtfully designed with a keen eye for detail
It’s a 12-15 minute walk into the main CBD, but there are also plenty of tuk tuk drivers to take you as well. We enjoyed exploring the restaurants around the hotel and thought it was a really vibrant neighbourhood
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were incredibly warm, polite, attentive, and thoughtful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

breakfast is edible but don’t expect the excellence taste and the best thing of this hotel is you can swim in a clean pool 😀
used to be here back in 2015. As far as I remember, everything was satisfied. Room was clean, staffs were friendly, serving typical asian dishes for breakfast.
It is not only the nicest hotel I even stayed but it is enjoyable stay for family trip
It is a bit old, but the facilities are good. It is clean and located on a main road, so it is in a good location. It is suitable for group tourists. There are many groups of Chinese, Korean, and Russian teams

There were also towels available at the pool. However, the pool toilet floor was extremely slippery with wet feet; I fell and cut my finger and got bruised. I wish they could make it less slippery
I stayed for 6 nights, and during one room cleaning, the cups and towels were left untouched. I think it was that one guy, but it's no big deal
Facilities: Small but well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: Right next to a bar street with lots of great food and massage shops. Service: Excellent service, very flexible, and thoughtful
This is a pretty standard express hotel for the Siem Reap city area. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too.

It felt as if you were alone in the resort when in your room. We booked a jungaloo and it was so clean and relaxing. The private backyard and pool were such a great touch
Not much of a problem for us given purpose of visit was the scenic temples, but if u want more amenities and more of a staycation then maybe not so much for you
We visited Templation for 4 nights in Siem Reap. The location was about 5 minutes from the downtown area by tuk tuk. This ended up being perfect for us
This is a real gem, hidden away in Siem Reap. It’s a fantastic little hotel, really beautifully done with lovely rooms. We had a twin room, which has a lovely pool for after a day walking round the ruins
Each room had its own outdoor bathroom, which was so refreshing! I loved taking shower outside. We ate at many restaurants in Siem Reap including high-end places, but I actually liked the hotel restaurant the best
It was reasonably priced and all the dishes were very well presented. I loved seeing bunnies and gini pigs in the garden. We sometimes had cute visitors in our villa! This hotel really is my favorite

Anyway there is a pool at the backside of the hotel you can enjoy the swim with you friend or family. During COVID19 pandemic the hotel have to cutdown the staffs so the hotel look so quiet
The english speaking staff is super professional. Kindness is a way if business for them. I have stayed here on three consecutive trips in the last 18 months. I will also house my family and friends as well
The pool is a nice bonus after a day of exploring, and the food is tasty
We used on tour ⭐ There was only water in the shower and I was in the middle of the night, but when I called he answered immediately. In addition, we prepared lunch when we were told that we left early in the morning
